I recently stayed at Amedeo Zotti Residence Salzburg, and everything about the experience was great. I honestly didn’t find anything to dislike about my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with no issues at all. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation!

It is right smack in the old town, just next to the clock tower and few steps away from golden roof. Wide range of food option to suit your budget. We were lucky to have a unit facing away from the main street and hence it was relatively quiet when we were there. Check-in was easy and the unit is spacious with multiple beds to serve our party of 4.

Perhaps a washing machine would be better especially if you are staying for a longer period of time and the lack of parking if you are travelling with big luggage, you would need to lug it all the way from nearest parking.

The apartment is modern & clean, located in quiet area.There is toilette separate from bath room,which is good enough for 4 persons.The bed is comfortable but the pillow is too soft and flat.There is free parking space

The lift is not on the same level of the apartment and very small, there are many steps from lift to the apartment, which caused us a big trouble of carrying the luggage up to the room. There is a table only in one room while another have high shelf which is not useful. I would recommend the owner to provide international standard pillow, not the one that local people uses. Most of the time when I come to Europe, I have to bring one small pillow, as I know what would happen.

2 room layout was excellent for party of 4. Bathroom was nice and modern. We were able to drive to all the locations from the unit. It was also close to the railway station. There is an elevator in the building which is useful for the higher floors.

Everything was very good in regard to the property. We could have used a few more dishes in the kitchen.

Easy easy easy check in. Lock box just worked. AC was very good. wifi, very good. beds extremely comfortable. everything extremely clean. it even has an elevator, which was great for luggage. it's only on the 2nd floor though so we mostly used the stairs. parking was super easy and finding the place was super easy. very secure building also. Bathroom is a bit small but functional. toilet is in a separate room from shower and sink. Kitchen has a frig, coffee maker (pods) which was great and they supplied pods. we didn't like the pans because they were not non-stick and hard to use and clean. no dishwasher, but soap provided and a sponge. Overall, really nice and easy place to stay. walking to city center is about 30 minutes and train station about 10 minutes.

would like to have different pans. we cooked eggs and the pan was very hard to use (stainless steel instead of non-stick but beyond that, it was fine.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The additional toiletries box was a nice touch, it was easy to locate and there were supermarkets in 10-15 min walking distances. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware. The toilet and the bathroom were separated which was good. One apartment can accommodate 6 people as there is a pullout sofa bed in the living room but that would make the space a lot crammed.

The toilet didn't have a washbasin. Everything else was perfect.

Nice, spacious apartment with all the necessary ammenities for a few days. Very confortable beds and a nice hot shower. The staff answered all of my questions via email very fast. The self-check-in/check-out was super simple and convenient. The location is about a 25-30 min walk from the city center, but there is a bus line that stops just in front of the hotel and takes you to the Old Town in 10 minutes.

Sometimes we could hear some noise from outside (maybe the trains?), but it did not bother us or disturb our sleep. There are limited restaurant options around the apartment.

Apartments have a lot facilities to stay with a family, free parking, the building and appartment are clear and neat. The building is located near a high-traffic road, but the sound insulation in the rooms is very good, so the cars are not audible.

Perhaps we were unlucky, but the bed linen in our room was partially not fresh. After request it was replaced with a fresh on next day. Despite excellent sound insulation, the traffic was still noticeable. It seems that there is a bump in the road nearby, and when heavy trucks pass over it, the vibration is transmitted throughout the building.

place was as described. very clean and easy to find. the rooms were spacious and perfect for a family of 4. the host was very responsive and helpful with any requests / questions that we had during the stay

while the location is close to the main station (10/12 mins walk), it is on the quiet side of Salzburg and not very close to any restaurants etc. that we could see. Also, as a tourist I would have preferred to stay closer to the more buzzing side of the city which was not the case here.

The 2-bedroom appartment is perfect for us 4 persons. It is very convenient to park our car, easy to get/return the key. No contact with the landlord in person. In general, the bedrooms looks quite clean.

Appart from points above, there are as few points that needs to be improved. The kitchen is not well cleaned. I mean the plates contains dirts, apparently from last guests. The coffee machine was not emptied. When I tiled the machine, wastes poor out and wet my clothes. The floor was shaking, when probably neighors did something. Yes, btw, something is wrong with the shower. The valve is broken, which took me 10mins to close it. I thought I would leave the water running forever.
