The person at the reception was very helpful, committed to her/ his words. They made our stay really comfortable and hassle-free. They went out of their way to facilitate the room much in advance... much before check in time. This is commendable... they are not just doing their duty but, keeping customer comfort on priority! Which is very rare indeed! Not too far from the airport... of course not walking distance. But decently located. Smooth check in and out. Decent internet connection. Parking facility. Very accommodative employees!

A good half hour walk into Saltzburg but a regular tram outside the hotel, which only took 5 minutes. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. A nice courtyard to sit outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were quite small but had everything that you needed. We had the breakfast once, which was very nice, but we thought it was quite expensive at 19 euros pp. There is a coffee machine in your room so we went to the bakery across the road.

The staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, they extended our stay by another 2 hours as our flight was later, despite checkout being at 11. They always welcomed us every time we walked in the door with the warmest smile and were genuinely happy to help with anything. The location is breathtaking, when you step out, the first thing you see is a mountain in the distance. There is a bus stop literally in front of the hotel too which was extremely convenient, but even without that you can walk to town centre in about 30 minutes. We had the best time here and would 1000000% come back

The WiFi wasn’t great, it would sort of be on and off the whole time and we would have to switch to data every 10-20 minutes which was annoying, but everything else was literally perfect

Room - Size is ok, iron provided after asking, Clean - Good, Supermarket - within 5 mins walk(Billa Corso). Bus connects to Hbf, Very close to hanger 7.

Facilities - None(No iron, No electric kettle, No fridge), Location - Not very OK because only 1 bus operated from the stand and the road connecting to main town center always had a lot of traffic which slows down. Value for money - No. Please look somewhere else before opting for this because it was expensive compared to the facilities and location.

It was a pleasure for us to book in your artistic hotel. We can undoubtly say that staff was pretty kind and helpful. They provided us all the information needed for sightseeing and transport (there is a bus station going to the center in front of the hotel). Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The decoration was very impressive and interesting, accompanied by special abstract paintings and handcrafts. We really enjoyed our stay and sleeping there.

Despite the fact that Salzburg is an expensive city, the hotel was also very expensive (but cheapest compared to other ones). It would be nice if price is reduced or at least breakfast is included. Also, there was a non-negligible distance between hotel and the center.

The beautiful art inside was a fun touch! The room felt very cosy and quiet, and had great (free) coffee. Everything was super clean. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, but I always walked to the center or to the mountains, as it was usually just about 30 - 40 minutes away. The staff was extremely kind, and they even let me leave my suitcase with them after checking out, as I had to wait a long time for my flight back home, so I went into town for a bit. The breakfast option is extremely worth it! The variety in foods and drinks was so welcoming, and everything was so clean and quiet. As a solo traveller, I did not once feel weird, unwelcomed or overwhelmed here. It was absolutely magical and just perfect!

Maybe a vending machine would've been nice! I couldn't find one, and I forgot to buy water at the store throughout the day, so that's on me. But the water from the faucet is very drinkable and quite tasty! There are clean glasses in the room, so that was the perfect solution for my first night. :) Not really anything bad about the stay, to be fair. :)

The hotel was on an exellent location with bus stations that connect you with the airport and the city's center. The staff and fscilities were great, especially given that the hotel is very artsy it creates very pleasurable experience

The rooms tend to be smaller than expected which limits the place for manouvering especially for two people and luggage. Issue is that the room did not have a fridge, which is especially important for hotels that do not include B&B within the offer or for travelers that do not like to pay extra for breakfast

Check in time, kind staff, the amount of art all over the place, they have a gallery with paintings and sculptures from the person the hotel has been named after, The restaurant/breakfast is beautiful, although I didn't use it. Breakfast is not included. (costs 20 euros per person)

There's no one at the front desk from 10pm until 7am or 8 am(I can't remember exactly the time). Unfortunately, I almost lose my flight, as one of the recepcionist scheduled a taxi for me the night before, and the taxi never showed up. It's a long story, but the fact that there was no one there to help me was very dissapointed. I was scared, it was 4am in the morning, was raining, I couldn't contact any taxi company. It was a very awful experience. Just have that in mind in case you will be on a similar situation.

The hotel was very easy to find, and the staff's welcoming was amazing and very positive. The hotel is unique thanks to its arts, and it's very close to the city center. We walked from the hotel to the city center for around 15-20 minutes, and then we took line 1 to the hotel. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, which is amazing and very convenient.

The only thing that was a little issue for us was the mattress and pillows. They are ok for two or three nights only. The mattress is soft and not suitable for someone who needs a medium to hard mattress.

The location was good with the bus stop right outside and a bakery across the street. It was also walkable to the downtown core. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and responsive.

The art was a bit intense if I'm being honest. The bathroom was alright but the shower door likely needs to be reconsidered as it leaks quite a lot of water out into the sink area. The breakfast was not spectacular especially for the price point. It was a pretty standard continental breakfast. I would recommend the bakery across the street.
