VERY nice fancy apartment with everything you need and two bedrooms, kitchen, and kitchen table, dishes, etc. Located right in the old town across from a fantastic restaurant. You walk through the old town to get there. My husband and I both feel like we could stay a week there; we only stayed one night. Very modern, very clean, and very quiet, even though it was right in the center because everything shut down at a good time even though it was a Friday night. Nice staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Not the facilities fault; it's the nature of the fantastic location in the old town. But since it is in the old town, the parking is maybe 10 minutes away. That's the trade off and well worth it to stay in the old town right near the city center. Wonderful! Tough to find the parking lot; there are two nearby. The one we chose is not the one that the apartment host gives a discount for. Not a big deal though. Although they may have told us in an email in advance about where to park; I didn't check my email to see. But the receptionist was very helpful!

We stayed one night at Hapimag Resort and it was just what we needed. We were three people, and the living room was converted into a second bedroom — it worked out perfectly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere for dinner and breakfast. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay.

The only real downside was parking. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian-only Old Town, you have to park at a public garage about a 15-minute walk away — and the parking is expensive for one night. Carrying luggage (and managing a dog) in the rain made it quite challenging. Additionally, as expected in a historic city center, there aren’t many grassy areas nearby for dogs, so we had to walk a bit to find a suitable spot. That said, if you’re arriving by train or without a car, the location is absolutely ideal.

The room was excellent. Super clean, seemed new and the layout was amazing. With a family of 2 kids - it worked very well. The lady at check-in was very helpful. We arrived during their 12-1pm break but she helped us even then and didn’t make us wait. The location is also excellent. It’s in the pedestrian only zone with lots of shops, restaurants & bars. There is a parking garage nearby (about 700 mts). The hotel does share a code if you want to bring your car to unload luggage during check-in. The kitchen was also fully equipped! Would love to try other hapimag properties based on this experience.

It was a very hot day (33 degrees). There is a cooling system (more like a blower) but no Airconditioners. We were provided only one small tower fan which wasn’t good enough to cool the entire room. Something I’d suggest they look into especially during such hot days

The location is excellent, very close to many famous attractions, with restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. You can cook in the apartment and do your laundry. The food at the restaurant just outside the entrance on the first floor of the apartment is very delicious. You can take it out and eat in the apartment, which is very convenient.

1.The bed is not very comfortable and uneven. The left side of the double bed tilts to the left, and the right side tilts to the right. It’s uncomfortable to sleep on, and it feels like it’s easy to roll or turn over while sleeping. 2. Upon checking in, I discovered that the bathroom trash bin contained garbage left by the previous guest (such as peach pits and other trash). However, there was a new plastic bag placed around the edge of the bin. It seems the cleaning staff did not notice the garbage inside and did not clean it out.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Salzburg. The front desk staff was excellent - answered our questions in an efficient and honest way. The apartment was quiet given the downtown location. We were all very comfortable.

We initially thought the apartment had 2 bedrooms, but it was 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. This was fine for a few nights but would have been cramped for a longer stay (we were 2 adult couples). But we still loved our stay and it all worked out!

The property was very responsive and provided details communications on what to expect prior to my trip. We arrived to the hotel after hours and the check in process was easy. Our keys were waiting for us in an envelope. The hotel was in a great location and everything we wanted to do was walkable. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan which was a bonus. I also really liked that there isn't house keeping everyday.

The garbage was a bit difficult to toss since the signs were confusing and I didn't know what bin to put the main garbage. I thought the price was a little high in general - But, based off other hotel prices in the area, it seemed reasonable. More so, I think Salzburg is just a more expensive city than I was expecting.

The location was perfect. Being there during a heatwave, the AC was great to have. The fold out couch in the living area was comfortable enough for the one night we stayed there.

The AC was working great in the rooms, but the one in the bathroom we couldn't figure out. We could not figure out how to change it from heating to cooling. There were no remotes, and no explanation how to work the AC anywhere. Since we were only there for one night and came in after the reception had closed, we couldn't really get anything done about that.

The hotel is centrally located, within short walking distance from the bus station, in case one needs to use public transport. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There are many restaurants and coffee places nearby so one can take its pick at where to have breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Really appreciated the availability of the staff to check us in prior to the official check in time, as the room was already available.

As the room was facing the streets, there was a bit of noise in the evening, but after 10 it became really quiet so we could enjoy a good nights' sleep.

The apartment was amazing and right inside the old town. There is a washing machine in the basement you can use and they have an honesty pantry located in reception which is very handy when you arrive late with two hungry children. The bathroom was great and the veranda was lovely to sit out on. You can get up early and in a short walk you find a bakery. Fantastic location.
