The restaurant was SO GOOD. It was a highlight. I went twice and had multiple courses each time. Whenever I am in Salzburg I will eat there-the best restaurant I tried! It is real, authentic, well done Austrian food. Great atmosphere, too. Nothing fancy, but so well done. They had a few non-austrian options but they are a real restaurant-packed with local people but at the same time I never had to wait for a table and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was so good. I would change nothing from that experience and the second time was just as magical as the first.

Honestly, the room was only barely passable clean. There was dried toothpaste on the bottom of the cups in the bathroom, it was just after easter and I found some crushed easter egg shells on the windowsill, and there was someone else’s detangling hair spray under the bed. But, the surfaces in the bathroom were clean and the beds were clean.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and close to shops and restaurants. The space was clean and well-organized, and the pictures matched the reality perfectly. I found the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking.

However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The heating system wasn’t very efficient, and the temperature felt a bit low during the evenings. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide more towels for longer stays and improve the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally unstable.

The property was very spacious, it’s located outside the city center but its well connected with the public transportation (trolley bus lane and bus lane) so you will be within 5-10 minutes in the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath the room was tasty (really a must to try when you stay there, they have a great Local dish). Another plus point, the room is well isolated so you don’t hear any noise from the restaurant (it’s always busy there) and from the street. The parking was free in front of their property.

They don’t provide soap/shampoo. Some of the floors were not well fixed. On the corner of the room (up) there were spider webs also on the corner down the sink in the bathroom. Cleanliness could be there.

The staff are very attentive and kind. Every time I arrived I was greeted with joy by a young lady. When I needed a pillow, I was helped by the maid who doesn't speak English, who was very kind and friendly. The location is excellent, 18 minutes by bus from the Christmas markets, and very close to the airport. Also the restaurant is really good, is cosy and comfy, I felt like home.

It's an old building, the bed and shower are not comfortable, but that didn't affect my stay.

It was an adorable building with a nice restaurant, we did t eat any food but had some drinks on the patio, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was great, close to public transport, easy to get downtown! Check in/out process was very easy, we had access to free public transport through check in at hotel which was very nice! Free convenient parking!

I liked the convenient free parking opposite of the guest house, the spacious room when one of the beds was isolated by curtains, the big table to sit down for 2 people, and the plenty of space to pack.

The hairdryer is in a poor state, I preferred not to use it. The bin was not emptied. It's a guest house so obviously no lift therefore needed to walk up with luggage. It was a hot day and the room was very hot and the ventilator was not too efficient to solve the problem.

Great and friendly staff, tasty hotel restaurant/bar with reasonable prices. Also a good thing was the ability to turn on heating and dry out our clothes after rain. 30 minutes of walking to the city center.

A little bit old and dusty rooms but beds and shower were clean and comfortable. Cool place for its price.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and there was a fan available to make up for when the room becomes too hot due to the weather. Despite being quite far away from Salzburg city center (about 30min walking) it was less than 5 min away from a bus station which made it easy to access the city.

Surprisingly there was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom itself. Also the bathtub was quite narrow.

We liked that the apartment was big enough for us, a family with 2 teenager, with 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.

The bathroom hss a strange pozițion în the apartment, at the entrance of it (you have to cross the bathroom, by the shower to get în the first bedroom. The propriety is a bit far from the city center, about 2,5 km. There is no kitchen în the apartment.

The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. I liked the simple decorations in the room with the parquet flooring. The vibes of the hotel are very energetic and friendly. The hotel is a bit away from the down town but there are al lot of transportation ways that work till late time

The shower cabinet was in an open space in the room.
