the location, staff, all was clean, they have separate closet and bathroom inside if each room, which sometimes comes handy and they have finally pegs and locker boxes inside of your room, not enough to hang your dress in winter time but in summer - maybe

towels are not free, kitchen is extremily small with fridge without empty space to put your food, and inconvenient location kitchen is often dirty in the mornings, but if you saw the state of kitchen of the same network a@o hostels in viena, you will not be surprised, dont have free storage room, so instead you have to pay for locker box well, i dont know if this is my personal problem, but bed matrass was absolutelly terrible, it felt like torture for me, for the first time in 7 years of my stays in different hostels, but once again, it could be only my issuse

Proximity to main train station. Cleanliness and general state of the shower, toilet - you can see the standards and benefits of an international chain. Free hot water from the machine (to make your own tea). Possibility to store luggage for free after check-out. Common kitchen is basic, but allows you to cook some pasta if needed.

6-bed dorm room was quite small-ish. It is an old building and looks like it doesn't have any air-conditioning, so both the rooms and common area are very warm, you can hardly sit inside for 5 min without sweating. Bed linen is not included, you need to rent, which is fine in principle but this is not stated clearly on the booking. Excessive communication! I received like 10 emails from the property with all the offers and bargains before arrival but still had to fill in a paper form to check-in, clearly this could be done digitally in advance as well. But all-in-all, you can't beat the price.

We stayed for 1 night. The room itself was quite and clean. It resembles other a&o locations - value for the money is great, common kitchen was free to use (in Berlin's location you need to leave a deposit for the kitchen key, for example). The location is perfect if you travel by train. We were given a tourist ticket so during our stay we could use public transport for free.

The reception area was very loud because of some tipsy german-speaking group of men. Noone stopped them although they were right near reception and it was hard to hear what was told to us during check-in, we had to raise our voises too. There was no free storage room. (But the price for the lockers were lower than in the Hbf so we left our staff in the hotel's lockers anyway)

The hotel is near to the main station and the room was spacious and clean. The washrooms were clean and neat. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay here. My room was not a shared type but an individual room for two adults. Everything was nice and for the cost I paid for, the services and facilities were upto the mark. I would really recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay. I didn't face any trouble and had a comfortable stay. The people at reception were also courteous and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience here.

There is nothing as such. Everything was perfect according to my expectations.

First i have to say this is only the 2nd time in 60 years I've stayed in a hostel. Only stayed 1 night as I had an appointment early following day & travel was not an option. I was very concerned about a hostel stay with a shared room. I like my creature comforts. However from the moment I walked into a spacious, bright reception, my worries melted away. To see a friendly smile behind reception ( I hate automated check-in, so another plus from me), was such a relief, English was perfect, better than mine, The young lady was assisting another guest and that always shows the consideration they have for their guests, Was worried about the shared room experience. First time I've slept in bunk beds since I was 5 and never with a young lady on top. However once she showed me where I was sleeping, the bed was spacious & very comfortable. Slept very well. Excellent transport links as not too far (but far enough) from the Haupfbahanhof

Being woken up by 3 of my room mates at 4am, crashing rustling and talking rather loudly as they prepared for their departure. Nothing hotels can do about their guests.

The hostel is very well located, just next to the central station, so you can reach everything on foot. It is ideal for groups for shorter stays since it is one of the cheapest option and you can book a room only for your group. The toilet and shower are inside the room and not on the corridor like in other hostels, that was very practical.

The bed sheets and linen were not pulled up when we arrived and we had to do on our own. They were not all clean, so we had to ask for new ones at the reception. On the second day we were not allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room, only on the first day, that we did not understand exactly why, we were just told, the luggage room is only for groups and we are not a group (we were 6 people).

The price and location is unbeatable. The facilities were also great. We didnt expect a kitchen but they did provide a communal kitchen which is brilliant. The staffs were kind enough to check-in early but we were assigned with the ground floor room with a view of a trash space. 😂 The internet is reliable and there are plenty of sockets and seats provided in the lobby. The room is compact and functional. Cleanliness met our standard.

Some facilities weren’t free like a laundry room and rental lockers. There is no toilet for visitors (on the day we checked out, we couldn’t find a public toilet on the premise which is understandable) My warning is do not use the cash machine there. I have to pay 103 gbp in exchange for 100 euros which is totally ripped off.

Location is great for train travelers and only 10-15min from city center. Breakfast is extra for 9.90€ which is ok. The room was clean, and checkin is smooth with 24h receptionist. Mattress was confy and not too soft. The shower was good, hot, and good pressure. Night light depends on your room buddies.... It's definitely not the best.

As a solo traveler, I didn't appreciate sleep face-to-face with another solo traveler like in a double bed. In the 6 beds room, you have 2 bunk beds and 2 sigle beds that literally make a double bed. I strongly suggest reorganizing the disposition and joining them only on request for couples. Or, At least use these 2 only for friends. 75€/night definitely is the highest price for a share bedroom i have ever had.

The location to the train and bus stations was perfect for our needs and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The check out time was great, affording us a nice little lie in on our last day and we were allowed to then rent a locker beyond our checkout time, so we could finish our trip off in comfort, without dragging suitcases around with us until our late afternoon flight.

A little noisy at night, yet this is to be expected within a busy hostel full of young travellers. (Ear plugs advised if you are a light sleeper)

Location was good, the family room was spacious, could even accommodate up to 6 people (which would have been a bit cramped), but for 4 it was great. Toilet and shower clean and work well on the 3rd floor. Breakfast basic and fine, all you can manage to eat. Mainly hot-drinks, lyrup based lemonade, cereals, bread rolls, cheese, tomatoes, chopped lettuce, ham and possibility to auto-fry some pancakes in slow, thus limited amount. Bathroom and toilet en-suite.

It is possible to open just one top window, which leaves a little desired for ventilation. Moreover - if you keep that window open at night, you have to hear people shouting on street at night, which might be common for the bahnhof area. I wish we had figured out sooner that the big radiator could be simply turned down, then maybe we would have closed the window - the room's size permitted it. Mattresses basic and blankets rather synthetic - again would have been better if we had turned the radiator down. Despite this I think I would happily try it again for a night or two.
