Nice room, comfortable bed, a large balcony available. At the reception we were issued tourist cards for free travel around the city. The location is a bit far from the center, but with free travel it was not a problem at all

There was no air conditioning. Breakfast was rather meager: some cheese and salami, minimal vegetables, two types of desserts. On the plus side: a wide selection of tea. Ants were crawling on the dining room floor

Location is good, not in the old town, but short walk from the river - and getting there, with all the views is marvellous. There is parking available for reservation, which I found quite difficult to get in Salzburg for some reason. Room was good enough, comfortable, everything was clean, no issues. Breakfast was quite ok as well. I would stay there again for sure.

My mum stayed in this hotel which I booked for her and she said it was very clean, the staff were friendly and it was a good area with lots of things around so overall she enjoyed her stay.

There's nothing she didn't like, well maybe the giant pillows were a bit weird she said but thats not a big deal, she's just not used to them.

Staff is very friendly! Room is very clean! Beds were comfy :) , one of the beds were a bit separated which was great for us! Has a desk with chairs so we can chill! Toilet , shower is also clean! The bus goes directly in front, so location is also good. Also had a shared balcony that we can chill!!

Nothing comes to mind! But will be nice if they had a kettle.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. On the location, although it’s not quite near the city center, it’s still very accessible with all the bus stops around the location. Our family also loved the fact that the family rooms are spacious. For a family on tour, it’s also good that the grocery store (Interspar) is less than 5-mins away by foot from the hotel. It’s definitely value for money.

The stairs to the family room was a bit of a challenge for us traveling with huge luggage. It’d be good, too, if the hotel can provide, water heater/thermos (for hot drinks — like coffee or tea) in the rooms.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable. It’s not a 5 star accommodation (quite basic inside), but for the money paid it was an excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again!

Nothing to note. May be worth noting that there were some stairs leading to the room, people with mobility issues may need to be warned in advance. It was not an issue for us at all.

Austrian buffet breakfast was good though a bit limited in their selections. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is also good, near the Hauptbahnhof.

I hope someday they will put aircon in the room especially for summer season, but the stand fan was very thoughtful. It helped us sleep better during the summer heat.

The location was great, close to the airport and public transport. Not too far from the city centre. Easy check in with two key cards given for easy access to the room. The room itself is very clean with a simple set up, which was pleasant enough for two nights. The shower is hot and powerful (although it has the tendency of getting hotter and colder al of a sudden). Good strong WiFi in the hotel.

The mattresses were very thin and had a dip in them, they should be replaced. There were only two very thin pillows, with no extras in the room. The main light in the bathroom wasn’t working and needs to be replaced. A kettle with some coffee and tea would be good in the room, there is plenty of room for it on the table. The restaurant didn’t seem to be open, which was a little confusing, especially because it’s branded as a ‘Hotel & Grill’.

The hotel was full of character with a good sized room and lovely breakfast. The location is in a quiet area and you can walk to the centre in around 20 minutes but there are plenty of taxis available. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Good options for parking in the hotel car park.
