Simply loved the stay!! Amazingly located in terms of nature and beauty, its away from the city's hustle and bustle, surrounded by mountains. We saw the beautiful view of snow covered mountains from our room and a balcony in the lobby. Breakfast options could be more but were sufficient. The staff was very kind. The uncle there in the restaurant of this hotel allowed me to eat my soup I got from outside and also offered to heat it up for me and offered me bread as well. 😭❤️ With car, the city is closely accessible with public transport, you have to walk a bit to get to the nearest tram station.

We needed a place to bring the dog. The hotel is situated 100m or less from a large park (exit hotel to left and follow road) We arrived on a Monday and the restaurant was open. The food was excellent and allowed the dog. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy warm. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It offers a large free carpark. We didn't venture into the center of Strasburg because it was just a stopover; the weather was also very cold and foggy, so we stayed at the hotel for the night.

The room was a bit small for 3 people and a dog, but we were only there for one night, so no big deal. The walls are rather thin, but this didn't bother us. It is near a church, which is also didn't bother us. FYI if you are noise sensitive

A quiet hotel, we were with a dog and there was no problem even with breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces, public transport to the center within reach. Breakfast good, staff very nice.

There is a church in the immediate vicinity that rings the bell every 15 minutes even during the night. We are used to sleeping with the window open even in winter and although the beds were comfortable, the sound of the bell did not leave me in peace. We stayed for one night, unfortunately on a Monday when the restaurant was closed for dinner, but the restaurant was essential for us in our choice. So we were unlucky.

Great location with easy access to town centre. Friendly staff, great help from accommodation to the end. The young gentleman was a hero, explaining so well all town buses, travel routes, and attractions. Thank you so much! We had a great experience following your recommendations. Terrace with views to mountains, stunning in morning time. Open 24 hours, smoking place! Clean room, spacious bathroom with large shower, well done! Really nice guy at the reception, welcomed our kid with the magic trick and added extra candy to the dessert.

Smoking on the outside was a little bit annoying, because that area was for restaurant clients as well. There should be additional area on the outside which is specially for smokers and doesn't affect enivironment for non smoking guests.

Very easy to get from Liefering station on foot. Trains into Salzburg HBF were every hourly / half hourly. Good little location. Perfect for what I needed (just somewhere to stay) great that food was served until 9:30pm and the bar was open late. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Very good stay. Would recommend

No air con - only had a fan which made the room a little bit like a fan oven as it was very hot!

Good location for us and pet friendly which is a must for us. Although there could be a better walking area for the dogs Rooms are nice and clean , beds are excellent and comfortable Breakfast is also good 👍🏾 There's also a separate menu if you want to dine. Chinese buffet at the top of the street which is excellent 👌🏾

A very clean & tidy hotel with a lovely restaurant serving great food reasonably priced, all the staff were friendly & helpful. The hotel is not far from the centre of Salzburg. My cars battery was flat in the morning & the receptionist went out of his in his own time to help me get it started again- many many thanks for getting me out of a potentially stressful situation. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, am hoping to do so again in the future. Danke schön.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the staff were very hospitable, and even opened the bar up after closing due to late arrival to get a wonderful Weiss beer. The room was spacious, the included breakfast ample with great coffee and a real advantage was the free parking right outside.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Location was 15 min away from the old town where we spent most of our time. Taxi service was available easily, even in the early morning hours. Bus station is less than a 10 min walk. Also the 2 people at the reception that we met were very friendly and helpful as well.

The lady at the hotel restaurant could be a little more friendly. She was nice but a bit brusque. If tourists are visiting, it is quite possible that language & communication could be difficult. Perhaps one can be a little more understanding.
