Breakfast was excellent, many varieties to choose from, they prepared an egg omelette on request. There was a selection of good quality herbal teas. Everything was clean and functional. Two waiters (boys) were very nice and friendly and I would like to praise them very much.

In the message we received before arrival it was stated that there is a fridge on the floor. Unfortunately we didn't find one and the receptionist didn't know about it either. The waitress (girl) chatted for a long time with other guests and paid no attention to our empty pints. We had to call another waiter.

The location was very peaceful and quiet, and still close to major attractions. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean. The staff were very pleasant and ready to assist.

The A.C. would suddenly turn off in the middle of the night. That made it difficult for me to stay asleep or to fall back to sleep.

Rooms were very modern design and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa facilities were excellent. Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast. Far enough out of town to not be crowded.

The queen bed was a bit hard. A mattress topper on top of two beds pushed together would be a good improvement.

Very nice family-owned hotel in Wals on the outskirts of Salzburg. Quiet neighbourhood. Hotel itself was very traditional, staff helpful and friendly and spoke English. The room was spacious on the 3. floor, but no aircon. Beds were very good and bathroom nice and modern. Breakfast was fantastic with everything - even an omelet station with a chef cooking your omelet to order with your selection of toppings. Evening meal in the restaurant was also lovely and well priced, with local ingredients. All in all a very nice 3-day stay.

Unfortunately the wellness area was closed without further explanation and the restaurant is not open on Sundays.

Extremely friendly and happy staff who clearly enjoy working here. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Amazing breakfast and comfortable rooms. Excellent place to stay on your drive through Austria or to explore Salzburg. Busses leave every 10 minutes so you can just leave your car at the hotel.

Everything was perfect

The hotel was very traditional in appearance. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a very nice terrace for evening meals. The Sunday breakfast was absolutely brilliant and a very special treat. The room was spacious and comfortable.

A very welcoming hotel for our arrival into Austria. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel at home from checking in

No tea coffee facilities in room or ironing board

Clean room, bed, and bathroom, rich breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly stuff. Close to airport.

I'd prefer a coffee machine in the room :)
