Great location in the inner town. The hotel was accessible, meaning that you could drive right up to the hotel to load and unload luggage. Very funky property with artsy feel. Our room was spacious and functional. The cooling system was good. The breakfast was first class and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I would consider this to be a 4 star property. But still very good. Many amenities were missing - no robes or slippers, no hair conditioner, no coffee machine.

What a lovely hotel that’s clean and with kind staff! I highly recommend. It was perfectly located and was close enough to all the attractions within 15-25 minutes (walk). The breakfast was amazing and it was a great combination of a la cate and a beautiful buffet. The facility is extremely clean and well-designed.

The only thing is that, although the parking is located across the hotel, it’s a gigantic town municipal parking building that has multiple entrances and exits. If you have a problem walking and in need of a parking lot, this wouldn’t be ideal for you.

This is a lovely stylish hotel in a fantasstic location. The rooms were large with good airconditioining and a lovely breakfast with great choice. There was a problem when we check in in due to a breakdown in the system between the hotel booking system and the booking.com system. We are not expected until the following day even though |I had the booking confirmation for the correct dates. Although the hotel was full the manager accommodated us in a duplex apartment within the hotel which was acceptable for the first night before we reverted to our normal booked accommodatiuon on the subsequent nights of our stay. We also received some further compensation for the inconvenience caused. The problem we had was dealt with in an exemplory manner greatly to our satisfaction.

Amazing location right on the main shopping street. We had a lovely room which felt recently updated and modern. Everything was immaculately clean. Quirky interesting hotel with lots of interesting art throughout

The room didn’t have a minibar or fridge inside- this was not great as we couldn’t buy any snacks and keep them in the fridge. The staff member checking us in was a bit rude making us wait a long time before coming out of the back area to check us in

Beautifully designed hotel. Central location. There is a lively bar and exclusive (read expensive) restaurant, but the food and service is excellent. The street is busy during the day but surprisingly quiet at night.

The room was very hot at night, despite turning off the radiators. The air con wasn’t sufficient, not much more than a fan and the duvets on the beds were thick. I ended up sleeping with the duvet cover only.

Lovely hotel, quite original with the crazy artwork and age of the building. Superb location to explore the old town, castle and Christmas markets and also close to the bridges to new town ( which is still very old). We stayed in the Maisonette which was spacious. The kitchen/ dining room was a great place to enjoy an Illy coffee compliments of the hotel. Staff were quick to fix a few issues when we first arrived. Lovely restaurant and bar. Schnitzel was delicious as were the cocktails. Staff very accomodating finding a table on a busy night even though we hadn’t booked.

Please etch something into the glass door between the living area and bathroom. It was closed and I walked into it and suffered a bruised head. Seriously dangerous. A Porter would have been appreciated to help carry heavy suitcases up the stone staircase to the Maisonette.

Fantastic location, really cool near to Mozartplatz and Fortress.Great coffee shops recommended by lovely staff. Beautiful inside with art and lovely modern furniture and fittings. Very luxurious room with Great vibe. Restaurant has a limited menu but great quality and service. Waiters quite bossy but only trying to be helpful and were cheerful. Handy bus stop to station and airport right outside.

No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Tea station on landing never worked but the staff did put our wine in their fridge.

Excellent location in the centre of the old city . Striking hotel, tastefully decorated with very interesting artwork and installations. Our suite was extremely well set up, with separate bath and shower. 2 wash basins, mirrors and magnifying mirror were great touches. Very comfortable bed! Very friendly and helpful staff

No fridge. A mirror point but the Bluetooth speaker wouldn't pair with my mobile phone

Best location possible in old town and there is a shortcut to the nearest public garage A through the museum nearby. Breakfast is good, and our maisonette apartment is spacey and comfortable, art design without being too strange. Receptionist are passionate and polite, nothing to complain

The slippers should be of higher quality

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Big rooms and very well heated. Excellent location.

The only negative that we can mention is that the cleaner was cleaning the room, but she was not replacing the toilet paper and the tissues, and she was not replacing also the used glasses in the room.
