This hotel was probably one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. There was also a lovely clean smell in the air throughout the hotel and the dining room was also immaculate including cups, plates, utensils. The breakfast was everything you needed for a city break and the staff were constantly topping things up and cleaning down tables. As soon as someone left the dining room their table was cleaned. As soon as something was running low it was topped up. The staff in general were great! They let us leave our bags on day one as we were too early for check in and also let them leave them on the last day as we were in Salzburg later than check out time. On day one the staff member called us to see if we were on our way back soon so they could check us in before they left for the day. There was a way to check in when they had gone home but I honestly thought this was such a lovely touch to make sure we got checked in okay while they were there. They also gave us cups and tea bags for our room on request and were generally very helpful. Location was great! We could walk to the old town and all the main attractions. Buses were there if needed. We got a bus to and from the airport (number 2) and it was about 20 minutes and so easy!

Decor needs updating in places and pillows need replacing. Beds weren’t really comfy but okay for a few days.

The location is very good and the hotel is located very close to the main train station. The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, and in front of the hotel there are bus stops for different parts of the city. There is an excellent train connection with other cities in Austria and neighboring countries. The accommodation units were clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was worse than expected, but still quite acceptable. The general impression is very good and all recommendations for this hotel, especially in terms of price-quality ratio, as well as a very good location and excellent connections to all parts of the city and sights.

Location. Close to the train station and to the bus terminal. Very helpful employees, special Mohamed the receptionist. They changed the towels daily.

Breakfast. The same cheese, salami, cheap cake, boiled eggs. Nothing else. No vegetables, no fruits. It's not continental breakfast. It's deli breakfast. Buy from the store the same sliced cheese and salami, remove the package and put the slices on the tray. The hotel is located very close to a Shell gas station open 24/7. Every day or night until 4 or 5 am the same group of 8 people drinking and smoking!! , talking loudly,swearing, ending up yelling and screaming being so drunk,pushing each other. Their behavior was fine with the gas station employees. In four days the garbage from the room has been removed once.

The location was excellent for access to trains and buses. The room was very clean, with clean bedding and towels every day. Staff were friendly and helpful e.g. offered suggestions for bus routes.

The entrance to the hotel was not obvious from the street. There were large bins opposite the entrance, which were rather smelly. There was scaffolding and plastic sheeting at the windows, so there was no view. It would have been nice to have had more variety of breakfast choices, e.g. a range of fruit instead of apples only.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and breakfast were great.

I had a room with a queen bed and a single bed in it, and I am just one traveler. I was surprised however to find they took out all the pillows bar one. It looked a very lonely pillow in the middle of a big bed on its own. This seemed a bit miserly. I requested another pillow and received one. They are not good pillows, they are thin and lumpy. Another concern was distance from town center. On Booking.Com it says central. It has a good set of shops and some restaurants in easy walk, but it is a ten-minute bus ride into town.

Nice room, a bit small with an extra bed in it. we only stayed 1 night en route to another part of Austria so not really a problem The room was nice and clean (and so was the bathroom). The breakfast was very nice, served in a bright room not far from ours!

Not something the hotel has control over, it was rather noisy outside. Traffic and people walking past talking until 3 or 4 in the morning. But not intolerable just something to be expected in a city centre in the middle of holiday season.

The room was really comfortable, I loved it! It had a twin bed and a queen bed, and a sofa plus a wardrobe for clothes. A small desk too, and an electric kettle. It was really ideal for being comfortable while traveling. There was a ceiling fan in the room too. The free breakfast was also really convenient and had solid options.

The ceiling fan / main light for the room didn't actually work.. seems like something that'd be an easy fix though. Also, it would be really nice if the room had a mini fridge.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The toilet was very clean too. Breakfast provided was substantial with good variety of bread, jam and yogurt. The staff at the reception were very friendly and very helpful.

No elevator although staff was there to help bring luggage up. However, the climb up the flights of stairs will be a problem for those with knee problems

It was a very basic room with all basic amenities like kettle, towels, liquid soap,etc . The breakfast was also basic. Location was really good. There are wide varieties of good restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Also bus stations and train stations were easily accessibile. The main attractions were also just walking distance.

The staff was very cold. Should include some eggs and salads in breakfast. It was just bread items.

How lovely to come back to cosy digs, beds made up, new towels folded after a full day exploring. Great soundproofed walls for nice nights’ sleep. Breakfast was included and fine for what we needed. Location great of course. Didn’t take long to walk to centre and near train station. We went to Munich for the day. Bus nearby if needed. Staff nice. Sorry I had to leave a jacket and hat as no room in bag. Hope it goes to a good home. powerful hot shower. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Can’t fault it really. Mirror near plug near dressing table would be handy. Just a recommendation.
