Family of 4, we just stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way to our destination and everything we were looking for was just a random place to sleep over. We have picked this hotel since it did look nice in the pictures + the price was pretty fair in comparison to similar listings in Salzburg area. Hotel was amazing. We were on a daily chat with the staff since we were not sure if we're gonna make it before 10PM to do the check-in and they were really understanding and responsive. Room was amazing, spacious, clean, spotless. We had one big bed and one sofa bed, but I can't remember the time when sofa bed felt so comfy as the one in this hotel. Hotel offers a parking as well, which we also booked and overall, everything was amazing for the short period we stayed at this hotel.

The family room was a great size for the four of us, and was exceptionally clean and seemed to be recently refurbished. The staff on reception and at breakfast were all friendly and very kind to us and our young children. Travel to the hotel from the airport was simple and fast on the bus, under 30 minutes. Once at the hotel, it’s a short 10 minute bus journey into the city centre, and the hotel is on a main road with food shops, pharmacy and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. Perfect hotel for a short break with family!

The breakfast and the service was really excellent. Everything was bio, some of the things where even made in their own facility and the staff was always happy to help, listen and accomandate us. Happy to stay there again!

Our room number 105 was advertised as street side and that i must say wasn't a problem at all - the windows are pretty tight and we heard little to no noise from the street. Unfortunately we heard the soda machine outside in the first night, after a talk with the management. That said we were maybe the first group that noticed that so we might be very clairaudient and the management came up with a nice solution for us, so 10/10 with a slight nod to 9/10 because of the frist night

Beautiful location and wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and you could tell that the hotel owners care a lot about their business concept. Loved having a parking spot when we picked up a rental car for part of our stay. Some good places to eat and shop were within walking distance and we were able to see all the sights of Salzburg via public transportation connections right outside the hotel. The airport and train station were also conveniently close.

The breakfast, although fully organic, was extremely expensive for what we got. Almost paid $100 for a continental buffet breakfast. Needless to say, we only ate breakfast there once and used a local bakery to save on money.

I liked the room space that was spacious, I liked the breakfast as well, the staff was super nice, the parking slot was a bit small but at the end the staff told us to park in a convenient slot. Everything was excellent. The location was just in front of the bus stop (2 min)0walk and there was a screen inside the hotel to check the arrival of the bus.

The room was without AC and the fans were good but a bit noisy at night. And there is no fridge as well.

Very clean and tidy. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Parking right on premise very convenient. Location is a short bus ride to the city centre. Very nice linens with spacious clean bathroom. Bed is comfortable including the sofa beds that they have set up. The room is on the first floor so it’s very easy to take all our luggages up.

Nothing much. I understand there’s no lift mostly in Europe so we manage to deal with it. Couldn’t find an iron in the room which I needed that day. Other than that, everything is great.

The room was quite big, warm and clean. The hotel has traditional elements, such as elegant furniture and local architecture of the building. The staff was quick and informative. The city center is within walking distance (25'), which makes the location convenient for exploring the city on foot.

It was not very clear during the booking process that the 'small double bed' I had chosen was meant as two individual beds close to each other.

The hotel sent a very detailed and helpful email prior to arrival with tips on transportation and other useful info. The room was nice and parking was free and convenient. We purchased bus tickets from the desk and went to the Salzburg Christmas Market and Mozart's birth home. We really loved how beautiful the city was. I highly recommend the Salzburg salt mine tour (a short drive away) and Ristorante Roma Italian (just down the street). The staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast was good but it is expensive. I'm sure due to the cost of the organic ingredients, so that's understandable but I wish there had been a bit more of the available items.

We like the staff, location, and room. We were looking forward to a comfortable evening.

The biggest issue we had was the noise from outside the windows. It was warm on this late Sept night, so we opened the windows. Unfortunately, all through the night, people were smoking and talking outside our window, making it a long night. Also, delivery trucks on the early morning were very loud. We were a little disappointed with our disrupted sleep. However, we understand the hotel may have little control over these aspects of our stay. Just want others to be aware if they need to open the windows.

Room was large. Close to the airport. We came just for one night since we landed late and had to wait to the morning to get the rental car... We were able to get in even after checking hours which was very convenient and well organized.

There was a lot of noise from the road. Every car made so much noise. It was hot so we wanted to keep the windows a bit open but this was impossible due to the noise. Even with the windows closed there was still noise coming in. Perhaps other rooms have windows to a direction away from the main road, but in our room all windows were in that direction
