Very nice aparthotel with a wonderful location at less than 10 minutes walking distance of the train station where you can take any bus to the center. It also has a number 2 bus stop in from of the building that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. Also, you can reach in less than 20 minutes the center by walking. The beds and the bathroom are confortable and everything looks clean and in perfect condition. It is clear thar there is a profesional company behind and not a private owner. The staff at the reception desk are friendly ans ready to explain you all what you need to know to move around the city

We stayed with our two children in a standard apartment that ,as per the pictures, looks that it is a 2 bedroom apartment. However , it is a 2 bedroom , but you have to be aware that the second bedroom where the bunkbeds are , is the same room as the dinning room and the small kitchen . Which means, that if you want yo send your children to bed and use the table to work ( which it was our case) or any other thing ,you cannot, because they are sleeping there. Also is not possible to use the small kitchen to cook anything as the smell will stay in the bedroom.

The location is great. Close to the central station and also the bus stop just in front of the hotel. The room equipped everything needed and the bed is also comfortable. It also equipped the laundry and dryer which are outside the room and additional charge required.

The only thing is that we thought it equip the lift but the lift is only in the main building. Suggest to request the room not in the side building if you have heavy luggage.

Very nice, spacious & well equipped apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for a short self catered stay and there was plenty of seating. Good shower and spacious bathroom, although towels were a bit thin. The bedroom was large with comfortable beds, everything was clean. Friendly reception staff. The bus stop is right outside the door and it is a short walk to the station, where there is a large shopping centre for groceries etc. The buses are very efficient, very good value and easy to use.

Nothing, it was a lovely stay and we were happy with the accommodation. We didn't try the breakfast.

Comfortable room with air conditioning and underfloor heating in bathroom. Some basic amenities for kitchenette provided although I don't think it would be possible to cook anything but simple meal with minimal preparation given the small space and lack of extraction fan over the stove. Friendly staff. Easy (paid) parking on site. Laundry (paid) on site. Bus stop right outside building.

Would be good to have combi microwave oven to heat up some bread or pastries and dishwasher to clean dishes. Although coffee maker and ground coffee are provided, there is no filter provided to make use of the coffee maker. The card reader for laundry was a bit temperamental and would only work with my Google Wallet through my phone (but not the physical card) and the first transaction for washing and for drying later wouldn't go through.

The location was great for getting into the centre with a short walk, but was also close to the train station, bus stops and a taxi rank. There were also shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a lovely view of the mountains from the bathroom. The property itself was very clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were helpful with our delayed check-in and let us leave our bags in the office after we checked out on the last day.

Very minor, but as there wasn’t a dishwasher, we had to wash up and there was no draining board. It was assumed that we were a couple, so only the double bed was made up and there wasn’t bedding for the other sofa beds.

We had a very comfortable, large loft apartment with a separate bedroom and sitting room/kitchen. (Lift available) The property is run similar to a hotel so there was check in when we arrived and reception from 8 am to 6 pm. Felt very secure. 5-10 minute walk to central railway station. Trams stop outside the property. We walked along the river into the old town (about 20 -25 minutes). There was a stove, microwave and fridge with good supplies of kitchen equipment. Excellent secure wi-fi. Breakfast was available for an additional price but we chose to prepare our own in the apartment. Lovely shower and facilities.

Absolutely FABULOUS!! We had a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. It was spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds, a large dining table and a very modern bathroom. We absolutely loved the fact that there was car parking onsite with a locked gate. Alleluia, there is AC at this apartment! In August, it was so so hot outside and it was wonderful to come into a cool apartment and relax. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a full size refrigerator. Very easy to cook, but we took advantage of the neighborhood restaurants. Not a long walk into town, but it's uphill on the way home, so save some energy or take a coffee stop half-way. :) Very pleasant stay and we would stay again!

Everything was fantastic, we have absolutely no complaints. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but the restaurant looked charming!

Reception desk was very friendly, spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, kitchen equipment was clean and well equipped, outdoor courtyard tables were nice, air con was great in summer as too noisy to have windows open

Noisy street with bus stop right outside window! Charge for luggage storage cubicles which are outside so not great in extreme heat/cold or wet. Seemed a bit cheeky to ask actual guests to pay for luggage storage when we’d been told it was possible at check in and seen that the reception area stores luggage for people at other hotels!

Near the train station(which is what we were aiming for) and a bus stop outside (direct bus number 2 from airport stops outside). Easy walk to mirabell palace. plenty of bus links into town. Good kitchenette facilities, microwave, coffee machine, hob, kettle and little fridge with small freezer slot on the top. Tea and coffee provided along with sugar if needed. Good sized rooms withcomfortable beds. Underfloor heating and towel rack in bathroom. integrated electronic bidet in toilet. mini chocolate Santa's on the table was a nice bonus. quiet area, and lift/elevator was great for us with our luggage and pram.

the instructions for the roller blinds were incorrect but we figured it out in the end.

Location is close to Main station and bus stop, so easy to access to other place. Even though the building is so old but couldn't find out any defect because it looked like rebuilt. Very clean and modern style interior and exterior. Especial there are warm floor in bathroom and cloth dryer is hanging on the bathroom wall. You can easily dry wet cloth or towel. Just hang on.

I had little problem with shower head and cord in bathroom. I was detached from each other. so I couldn't use it on check-in day. but after notice, they quickly fix it on next daytime.
