The location is superb. You have a bus stop right beside the apartment. The room was clean when we entered. Looks quite new apartment. They already made the sofa-cum bed as proper bed that we needed. Although the apartment is just beside the road but inside the room, there is pin-drop silence. The sound insulation is so good.

We stayed 4 nights but they didn't clean the room, not even changed the bed sheets. That's quite disappointing. For this reason staying more than 3 nights is not recommended. There are no closets in the apartment that is inconvenient. The apartment is in ground floor, there are harmless ants which should not be there.

Great communication, lovely and clean, easy access from check in time, plenty of space, comfy beds, great shower, good cooking facilities (could be improved a little but were ok for an overnight stay), off road parking that we could use the next day after check out until new guests arrived plus city transport pass comes free when you stay! One bus into the city 10 mins, so easy! Brilliant location!

Kitchen isn't very functional if you plan on cooking for a family for more than an overnight stay. No oven, only 2 hobs and larger pans dont fit at the same time, only tiny cups available and only 4 of everything so have to wash up every single time you make a coffee etc for all of you which is a little annoying.

The staff was very nice especially in giving advice in local attractions and how to get there. The property offer free parking which is a bonus for people who drove. The property was cleaned and beds were comfortable. The shower is a surprise to us cos it has a timer mechanism that "auto-stop" the flow of water and don't allow us to stop manually. The instructions were cleared and we had no problem in accessing the property. We did not take the public transport and instead drove to the city centre which took about 13 minutes. Overall the property offer a comfort stay.

The shower, which I felt, was wasting of water cos water kept flowing continuously even though we have finished showering.

I honestly didn’t find anything to dislike about my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with no issues at all. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation!

It is right smack in the old town, just next to the clock tower and few steps away from golden roof. Wide range of food option to suit your budget. We were lucky to have a unit facing away from the main street and hence it was relatively quiet when we were there. Check-in was easy and the unit is spacious with multiple beds to serve our party of 4.

Perhaps a washing machine would be better especially if you are staying for a longer period of time and the lack of parking if you are travelling with big luggage, you would need to lug it all the way from nearest parking.

This is a small apartment located on the first floor in a relatively quiet area, with a fairly convenient location for getting to Salzburg Hbf train station. The apartment offers decent amenities suitable for a trip with a small family or a group of friends. A plus point is that it’s quite clean and well-maintained. The host thoughtfully prepared a cute little bag with personal hygiene items.

One minor drawback is that both the shower and the stove operate on a timer, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're not used to it.

Convenient, Spacious, and Peaceful Stay The property was ideally located—very close to both the train station and the rental car company, making our arrival and departure seamless. It also offered a good parking area, self check-in, and an elevator, which added to the overall convenience. The apartment was incredibly spacious and offered beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We had a relaxing and peaceful time, and truly enjoyed the comfort and tranquility this place provided.

Access via the key box was straightforward. The location was convenient, both for the local grocery store and for the bus, a 10-minute ride into the centre. The Salzburg transport card was very handy for this, for which many thanks. Parking at the property was available. The kitchen was lightly equipped, but ok for a short stay. It lacked a microwave oven, I seem to recall. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom/wc were ok too.

The apartment is modern & clean, located in quiet area.There is toilette separate from bath room,which is good enough for 4 persons.The bed is comfortable but the pillow is too soft and flat.There is free parking space

The lift is not on the same level of the apartment and very small, there are many steps from lift to the apartment, which caused us a big trouble of carrying the luggage up to the room. There is a table only in one room while another have high shelf which is not useful. I would recommend the owner to provide international standard pillow, not the one that local people uses. Most of the time when I come to Europe, I have to bring one small pillow, as I know what would happen.

Easy easy easy check in. Lock box just worked. AC was very good. wifi, very good. beds extremely comfortable. everything extremely clean. it even has an elevator, which was great for luggage. it's only on the 2nd floor though so we mostly used the stairs. parking was super easy and finding the place was super easy. very secure building also. Bathroom is a bit small but functional. toilet is in a separate room from shower and sink. Kitchen has a frig, coffee maker (pods) which was great and they supplied pods. we didn't like the pans because they were not non-stick and hard to use and clean. no dishwasher, but soap provided and a sponge. Overall, really nice and easy place to stay. walking to city center is about 30 minutes and train station about 10 minutes.
