Apartment in a quiet part of town. You will need a car to get around (plenty of parking spots at the location). Cosy apartment and a nicely appointed kitchen. We went in the winter, but saw bicycles which are available for guests to use. I would imagine that to be extremely useful in the summer when the weather is much nicer!

The only disappointment was the WiFi was out for an entire day during our stay. The hosts were quick to share the reason why (the building suffered from some leakage which impacted the main router / server room). I hope this has been resolved for future guests! As mentioned you are a ways out from the center of town (will need to take the bus to get around or have a car handy)

The apartment is really new and clean. Check-in, though contactless, was a breeze and very smooth. Special thanks to all the staff who responded very quickly when we discovered no water in the bathroom’s flushing system. A big thank you to the friendly staff who came by our apartment to fix the problem. The issue, from first point of contact via messaging to resolution, took only about an hour! Kudos to the staff 😊. We will definitely come back again when we next travel to Salzburg.

Nothing at all. Though accommodation is not at the Salzburg city centre, it was only one 15-20min bus ride away. The bus stop is only round the corner of the apartment.

That is near the bus stop and it has free laundry services. Also, it’s like a big house because we use the laundry room together like a big family

It’s only has a one bathroom, the AC is kinda hot and it doesn’t has many restaurants or near supermarkets

The apartment was well located with the bus stop just a couple of minutes away and the city centre 15-20 minutes away.The kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking and the induction hob was very fast.The hosts were very kind to give us an early check-in . They also had a laundry room where we could use the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place for stay.

Absolutely stunning apartment! Location was very close to public transportation to get into town. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was able to cook a full meal without a problem. Beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, and the best part was the free laundry room and kids play area in the basement. They had two washers and dryers and laundry soap to use. The play area had a large tv and couch, a huge table for coloring, and a lot of toys and board games. This was the PERFECT place for a family with children. We were beyond happy staying here! Highly recommend!

Absolutely clean, pretty, cosy and comfortable, with free parking.

Checkout time is quite early, 10am and checking in quite late, 15.00. We needed to have some extra time because we were preparing for a long trip. We called the owner to ask about this but said it was impossible as at 10am 3 groups were leaving and 3 cleaning crews were coming at the same time (!) to clean the apartments to have them ready for 15:00, 5 hours later (!). Of course, at 10am there were no cleaning crews. There was only one cleaning lady - the kind, hard working lady who deserves all the credit for having this building so clean and tidy. She does need time for this, thats why checking out might be early, but with some coordination, all could be arranged as she does not clean all rooms at the same time. in

This place was amazing. It feels weird to rate the staff because we never saw them but they were very responsive when I emailed a question. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a downstairs we weren't expecting with a gym, laundry room,. and a family room with tv. We watched a movie down there and did laundry one evening. We were desperate to do laundry and were happy to not need to find a laundromat. This truly was a great place to stay.

Excellent stay with all amenities! There is a laundry room, recreation room and a gym that's also fully equipped. My kids loved the spacious recreation room with many toys, games and comfy chairs and cushions.

Firstly, I really liked how smooth was the checkin process, the staff was really engaging and very quick to response. The apartment was beautifully decorated with modern style. Most of amenities were available. And kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary! I loved the bikes available for all guests, parking was plenty as well.

Air conditioning is not available in all apartments, it is only offered in bigger apartments, we were only 3 people so it didn’t make since to book the apartment for 6 people. The weather was really hot at the time of my visit which made it unbearable specially during sleeping time! So make sure to check your visit time if the weather is bit cold so you won’t have any issues.

Excellent apartment, great stay, nice, comfortable, great for 4 people. All well organised. I highly recommend it to everyone! Clean apartment, convenient, very well thought through.

- Bathroom - I know how difficult to keep it clean nonetheless in the shower some mould started to grow - from some minor issue in the shower (might have been fixed already) - Distance from city center: bit far out and the public transport sometimes was not clear when it should come - not the fault of the apartment, more issue with the transport system than anything else. Nonetheless I would book it again.
