Nice place close to city centre. You have everything you need, and you can use lounge room where you can have everything you need for pleasent stay. You can even use shared bikes when available.

Parking is narrow and parking spots are small, so you need to be careful when parking, not to scratch your or someone elses car.

It is a little different, almost an airbnb, in that you are given an entry code to the reception area and there you will find your room key. The reception area is unstaffed, with a seating and breakfast bar with fridge and coffee maker. You can buy drinks, snacks and coffee refills from a large dispenser. Across from the reception area the rooms are Alpine style and very clean and comfortable. You are left on your own, which is fine, though the host is always just a phone call away should you need anything. If you arrive by car you have your very own parking bay. Finally, an excellent location, easy walk to the centre or take a nearby bus.

Our two night stay cost an extra 14 Euro in city/tourist tax, which we paid just before check out. We knew this and had no hesitation in paying, but just be aware of that added tax.

This hotel has a good location. It's a few minute walk to Mirabell Palace and the pick up point of a Klook tour. The room was good because it even had a foyer. It was spacious, modern and clean. You can open the window to enjoy fresh air. Our room was for 3 people and it was great because it was near the reception area. We also had a patio which was nice because we get to hang outside our room. At the reception area, you can use the microwave and kitchen utensils. There is also a vending machine in case you need extra food. They provided us Nespresso coffee capsules too and the Nespresso machine worked fine. After checking out, you have the option of leaving your luggage in the locker with a cost.

The bathroom had a half glass enclosure that somewhat made the floor wet outside the shower area. No room cleaning in our 3D/2N stay therefore our towels were all as is. We could use extra bathroom rugs or towels that we can use as rugs to dry the bathroom floor after every shower. The Nespresso coffee capsules were just for a day supply. No reception available but you can chat them via WhatsApp and they will reply the next day. The luggage lockers were I think 3-4 lockers only.

Location was good, parking available on property. Lobby/shared kitchenette was clean, stocked and useful. Guests seemed to stagger themselves. Fact is, check in/out is self, there is no representative onsite. They were available by phone and very helpful during business hours.

We probably had the smallest room on site, 'budget'. Almost too small for two people and two regular sized suitcases. Other rooms looked bigger. If you are looking for more than a place to put your head, don't select the budget room. But the location was great for exploring Salzburg.

This small studio was fantastic for our short stay, whilst touring around Austria. The hotel was very easy to find and very central to the old town and main tourist attractions. It was very easy to self check in for a late night arrival. We picked this hotel because we needed parking (the car was always in view when the security shutters are up) and a comfortable place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was super comfortable!!! There was ample room I'm the mud room entrance for wi.twr coats, boots etc. We were impressed that the floor was heated at the entrance.

A mini bar fridge would of been handy for a longer stay.

Location from central station was very convenient. Rooms were clean, and staff were approachable and available to answer our questions.

Curtains were transparent, could have been more opaque for privacy (room being on ground level). Separate mirror apart from the washroom one could have been provided. Washroom exhaust fan (fir air circulation) could have been more effective. Individual parking lane width could have been a more wider. Could have provided more than one access card to the guests.

The location is fantastic with a short walk to the main train station and to the main city where all the main tourists attractions are. It was also an easy self-check in with clear instructions via email on what to do and how to get in. Our train was later in the evening as well, and you could store your luggage in a locker there for 1 euro.

We arrived slightly earlier than expected and though we could get our keys as it is self check-in, we realised that the staff had not turned over the room yet. Thankfully, there was a mini lounge/waiting area where you can wait and they turned over the room pretty quickly within 30mins or so.

It is a small cozy room, not big but enough. It was clean, and the bathroom was okay. The location is very convenient and is not in the middle of the city centre but can be reached easily. The parking possibility was very convenient and was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

The room could be rented for two or three people. I would not advise to take this room for three people. The third bed was very uncomfortable. In my opinion, it was part of a couch, and the mattress was very stiff/hard. It was also placed under the window, which was a bit strange. I think for two people the room will be perfect. Three it was too much.

I enjoyed being able to use the lounge/kitchen facilities (microwave, toaster/cutlery/dishes/fridge). The small rooms are very well organised and you do have room to put your pack/suitcase out of the way. It was very clean. So close to the main train station (9 minutes walk). A bit further away from the old town part but I had no problem walking there. The umbrellas left for guest use were very welcome with 2 days of constant rain during my visit.

Having no staff on site is fine when everything goes well, it does become an issue when things arise that you need more help with. Sometimes a WhatsApp text just is not enough. . As an older woman on my own I would have liked more help when the smoke alarm in my room malfunctioned and screeched non stop. I had to remove it and put it outside. They said someone would come to fix it the next day but nobody came so the room was without a smoke alarm for the remainder of my stay.

Very clean and a 5 minute walk to the main train station (comes in very handy when snowing or raining). We travelled as a family and had two rooms. Although not connecting, they had their own private entrance so we only had to worry about one door. We were upstairs but easy enough to carry our suitcases up. Well put together local information guide in the room with loads of useful information. 10 minute walk to Salzburg old town.

The rooms were in the roof cavity so had to put up with some uncomfortable ceiling angles, but no issues really.
