The room was comfortable, clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff are welcoming, helpful and beautifully presented. The facilities are perfect for a family or single or couple travelers. Swiming pools, sauna, playgrounds and other activites for everyone. The dining - breakfast is a must with a selection that caters to all - excellent selection for vegans. The evening meal was also enjoyable and a perfect place to host friends.The little touches in our room - the pool towels in a pool bag, the cute room sign, and the products in bathroom - again vegan friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. It was easily accessible by bus from the centre of Salzburg. The food in the hotel was lovely with lots of choices for breakfast. We also found the prices in the restaurant to be reasonable. The room was spacious. The spa was beautiful and provided for a very relaxing stay. The staff provided us with a map for walking routes in the area and we had a lovely walk in the shadow of the snow capped mountains.

The spa was adults only and in most of the areas you could not wear a swimsuit. This may not be suitable, or relaxing for everyone!

The spa facilitates were amazing and the reason we would come back. The food was good too. They had a couple of choices for vegetarians, however some issues with ordering (see what we didn't like section)

The room we had was quite small, but sufficient for a few nights stay, however the lighting is very poor, the hairdryer was the old style that you have plugged into the wall and cuts off after a few minutes and the shower door broke off. I think the hotel needs to update these aspects to really match the quality it is selling the hotel at. When we were ordering food, there was a lack of clarifications, e.g. they asked if we wanted salad with one of the meals ordered without explaining this would cost more and when ordering fries I asked for small portion but they provided large (which i assumed was small as thats what i asked for but realsied was not as ordered the same the enxt day. , These are minor things, but felt like they were just adding stuff on that could be charged more.

The staff are wonderful, beautifully dressed in tradition Austrian clothing. The warmest welcome from the owners, delicious food, Piotre the gentleman at the bar was amazing and made us feel so special. The staff at dinner were so knowledgeable on local wines. We sat in the Burgerstube restaurant and the traditional decor Enhanced the evening. Delicious schnitzel! The best breakfast you could wish for. So much choice we were pleased to be there for three nights so we could try and sample most of it. We were there for a special occasion and had superior double rooms, the views of the mountains took our breath away and amazed us every morning. Fantastic coffee machine, quality bedrooms with so many finishing touches that made our stay so amazing. Fantastic shower, comfiest beds, balconies over looking Untersberg and the spa. The Spa facilities were beyond luxurious and we spent as much time there in between activities as possible. My daughter enjoyed the playground too. We had the best time and didn’t want to leave.

Nothing, it was faultless

Rooms, where very well designed plenty of space, places to sit, and view the out doors mountain scenery. Never been to a European spa, I felt this may have been the best. I can't imagine there being a nicer one. So many options , the facility was very large, clean and modern. The breakfast offerings also very large, Not many things i could imagine them having. very filling.

Parking was tough, but this is a busy place with the restaurant and the conference center they offer

SPA is amazing! One of the best SPA I have ever seen. It was a bit different that there was an adult only section (but I understand that it is common for the Austria). The pool in general area was amazing as well. There is pool inside that leads to outside pool. The atmosphere is amazing, everything is spotless clean. Adult area is also amazing, the view out of sauna is outstanding. You can relax and easily spend 3-4 hours there. We would definitely come back again! The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious as well! We would definitely come back!

The room is a bit outdated. You can feel that rooms have not been renovated for the past 5-7 years. However, it is fine. Also, it happened that in the morning when we stayed some sewer cleaning happened outside of the building, it smelled horrible (even in the room, our room was oveerlooking the pool area). I doubt that it happens often and I understand that it should be happening time to time, but the smell was horrible for a few hours.

Almost everything was perfect !!! The facilities are great, the room with the balcony was big with a gorgeous view. The hotel itself is super clean And modern. The stuff is nice and welcoming. Free parking an 15min drive to city center.

No free water, tea and coffee in the room ! For this level of hotel and the price we pay I would expect to get it free daily. They even charged me for the coffee capsules, though it was 0.5€ only, but in every hotel you get it free. In addition no kettle in the room.

The overall property was lovely.

In the dining areas there were flies every morning and evening and staff didn’t care to get rid of them :(. Some staff were a little passive aggressive when ordering or asking for something on the menu. But most staff were pleasant with us especially the cleaners who were very attentive and welcoming.

The hotel and spa are wonderfull! We had a very confortable room faceing the pool with a nice view to the mountain. Very good breakfast with a lot of tasty things you could choose from. Great playground. The kid really enjoyed it. We loved our days at Laschensky and would definitely come back again!

Would be nice to have the option on booking the room to choose also a standard double room for 2 adults and a toddler

Loved this place and already planning our next trip so that we can stay there again. Super family friendly, everything was so comfortable and easy. The breakfast was next level! Our daughter has celiac and they had plenty of gluten free options for her, including cereal and muffins. The family pool is amazing as well, and the location can't be beat.
