It is a perfect location because it is right next to the Mirabelle Gardens and just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. This is a great hotel with spacious rooms and a prime location. If you're planning a stay soon, I recommend calling ahead to check on the construction status or requesting a room away from the construction area.

Construction is going on right now, and the hotel gym and spa are currently unavailable. As an alternative, there's a nearby fitness facility (FitINN) that offers day passes for €20. It would be nice if they could give guests some kind of voucher to a nearby fitness facility. We paid €40 additional just to work out somewhere else. Or at least waive the parking fee of €30 for the inconvenience.

5 star hotel without tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?? Then charge €10 for a pot of hot water and a tea bag. Poor form.

I liked the fact that the hotel was located not far from the old town and its magnificent sites. The room suited me perfectly. The bathroom was functional and comfortable. The bar is nice, as is the Mirabelle restaurant, which offers quality local cuisine. The parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms via the elevator. Many thanks to the housekeeping team for their responsiveness to my requests.

Access to internet was quite tricky.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the breakfast at this hotel, and it was truly delightful. The diverse selection of offerings catered to every palate, from a variety of fresh fruits to scrumptious pastries. The hot dishes were prepared to perfection, and the omelette station allowed for a personalized touch. What impressed me most was the attention to quality – the ingredients seemed fresh and locally sourced. The atmosphere in the breakfast area was inviting, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant start to the day. Overall, a fantastic breakfast experience that undoubtedly enhanced my stay at this hotel.

Location Location! This hotel is central and in walking distance to everything including the Mirabell Gardens which are opposite the hotel. Rooms are neat and clean and have power sockets in the bathroom cupboard for worldwide access Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was ideal including a choice of eggs cooked anyway you like. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Salzburg.

The pillows are very bad, they have very little fluff and the head falls off. The floor of the shoes was not cleaned for three days. It was not until the third day that they remembered to clean it.

Maybe due to big occupation staff was not homogeneous, some very nice, some not impolite but very neutral for this level. Luggage support (or lack of it) some reception (for instance arguing I booked double beds when paper say 1 double bed…). Some are good, others are just doing a job and that is not what one expects from this level, brand and hospitality sector

We were surprisingly pleased with the accommodations. We stayed on the club level and the rooms were nicer than advertised on the app, and very spacious.

It’s a nice property with a lovely garden terrace and fun piano bar… And OMG thank you Markus for the great service and amazing cocktails, such attention to detail.

Almost everything was fine. Especially the staff was helpful and friendly. In the restaurant, the food was excellent and the waiters/waitresses were super kind. Central location

Only two remarks because I don't think that too much can be done with this. 1. The walls are quite thin, you can overhear too much from the neighbours. 2. In the parking garage the spaces are quite narrow, difficult to park by longer cars.
