this hotel is very nice. rooms are nice, efficient. we had a room with a walk out porch with chairs, very nice. one of things i have issues with is showers. this hotel had a very nice hand shower that you could start water, then place on wall. very good. i would give this hotel a 10 instead of 8 if weren't for two things; 1. our reception was not what it should be. 2. i could not find one English speaking tv channel. needs to have. one of best parts of this hotel is bus stop is just 50 yards away, and city bus is free to tourists. a great advantage. glad we stayed away from city center.

The hotel is located just 15 minutes from the city center. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the city center, and the hotel even provides free bus tickets. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxation and a peaceful stay.

The only downside was that the pillows were not very comfortable

Location of hotel is in green and quiet area with good connection to city centre ( Bus 21 stops in front of house and it takes 15 mins to downtown ). Very friendly and attentive staff, rich and good quality breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Free parking is available in hotel yard.

I booked room with option of paying at hotel. But 1 day before arrival total amount was blocked by hotel on my account and on arrival at check-in the same amount was drawn again. On day of check-out I had to request receptionist to cancel blocking because she did not know I "paid" 2 times. Bank released blocking only after 1 month !!

1. Excellent Breakfast - it was so good i forgot to take photos of it. Hotfood - sausages, Eggs - fried, scrambled and soft boiled. Sausages, PROPER crunchy bacons, Vegetables. Cold food - Salads, assortment of cheese, salamis, and meat that I cannot named. Cereals with local fruits. FRESH FRUITS... LOTS OF THEM. Desserts, some common, others i have no idea what they are KIDS LOVED THEM. The variety of food changes every day in my experience but you can expect excellent breakfast variety. 2. Felt like a family run hotel. Personalised but yet excellently run. 3. Rooms are spotless. We have the loft unit and kids love their hiding space 2nd level but a little too difficult for adults. 4. Location - it's in quiet area with bus goes straight to the city. The view is just amazing 5. Free parking - it's Salzburg and free parking is a major plus

1. The restaurant do not have much options from the ala carte menu. A little disappointing. major contrast with the Breakfast. 2. Would be great if their's a user manual on how to use some of the automation in the room like sunroof, or powered blinds. Not big deal. 3. Location - it's a bit out of the way from the city and if you need anything from the city, it's going to need to drive. 4. This is a weird one - The main bathroom door is a heavy glass door, then in the bathroom, you have a glass door for the shower. So basically it's almost a see through.........older kids going to find it awkward.

Amazing hotel! Our room was on the ground floor and we had a lovely terrace looking over the garden at the back. The room was excellent and very modern. We had a big bathroom and separate toilet. The bed was super comfy and everything clean and modern. The location is very good with a bus stop outside the hotel and free tickets to the town centre. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice. Staff was super friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all!

This is a charming hotel. It was roomy and well equipped with ample space for luggage and several outlets. There was a mini fridge, wine glasses and comfortable seating area. It was immaculate and there was a nice selection of food in the breakfast room. The few things lacking were a coffee/tea option in the room, hooks for bath towels and a nightstand on one side of the bed (we dragged a small table next to the bed as a substitute. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Everything! In the most beautiful, picturesque location you find this gem of a place. It is immaculately kept, clean, tidy and well presented. Our family room was a generous size for a family of four. We arrived during the day and the hotel catered lunch for us especially and even made a cake completed with candles and sparkler for us to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and well organised and the children enjoyed the outdoor play area (particularly the table tennis). A fabulous stay and we will definitely be back.

No words to praise. Excellent stay. Great scenery, mountain view, amazing breakfast.. Smiling, helpful receptionist Conny. If you have not planned anything for the sightseeing blindly follow what Conny says. She suggested few places with directions like konigsee, St Gilligan, etc. They are outstanding places. She also can help in getting a reservation for a #1 Indian curry house in central salzburg. She deserves a bigger credit.

Would be good to have few English channels in television or a YouTube atleast for the money paid. Also some chicken items in breakfast would be an added advantage for non pork or non beef eaters. Other than these 2 I have no negative comments. They are the best.

Amazing, clean and convenient small hotel. Despite its size, it gives you an exclusive feeling: well-designed rooms, great restaurant, small yet new and beautiful wellness and fitness area, children game room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff produces magic (kudos to Sofia). Easy access by bus to the Old Town, you can also get Salzburg card at the hotel. Parking is ample, easy and convenient, which is a great thing when visiting cities like Salzburg.

Nothing. I could have wished for streaming service, or the coffee machine, but really even like it is now, this is excellent.

I loved everything thing about this hotel, its the first reason why I fell in love with Salzburg, the hotel owner and her husband are lovely people always smiling and willing to help, I ran with an issue and it got solved with in short minutes, the location is AWESOME waking up to see the mountains around you is something amazing , now lets talk about food , I raise my hat to the amazing chef at the hotel his food is really tasty and we asked for something out of the menu and he delivered it perfectly never missed a breakfast at this hotel .The rooms are so comy and cozy all wooden and guess what they got wireless charging stands LOVED IT . Furthermore Thank to the girl who works at the evening shift she helped us alot as a guide thank you so much sadly I didn't catch her name One last thing this hotel is worth booking , don't mind how far its there is a bus stop close it and at night it becomes so quiet and peaceful
