The location is absolutely perfect — just a one-minute walk from the central train station, even in the rain. Right next door is a small mall with a supermarket, drugstore, Starbucks, and several restaurants — super convenient. The main bus terminal is just in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach all the major sights. The hotel has a beautiful spa and sauna area. Although we didn’t use it, it looked very relaxing and is definitely worth trying if you stay here. The room had an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and on the day we arrived, the outside temperature was over 30°C. Even with the A/C set to the lowest temperature, the room never really cooled down. It was so warm that we were woken up during the night because of the heat.

Location is great - about 50 meters from Salzburg HBF station. Room has been excellent. We were there on 01 and 02 July 2025. It was EXTREMELY hot day. The aircon was just about alright and we had to get couple of table fans from the hotel. If you are looking for parkin - it is available but NOT FREE !! It is not mentioned on Booking,com website clearly - which is very irritating ! The Sauna and Steam room is a great perk to enjoy and they also have a Foot Spa bowl where we can clean our foot as well!

We requested a fan around 10 and it was provided by 10:30, reminded them again and nothing happened until 11:15 and we gave up. Second day the fan was provided, but one of them did not work properly. But the person at the reception was very sincere and he apologised for all the inconvenience caused. I would definitely give it one more try to stay in this hotel if there was an option next time.

Location is next to the train station and the bus station. You get to the city by bus 1, 3, 5 & 7 and is FREE. Make sure the hotel gives you the pass via email. Otherwise, you can walk which takes you 20 minutes. The manager Mr. Eric Burghart is extremely helpful in arranging your requests or queries and explained to you clearly. Of course you get the supermarket at the train station including cafes. There's a Japanese restaurant on your RIGHT when you exit from the hotel and slight AFTER Mc Donald which serves great dishes @ great prices too. Tour Berchtesgaden the Germany town and salt mine which is half an hour drive from the hotel too.

As we travelled to Salzburg by train, it was fantastic to come out of the station and see the hotel mere steps away. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. A small complaint would be that we were encouraged to leave the minute the scheduled breakfast time finished - in other hotels, the staff clear plates and food away first, which hints that they want you to leave, but we were cleared away before anything else was.

However, because it was so close to the station, there were many drunk people hanging about at night. We preferred to go back through the station to the Schallmoos exit for our walk into the town centre - it seemed more open and pleasant, than the busy main road straight from the hotel.

The location is super convenient. The central station is right beside it and there are eateries and supermarket within the vicinity. However, the star of my stay was the front service staffs , especially Mr Andreas Sczeponik and Mr Tom Bud. Each day I came back from my sight seeing, Mr Andreas was there to greet me and seeing him there is like seeing a family member who greets us home warmly. I was also specially impressed by the way he handles the check in process as he was very detailed, patient and took time to explain everything the hotel has to offer. He was consistently helpful to all the guests despite long queue. I must say he is a true gem in the hospitality industry and the most impressive I have ever seen in my many years of traveling around the world. Keep up the great work!

The surrounding area is little sketchy but understandable due to it being a central station.

The hotel was right at the train station and also the bus station, very convenient. The staff was very helpful, she gave us free public transport ticket because we pay city tax (we didn't even know we can have that.)

The tourist attraction site is a bit far away, but we have big luggages so we preferred that the hotel be closed to the train and bus station. so there was no problem. The wifi was not that good; came on and off.

As soon as you come out the Salzburg train station, you see this hotel right in front of you, which is great. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the helpful staff there. The spacious 260 sq ft. room had great room aesthetics. We loved the modern feel of the room and bathroom with high-end fittings. The kettle in the room with liberal room supplies was a blessing in the cold weather. The buffet breakfast which we had opted for was served in their restaurant with lovely views of the snow-capped mountains. The spread was huge, and each item was delicious. This will surely be our go-to property every time we visit Salzburg.

Great location as it should be, just opposit of the salzburg main train station. Along the way to the hotel it is almost flat street which make us easy to roll our big luggage. Next to the hotel is the Forum, shopping mall, that has many shops and retuarants nearby. Easy to find just follow the sign in google map we can find the hotel in a minute. The breakfast is very good, it is enough to fill our morning, a variety of food to select and a smooth coffee to enjoy. The room is clean and has enough facilities, the bed is comfy but it is a bit soft for us. The staffs are all freindly and willing to help, we arrive before check-in period yet they allow us to get the room which is very very lovely for us who travel a long 14hrs flight to take a rest for a while.

There are nosisy sometimes, since the location is near to many transport platforms.

A nice and welcoming hotel, but we had problems with the heating in both the room and the bathroom. It was 35 degrees in the bathroom and it was not possible to adjust it. The housekeeping put it off for us the second day. It was not possible to adjust the air-conditioning in the room, the panel didn't work. The hotel is very well situated just opposite the train station and the citybuses. Quite a bit to walk to Altstadt however. The airport bus leaves outside and was very cheap - it's a local bus. The breakfast was great, but we found it strange that the staff didn't speak English.

The location was perfect—very convenient, right near the train station, bus stop, and a shopping mall, yet surprisingly quiet. We took the bus to the Old Town to visit the main attractions, but ended up walking back to the hotel because the weather was so lovely. The hotel staff were exceptional. At check-out, one of them noticed my husband had water bottles in his backpack and kindly offered to fill them with water and ice, knowing we had a train journey ahead to Munich. Such a thoughtful gesture! We didn’t get a chance to use the facilities as we stayed only one night, but we’d definitely come back!
