Firstly the host is lovely, she's warm and accommodating. In a very quaint setting in an extremely old wheel house, the decor matches the setting and history to create a very rustic and warm atmosphere. The apartment we stayed in is comfortable with plenty of windows for ventilation, lots of space and light. Beds are exceptional and very nice bedding. Great internet speeds. Breakfast was fantastic and once again, the host was very attentive to our experience.

The property is beautifully furnished, the atmosphere is cosy and elegant, and extreme relaxing. The host is extremely helpful, attentive and kind. The location is absolutely charming, offering the chance to reach both the city and some picturesque rural sights in only few minutes. Definitely a place to go to and return to!

It was delicious breakfast and beautiful decor of all house. Easy access to the house for check in.

House was not the best for returning home during night on foot. It was no lanterns around for some part of the walk ( luckily only short part) . You need to have torch ( it was provided in the room).

It is a beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed home and rooms. She provides an incredibly generous breakfast and is helpful to make sure your time there is a relaxing. It's close to public bus and a few km from Salzburg. I would happily stay there again!

We loved the setting of the room, the decorations, the comfort, the staff, the service! We simply loved everything.

Exceptional place, tranquility, beautiful, super comfortable room, lovely host, everything was fantastic. We had an amazing rest and the city is also very easy to reach by car or direct bus from Elixhausen. Will choose again, no question.

Amazing cottage, very well stylishly furbished, quiet location yet close from Salzburg and even short walk from shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

We had no luck on our neighbors who decided to arrive not before 3:30 am but both the nights we stayed. Parking the car for few minutes, then having shower after coming home. In this super quiet environment it was very loud and neither of the nights we could get proper sleep. As a bonus at 7:30 am when you try to get back to sleep one of the hosts decided to have a cigarette and chat under our open window. Not nice smell you want to experience especially in the morning and next to Alps. Her excuse was just "good morning". We had to get some sleep after the breakfast until 11:30 am since long trip was ahead of us. Everything else was fine but without a proper sleep accommodation lacks any use.
