Very good access to the buses into the city. Very good breakfasts, fresh and clean brand new room. Helpful owner

We had an unfortunate start as we had to be moved from the property we had booked in a quieter part of the city to a different location. However having said that the owner did his very best to make things better for us and was genuinely concerned to make up for things and give us a happy experience which he did. Consequently we were able to greatly enjoy our stay in Salzburg. We therefore would certainly recommend to other visitors.

Very lovely staff and location is close to both the train station and city centre but in a very quiet residential area next to a nice park. Breakfast was good, everything you would expect from continental breakfast. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean.

May have been stated and I didn't notice, but there is no lift access which can make getting heavy bags up to your room difficult. For our personal preference the beds were very hard but that is the standard in other Austrian hotels we stayed in.

The accommodation is not in the heart of Salzburg which is what we preferred. It is about a 20 minute walk to the tourist locations and the B&B is located in a neighborhood that is very quiet. We took a Flixbus from Verona and be forewarned, it drops you off in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, there was a taxi that pulled up and we grabbed it to get to Flockner. The owner was kind enough to meet us there as we arrived late for check-in. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip, if you get there early they will make eggs any way you like. There are people at reception during the day but no one at night. All staff were very nice. Rooms were great as well. When we left, it was a 10 minute walk to the main train station to take our train to our next destination.

Amazing room with a lot of space. Simple but effective and tasty breakfast. Very nice location. Nice staff, happy to help: On the second day of our stay, they prepared a pink plastic set of dish and cutlery for my baby daughter. Very nice of them. This shows they care about their customers.

Nothing. A suggestion could be to provide more dark in the room as the bathroom door was of matt glass and some light can get through if somebody is using the bathroom while others are sleeping. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience. This hotel is highly recommended.

The B&B is situated just few minutes from city centre - and if you do not want to walk, you will receive voucher on public transport for free. Parking is a breeze and for families, just next to property there is a park with nice playground. The room was well equipped and clean. But the best was very attentive staff who really made sure that we are taken care of and they share great suggestion for our stay in Salzburg.

The only downside was lack of AC in the room, but fan which were there did their job.

The hotel is in walking distance from the main train station and just a few steps away from the next bus station (bus #21). The facilities are in very good condition and very clean. The breakfast buffet is perhaps not as huge as in a five star hotel but offers multiple choices for each taste. The staff is very friendly and helpful and knows the city very well. So don't be shy and ask for an advice if needed.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The room was spacious and had three single beds, along with two desks and chairs — which we really appreciated. Although it’s not located right in the center of the tourist area, the price was much more reasonable, and getting to the old town by taxi was quick and convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety including fresh fruit. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Helpufull staff tried to resolve the parking issue immediately. We had to leave the evening before our check out (due to an issue not related to the BB) and the owner came to see if everything was OK and ask why we were leaving. Very kind. Breakfast buffet, although small has a variety of things that can accomodate all tastes. Spacious and clean room.

The area around the hotel. The first day the toilet lid was not that clean. Parking is on the street (or if lucky in a small spot next to the BB), difficult to find and for no more than three hours.

Very cozy place! 20/25 minute walk or 2 minutes bus stop to the city center. The host is incredibly gently. The breakfast is essential but very fresh and with the plus of a live cook for eggs or similars. Something that you don’t find in a standard bnb. Room is very spatilus confortanle bed and warm temperature. All new forniture. Free park avaiable close by. Reccomended

A very nice place to stay conveniently near to the train station but also in a good reach to the city center with a charming way to it. The area was also rather quite during the night. The staff was very helpful and friendly, which made our stay so nice. The room itself was very modern and absolutely comfortable with everything you may need for a pleasant stay.

Nothing in particular to note, a very good location.
