Location is great in a quiet neighborhood and green area yet 7 minutes from city center. New hotel, wonderful design, nice receptionists, Parking is plenty. very clean rooms with clean floor. Quit and excellent insulation. Nice glass windows. Airconditioning is wonderful. wide bathroom and wonderful shower.

Although many Arab and Saudi guests there are no Arabic TV channels. No iron and not allowed!!! No windows can be opened. The room corner has a high leather stand which you cant be used to set or sleep! very strange thing! they should provided a chair and table instead! No complementary water! Very sharp check out time at 11 am extended to one hour only! Bed mattress is stiff and bellows are so soft .. they have other bellows at additional cost!

The hotel is a modern property, clean and with good ambience. The rooms are spacious, very neat, no smells and the beds are comfortable. Good clean and spacious bathrooms. Coffee maker, fridge and safe are provided. Good laundry service. The hotel is located a little outside city centre (15 minutes by bus) but well connected via two different bus routes. Beautiful views from roof top restaurant. Polite helpful hotel staff. Mobility pass included in your city tax (per person per night) is useful for use on bus services around Salzburg. This can be requested from reception staff when you pay the city tax at time of check-in. Indian and Turkish Restaurants in city centre cater for halal food.

No dedicated room service or any other services that are common in typical hotels like housekeeping etc. everything has to be requested from reception by dialling 5000. No food is available at the hotel after the only restaurant on location closes, which is around 8 or 9 PM. No convenience stores in near vicinity of hotel. Lobby not befitting the hotel and the hotel atmosphere is rather dull.

The staff were exceptional very helpful explaining about public transport and explaining the city tax included free access to public transport. The member of staff printed us off travel passes and provided us with time tables and recommendations of what to see and were to eat and go for a drink. When checking out the following day I witnessed a guest complaining about a 5 Euro daily charge for parking which I was aware of as the booking information explained this and also when I checked in I was informed of this. The guest was addiment that "Booking" stated it was free. The issue was handled very professionally by the member of staff on the reception desk. The hotel was modern, clean and the room spacious with smart tv and smart lighting. The breakfast in the Sky lounge was high quality and the views of the surrounding mountains of Salzburg breathe taking. Breakfast is an absolute must for the experience.

The stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience and the staff complimented the beautiful hotel the only drawback was my stay was just for one night.

Pretty, modern, rituals toiletries ♥️ the room features are next level, with good breakfast at the higher floor, location is fine as well, friendly stuff. We were told that there was an option to get a free 24h public transport ticket from the hotel although it was communicated to us only after we’d purchased it on our own (getting this could be a nice value-add)

This stay had a potential to be extraordinary, however I additionally paid for a room at the 10th floor, asking in the special request to help us get a nice view if possible - well, we were accommodated on the side with some sort of an industrial building that we could see from all sides, perks of the higher floor indeed 😅 sure, I appreciate it’s the subject to availability as was said.. essentially, on Monday the hotel didn’t look super crowded and yet. The irony is that the weather was still so rainy, that one can’t see anything due to fog

• Spacious, spotless rooms with modern fittings that made the stay very comfortable. • Excellent breakfast spread with plenty of variety. • Friendly, cheerful, and welcoming staff who made the experience even better. • The rooftop bar is a real highlight with stunning views a great place to unwind.

1) The rooftop bar being shut on Sundays was a bit of a letdown. 2) The commute from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof is slightly inconvenient — the bus drops at Salzburg Arena, and the short walk to the hotel can feel dingy and poorly lit at night.

No drinking water, bathrobe and slippers - essentials which are supposed to be in place No kettle. Considering that restaurant is not taking orders after 9pm - you can’t have tea or warm drink at night No room service during late hours. Bar in reception area and bar on 14th floor were closed Individual blankets are quite small

- very good hotel with fantastic view from the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) from the 14 and 15th floor (360 degree view) - perfect location; directly at the highway exit, but even that very close to the city center - enough parking spaces at and around the hotel - well equipped rooms - friendly staff

- sometimes not enough elevators and they are small, so waiting times or better - use the stairs - equipment in the fitness room is good, but guess no service is done, as some of the equipment is not proper working - not all tv stations have been working - u can not open any window; so for me it's horrible, as i love to sleep with fresh air (open window) - brakfast: omlette and other egg meals cost's extra, but guess the for a price of € 1,50 they are really not earning a lot of money with it and would be more customer friendly to include it into the already high room rate ?!

omg, this hotel is a vibe!!!!! loved our stay here. The room was super spacious, the staff were very friendly. I forgot his name, but he was super helpful throughout our stay. The bathroom was big, and super cool too. It's got rain shower with some light on. The bed was comfy. I dont mind just staying at the hotel room tbh.

Location to the bus stop is a bit of walk. Still not too far, there are 2 close stops around 5-10 mins from the hotel. Very okay and fun to walk in the day, but at night it's a bit different. One night, we got off at Salzburgarena, and it was super quite and dark. I was a bit scared to be honest but nothing happened.

Don't let the silly name put you off. A fabulous hotel with superb views from the restaurant (when the fog clears 😢). The room (Executive Superior Double) was amazing with a lovely bath in the bedroom, shower, bathroom and bed. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and everywhere was clean and uncluttered. Would stay here again. Thank you.

A couple of minors only here. The modern high tech lighting was a challenge to use seamlessly. The breakfast set up caused congestion as serving and thoroughfare are in the same tight space. I planned on us having a romantic evening meal in the sky restaurant, but it was closed without warning when booking the stay. So that was a disappointment.

What a fabulous hotel! We arrived before check-in and were given complimentary travel tickets into the city. Staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was the 9th floor and all modern facilities, clean, spacious, mini bar, coffee facilities and loads more. It's worth more than what we paid for bed and breakfast. We reserved a rooftop table for an evening meal, which was of a high standard, and watched the sun set, which ended our trip to Austria on a high note. Will definitely be back again.
