Very nice aparthotel with a wonderful location at less than 10 minutes walking distance of the train station where you can take any bus to the center. It also has a number 2 bus stop in from of the building that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. Also, you can reach in less than 20 minutes the center by walking. The beds and the bathroom are confortable and everything looks clean and in perfect condition. It is clear thar there is a profesional company behind and not a private owner. The staff at the reception desk are friendly ans ready to explain you all what you need to know to move around the city

We stayed with our two children in a standard apartment that ,as per the pictures, looks that it is a 2 bedroom apartment. However , it is a 2 bedroom , but you have to be aware that the second bedroom where the bunkbeds are , is the same room as the dinning room and the small kitchen . Which means, that if you want yo send your children to bed and use the table to work ( which it was our case) or any other thing ,you cannot, because they are sleeping there. Also is not possible to use the small kitchen to cook anything as the smell will stay in the bedroom.

The location is great. Close to the central station and also the bus stop just in front of the hotel. The room equipped everything needed and the bed is also comfortable. It also equipped the laundry and dryer which are outside the room and additional charge required.

The only thing is that we thought it equip the lift but the lift is only in the main building. Suggest to request the room not in the side building if you have heavy luggage.

Villa Elisa was a great place to stay and the staff were very professional and helpful. We were three friends travelling and there was more than enough space for all three of us to have our own beds and areas for luggage. The kitchenette was very well stocked and very clean. The bathroom had a bidet which was a plus! The beds were very comfortable, and we used the laundry a few times - it was very straightforward and easy. We included the breakfast in our stay and it was very good and well stocked - I particularly enjoyed the boiled egg station and coffee machine. It is right by the main train station and bus terminal, and there is a bus stop right outside the front of the property which made it very easy to use the bus to get home after long days of exploring. It was also very easily walkable to get to the more touristy areas. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for others.

I visited Salzburg and had a pleasant stay at Villa Elisa. The room we booked was big enough for a family of 5. The rooms were very tidy, well maintained with all basic necessities covered. There was a small kitchenette with all the required kitchen tools and equipment required to prepare meals. There was a laundry room downstairs althought this was not free and you have to pay 5 EUR per wash or dry. They also provide you with a free guest pass so you can use the buses in salzburg throughout the duration of your stay. There was also a bus stop right in front of the apartment which can take you straight to the primary tourist spots in Salzburg. Communication with our hosts were also excellent and often times swift. Overall I have nothing but postive things to say about Villa Elisa, highly recommended!

Location was 5 mins walk from train and bus station. Funky bunk beds for the kids. Really modern bathroom with a built in bidet which provided some humour! Washing machine area was well setup and well needed by us. Bus stop outside.

Room was smaller than expected BUT I do t think that can be helped given the stylish house it is in. Whilst funky and modern the beds are made with that "Wayfair" type wood and our 9 year old learnt that the corners of the bed are fearsome. Id suggest some corner cushion by the host as a law suit is probably in the ether at some point from someone. Nothing else.

Very nice, spacious & well equipped apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for a short self catered stay and there was plenty of seating. Good shower and spacious bathroom, although towels were a bit thin. The bedroom was large with comfortable beds, everything was clean. Friendly reception staff. The bus stop is right outside the door and it is a short walk to the station, where there is a large shopping centre for groceries etc. The buses are very efficient, very good value and easy to use.

Comfortable room with air conditioning and underfloor heating in bathroom. Some basic amenities for kitchenette provided although I don't think it would be possible to cook anything but simple meal with minimal preparation given the small space and lack of extraction fan over the stove. Friendly staff. Easy (paid) parking on site. Laundry (paid) on site. Bus stop right outside building.

Would be good to have combi microwave oven to heat up some bread or pastries and dishwasher to clean dishes. Although coffee maker and ground coffee are provided, there is no filter provided to make use of the coffee maker. The card reader for laundry was a bit temperamental and would only work with my Google Wallet through my phone (but not the physical card) and the first transaction for washing and for drying later wouldn't go through.

we liked the location of this property, it's about few minutes walk from the train and bus station, because it's so close, we are able to travel to other areas like Hallstatt and kings lake easily by public transport. it's a perfect location for people like us wanted to maximum the trip in 3 -4days. the bed for kids are hanging above the main bed, it's a fun thing for kids, as they treated it as a climbing frame. it's also only 15 mins walking distance to other main tourist placesin Salzburg.

The location was great for getting into the centre with a short walk, but was also close to the train station, bus stops and a taxi rank. There were also shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a lovely view of the mountains from the bathroom. The property itself was very clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were helpful with our delayed check-in and let us leave our bags in the office after we checked out on the last day.

Very minor, but as there wasn’t a dishwasher, we had to wash up and there was no draining board. It was assumed that we were a couple, so only the double bed was made up and there wasn’t bedding for the other sofa beds.

We had a very comfortable, large loft apartment with a separate bedroom and sitting room/kitchen. (Lift available) The property is run similar to a hotel so there was check in when we arrived and reception from 8 am to 6 pm. Felt very secure. 5-10 minute walk to central railway station. Trams stop outside the property. We walked along the river into the old town (about 20 -25 minutes). There was a stove, microwave and fridge with good supplies of kitchen equipment. Excellent secure wi-fi. Breakfast was available for an additional price but we chose to prepare our own in the apartment. Lovely shower and facilities.
