Location is close to the city center. Even it’s on the main road you don’t have any noises from the traffic. It’s so central. Down the road finally open a new Chinese restaurant “Sonnenblume”. You can’t find any more authentic Chinese food in Salzburg! We love the location, the style and comfort and for sure the owner is a blessing. If in Salzburg we always stay here, there is for our purposes and standard nothing better. Thanks to Pia and her team.

There is nothing you wouldn’t like.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always responded fast and with a solution when we had concerns or questions. Very nice bathroom and good equipment in the room. Good location in Salzburg - not too far from city center. Contactless entry was easy and fast. Helpful guest app which advises on hotel logistics and things to see/do.

Next to a busy road with the occasional noisy crowd at night. Except for maybe two rooms which go to the back, sleeping with open window is for deep sleepers only. Very expensive in general in Salzburg at the time. Cute design - though the photos over-promise a little bit.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Salzburg, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted by the most amazing smell – incredibly pleasant and inviting. The self-check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient, making the arrival seamless. A special mention goes to the luggage room, which is a thoughtful bonus for travelers who wish to explore the city before check-in or after check-out. The room design was impeccable – modern yet cozy – with a comfortable bed that provided restful sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a sleek and functional layout. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the room, a small touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features was the hotel’s dedicated webpage, where you can find all the necessary information at your fingertips. From the WiFi password and access codes (in the room and luggage area) to restaurant recommendations and things to do in Salzburg, it’s an incredibly helpful resource that enhances the entire experience. While it doesn’t have all the facilities of a traditional 5-star hotel, it offers a 5-star experience in every other way. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of Salzburg’s charming old town, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone planning to visit Salzburg. It offers exceptional value for the price, especially given the typically high accommodation costs in the area. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

Nothing to mention

We felt super comfortable in this room - it felt like a lot of space for a small room. It was a very soothing colour scheme and we felt very relaxed. The bathroom was a good size and the underfloor heating was very nice. Pillows and mattress comfortable. Tea selection. Easy check in / out, we had no problems with the receptionless system. I liked that they leave a USB charger as it’s an item I often forget.

Some small signs of wear and tear visible. No bottled water (though I guess you can drink the tap water). Nice cups / glasses but no soap to wash (though these were refreshed by staff during cleaning).

As soon as we entered the building, we had a great first impression - the entire place was spotless, clean, it smelled nice. The room was great, beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, super close to the centre, but in a quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend this place!

View from the window wasn't great, the door didn't close 100% so you could see the light coming from the hallway, and when I contacted the support as there were no check out instructions, sadly I got no answer.

Overall the style of the APARTMENT was very unique and beautifully executed. The location was good, walking distance from the main attractions. If coming with a car, you will easily find a spot to park, and it’s free 19:00-07:00(also relatively cheap in middle of the day)

That’s far from making a claim to be an Hotel:) It’s an apartment, a well maintained one but still not a hotel. Maybe it was just us but the moscatos bit our 2 children and they had a hard time sleeping after that. On the first day of our stay there were works on the road next to the Apartment, and it was difficult to navigate back to it without heavy traffic. The coffee/tea closet didn’t include sugar.

The room was very comfortable and calming, with great facilities. The staff were responsive. It is in a great location to walk to Mirabell Palace or even Central including the Cathedral. It is also close to bus services etc. The room was everything I needed.

Other guests were loud. I am sure the vending machine with bottles of wine and champagne outside the bedroom doesn't help at 1am (but other guests behaviour isn't their fault). The tiles in the bathroom possibly had black dots. There could be better luggage facilities like Lockers and keys.

i don't know if 'hotel' is the right wording for it? :D there is no common space and no staff on site (eg to help with luggage up the rooms) - no problem for us, but def something to be aware of unfortunately there was a loud recurring noise during the night that we couldn't find the source for

These rooms are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together . They were impeccably clean and the bathroom was lovely - we particularly loved the shower gel and shampoo aromatherapy.

Nothing it was great. Slight hitch with needing the access code to get in but quickly resolved.

We definitely appreciated the AC unit on such a hot day in Salzburg. The room was tiny but excellent for the 5 of us and super cute. I especially loved the little details as Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge and a wine opener! 😉 Thank you!

We had a little chalenge unlocking the door to the room but we figured it out and since we couldn't park in front of the hotel, we had to go and look for a parking space but it worked out as well.
