The hotel was exactly what I needed. I had an early flight out of Salzburg airport, and I wanted to return my rental car the day before, walk to the hotel and then walk the morning after back to the airport for my flight. And I did exactly that. I didn't expect the hotel to be so close to the terminal (5-10 minute walk), so it was even more convenient than I expected. Other than that, check-in was a breeze, and the single room was small and adequate. There are no food facilities at the hotel, but I was directed to a restaurant at the airport which was quite decent.

The only comment I would make, which applies to all hotels I have been to in Austria, is that the toilette paper resembles sand paper, to those (like me) who are sensitive to this, and there are no tissues in the room.

Last minute booking for a last minute flight. The hotel had a dated look but that’s not actually a negative thing. It looks like it hasn’t changed its ways since the 80s, but if it’s not broken then don’t fix it. It was really traditional and comfortable. I really liked it and would come back. Right outside the airport - arriving by foot at night was a bit awkward, but leaving for the airport the next day was super stress free. Service was great, breakfast was nice.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, thus ideal for early flights. The window isolation is good and in the room it is silent, there is also an AC if outside it is too loud and one does not want to open the window. Hotel staff was very nice.

Not that the hotel can do anything about it, but while having no noises from the airport, the guests in the room next to mine were so loud, that I woke up earlier than intended. From the looks (otherwise the comfort level was OK) the room was a bit outdated, but maybe it is the flair of this type of hotel.

The hotel is within a 3 minutes walk of the terminal yet is semi rural and looks onto Mountains. It is clean, fresh, modern and spacious. The room is of a good size and very quiet. There was no restaurant for evening meals but a good breakfast. We went to the terminal for a well priced evening meal.

Nothing really, its a good quality airport hotel and as such its main purpose is to provide accommodation close to the terminal. In this it suceeds.

We had a last minute change of flight home from Munich so quick hop to Austria for a flight from Salzburg. We booked the hotel in literally 2 minutes for it's proximity to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel looks like a traditional Austrian villa, but a 3 minute walk from terminal 1 Staff were helpful, attentive and breakfast was wonderful. Not the orange juice though - avoid that! Great last minute find.

The hotel was convenient for the airport, buses into the city centre and a nearby designer shopping mall (if that is your interest). The swimming pool was well maintained and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Free parking a bonus.

The breakfast price was too high at Euros 20 so we didn't have it. There were 4 of us staying 4 nights and it would have been an expensive addition. A similar 4* airport hotel in the UK charges the equivalent of Euros 15 for a hot cooked breakfast/continental buffet. A good quality UK airport motel charges Euros 9.30. Reasonable alternatives available in the airport - 5 minutes walk.

This property is perfect if you are using the Salzburg Airport. You can safely walk with your luggage to or from the airport. Although it is right by the airport the noise from there did not disturb our sleep. (It’s a fairly small airport.)

Note that you are not near any of the Salzburg attractions so you would need transportation to get to the historic part of town. You can walk to dinner and there is some mall shopping close by (also walking distance). We found the area to be walkable.

5 minute walk from the airport and also trams into Salzburg. Balcony to sit out on and lovely garden furniture. Great breakfast

Beautiful little hotel 4 mins walk from the airport. Nice spacious clean rooms, with a charming little balcony, with a lovely view.. Offers a swimming pool and a gym, plus free bus tickets if you want to see the sites, and also has a small bar service. Breakfast available if you want it at extra cost. Hosts very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It is right next to the airport- very good if you arrive late. The view from the balcony stunned us. It is a traditional Austrian house, so we got the dose of culture right away. The whole hotel was calm, clean, the swimming pool is an added bonus.

You will not be pleasantly surprised if you like modern style. The house is a bit old-fashioned, as is the staff. There are strict rules. It was a bit of a culture shock as we arrived from Mallorca which had a totally different vibe.
