Lovely, quiet place. I had an extremely comfortable stay. The hotel was even better than some of the 4-star hotel I stayed in Austria. Friendly, helpful staff. My luggage was quite heavy and I was prepared to take it up the stairs myself (no lifts here) but the staff at check-in offered to help. I told her she could take my lighter bags because my luggage was really heavy and I could handle the heavy stuff myself, but she insisted on helping me with the heavy stuff. It's a really nice gesture on her part!

Kettle was clean but had a lot of limescale. That's not really a big issue though. The hotel's location was about 15 mins walk from salzburg hbf. It's much quicker to get there by bus but sometimes the bus timings aren't too regular.

Very nice place. Outside the city center, but not so far. In addition, on the day of arrival you get a free ticket for public transport for the entire stay (via email). If you are a train fan, you will be in heaven as you can watch the trains from the windows. However, if you want silence, the windows are very well soundproofed. There is a caring staff - everyone is always asking if everything is ok. Breakfast is basic, but it's very convenient - there are many restaurants and cafes in the city centre that you can't miss.

The only weakness - the shower. The cabin is open and the floor is bad, so there is water everywhere for a long time. It's a construction problem, so I recommend renovation.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Rooms were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was tasty but quite basic. Close to Central Station and a distance from Old Town but there are bus stops nearby.

Noisy street since trains and cars pass by frequently and the rooms were a bit hot.

It's a great little hotel in a quiet Salzburg suburb, but still walkably close to downtown. Clean, albeit a bit small room, comfortable bed, kind staff, quick and easy checkin. The air conditioning was effective, great relief during the summer months. Easy to reach by car, free on-premise parking.

I can't really come up with anything we did not like. Maybe only the door of the bathroom: it's opaque glass, so when someone uses it during the night, the light may wake up the other sleeping.

The room and bathroom are recently renovated. The room completely soundproof with electric shades to sleep in as needed. We ate in town but the restaurant is apparently superb. They gave us free bicycles that we used extensively. One night at the ballet we were all dressed up and took the bus both ways, about a 13 minute affair, walking distance about 300 meters, we got the bus tickets right at the hotel.

Obviously a hotel right in town is even better but if you've got an eye on your wallet this is a good choice. For a longer stay (we were there 2 nights) the room could be a bit bigger. There's no elevator so you need to be good on your feet for the walk up a flight or 2.

We stayed here 2nights and nobody clean the room or changed the towels. This could not be a problem, but the not inspired shower design make impossible not to have a permanently wet bathroom.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, there was a good choice and plenty of it. The staff were lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. We walked from Salzburh Hbf station to the hotel in about 12 minutes but there is a bus that takes you to within a 3 minute walk. It was easy and quick to travel into central Salzburg and all the attractions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was fantastic! Very large and was cleaned well every day.

A little bit far from the main town area. Breakfast was very very very basic.

Staff was incredibly nice and hospitable. They carried our luggage upstairs, provided us bikes free of charge and let us use their umbrellas. They were very attentive and responsive. Excellent stay!

There’s a small gap in the bathroom door so it’s never fully closed which can be awkward to use for both showering and using toilet. They do have additional bathrooms downstairs which helped.

For me the location was good since it is in quiet place in Salzburg, and it is walking distance from center and there is also a bus which connects you with center. Although the hotel was on the way of trains, but you can't hear any noise coming from trains. The view from the window specially in the morning is amazing. The staff are very helpful and kind, also the staff who serve in the restaurant are very kind and always smiling. The room was big, well decorated and equipped. The Wi-Fi was good. The bathroom was good and clean. the bed is large. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of cheese variety.

The mattress was a lit bit not suitable for me..
