Big and elegant room, very cozy bed

The location is a little bit far from the centre ( if you walk) the neighbourhood is not that nice

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. On the location, although it’s not quite near the city center, it’s still very accessible with all the bus stops around the location. Our family also loved the fact that the family rooms are spacious. For a family on tour, it’s also good that the grocery store (Interspar) is less than 5-mins away by foot from the hotel. It’s definitely value for money.

The stairs to the family room was a bit of a challenge for us traveling with huge luggage. It’d be good, too, if the hotel can provide, water heater/thermos (for hot drinks — like coffee or tea) in the rooms.

Staff is very friendly! Room is very clean! Beds were comfy :) , one of the beds were a bit separated which was great for us! Has a desk with chairs so we can chill! Toilet , shower is also clean! The bus goes directly in front, so location is also good. Also had a shared balcony that we can chill!!

Nothing comes to mind! But will be nice if they had a kettle.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. It’s not a 5 star accommodation (quite basic inside), but for the money paid it was an excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again!

Nothing to note. May be worth noting that there were some stairs leading to the room, people with mobility issues may need to be warned in advance. It was not an issue for us at all.

The location was great, close to the airport and public transport. Not too far from the city centre. Easy check in with two key cards given for easy access to the room. The room itself is very clean with a simple set up, which was pleasant enough for two nights. The shower is hot and powerful (although it has the tendency of getting hotter and colder al of a sudden). Good strong WiFi in the hotel.

The mattresses were very thin and had a dip in them, they should be replaced. There were only two very thin pillows, with no extras in the room. The main light in the bathroom wasn’t working and needs to be replaced. A kettle with some coffee and tea would be good in the room, there is plenty of room for it on the table. The restaurant didn’t seem to be open, which was a little confusing, especially because it’s branded as a ‘Hotel & Grill’.

Austrian buffet breakfast was good though a bit limited in their selections. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is also good, near the Hauptbahnhof.

I hope someday they will put aircon in the room especially for summer season, but the stand fan was very thoughtful. It helped us sleep better during the summer heat.

such a cute hotel, close to everything. We were able to walk to the downtown area and all the sites with no problems. We arrived late but the hotel team communicated with us on to access entry to the hotel after hours, all went very smooth. Staff was very nice, gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat, where locals tend to eat. Arrange taxi service on our departure date.

The hotel was full of character with a good sized room and lovely breakfast. The location is in a quiet area and you can walk to the centre in around 20 minutes but there are plenty of taxis available. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Good options for parking in the hotel car park.

Hotel is situated in a good location overall, went from train station and to the old city by foot, only 20-30 min walks that are as well very enjoyable. Bedroom and breakfast also very good.

There's no lift for family rooms, need to take lift till 2nd floor and then go up one floor by stairs.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks traditional from the outside but is modern on the inside. There is a really nice bar/restaurant attached to the hotel with a garden.

Location was a bit of a walk into tourist area, but price was a lot better than in the tourist area so worth the 20 minute walk each way
