Arrived at this hotel 2 hrs early due to snow on the route we had planned to ride on a motorbike. We were welcomed warmly even though we were dripping wet. All the staff smiled and were helpful and even better, our room was ready. Room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Bathroom had a great shower. Parking was right across the road. We ate dinner here and hey most of the locals must also use this place to eat which is always a good sign. Burger was excellent as was the cordon blue schnitzel.

Bedroom was a little dated if I had to provide a negative however the warm welcome outweighed any negative. A little out of salzburg but we saw plenty of local buses.

The location has an unbelievable view, as you can see all the mountains, the canal and loads of green areas. The restaurant inside is really good, with tasty meals and beers. Breakfast is fair and the rooms are pretty nice and comfy.

The room is quite old and the curtains doesn't close the room really well, so in case you need a dark room to have a good rest, it's not the ideal solution for you. The bathroom doesn't have a proper shower, just a bathtub... wasn't that nice. Not super close to the city center, but 10 minutes driving and you are there... more than that, there's a bus station in front of it.

We just stayed one night to break the journey from Zurich to Bled - this was the perfect spot for that, really nice newly renovated rooms, very quiet and comfortable - nice restaurant (I recommend the schnitzel!) on the premises and a good breakfast to wake up to. The staff were very extremely friendly and welcoming also.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a balcony that looked over the pastures and greenery. The breakfast was outstanding, with selections of charquetery, breads, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit. A great start to the morning.

The only dowside is there is no elevator. But it wasn't a problem becuase there were young men around to assist me.

Arrived here two hours early and dripping wet to be met with a smile and the welcome news that our rooms were ready. Large carpark across the road. Food served all day and of very good quality . Rooms maybe a little tired compared to rest of property but they were warm and comfortable. Good breakfast in a beautiful dining room with staff in traditional dress.

Not a great lover of a shower over the bath.

The breakfast was very nice. The coffee was very good. There were plenty of different foods. The atmosphere in the restaurant was fresh and cozy. The rooms are stylish. The hotel is well decorated and has its specific atmosphere. The location is very good and the mornings here are fresh like in the mountains village. The staff on the reception was very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The only thing I do not like is that the reception is combined with the buffet. This creates the wrong first impression for visitors. In addition, the lobby is permeated with the smell of cooking, which contrasts with the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant and rooms.

Great location for coming and going to Salzburg, they have a bus right there and it is free to take in town and easy to use. The food for breakfast and dinner and lunch was excellent.

Very clean accommodations. Family oriented and outdoor and inside seating with playground area .

The food is amazing, fresh and pricey. The room was big and clean. The staff were also very friendly. They answered all our questions by message before arrival on time. The decoration of the hotel is very special too. We really enjoyed every detail.

The room did not have mosquito nets, also no air conditioner. It was very hot at night even we opened the windows.

Excellent, friendly helpful staff. Lovely location and comfortable hotel and room. Great breakfast included with wonderful homemade bread, pastries and fabulous cakes available.

Very limited choice of main meals for vegetarian/ pescatarians. I expected this in Austria but it’s unfortunate.

Very helpful and kind staff, great breakfast, new, clean, modern rooms. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Salzburg, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to the city. We were given a bus ticket for the duration of our stay at the hotel.
