Location in quiet neighbourhood with bus stop in front of the hotel.

Guests smoking right at the entrance into the hotel, so you could smell the cigarettes in the lobby and reception.

Very Good location, good room, economical price and very polite friendly & helpful staff. Greeted well by 2 pretty ladies on arrival don’t remember their names. Mr Elmer schlager guided us and explained how to reach Zell ‘em see without crossing border. Miss Sylwia Golda was very helpful and she helped us understand driving laws and guided us the route. Most importantly miss Akira Krammer a beautiful girl she was so polite and always ready to help with a pretty smiley face. Internet was disrupted in city so She went above and beyond to make my internet work when there was no internet in hotel or no data, she is an IT genius and an amazing personality. Diana from kitchen was so friendly and helpful. I will soon be using this hotel again if I ever visit Salzburg and would love to see them all again specially the best and politest person beautiful miss Akira Kramer. 100% recommend to others Thank you once again

Breakfast was not so good, not much for vegans, Most of the items were European menu. Not much separation between veg and non veg.

It is a good quality hotel next to Salzburg Messe. Clean room, nice staff.

It is not exactly in the historical centre. There is an Obus coming from the railway station, and there are two more lines to get to the city. Public transport is quite good in Salzburg, but we had to wait a lot for our Obus, it does not go very frequently. It has nothing to do with the hotel. If you travel by car, there is no issue at all.

Comfortable beds.

Our small group had 3 rooms. In 2 of them the fridges did not work, in the 3rd room the fridge did not work well. Being a weekend booking there was no-one available to attend to the fridges. Whilst staff offered to store our things in their fridge - this was not a good option for us. Medication was involved so I wasn't going to put up with the inconvenience of going to reception each time I wanted something from the fridge. Seemingly small, but for us this was a real nuisance and negative thing about the hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Very convenient to transport into the city. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to pay for parking as the free outdoor parking fills very quickly. They offer a discount at the convention centre but not worth it. If you are staying Sunday the bar and restaurant don’t open and there isn’t a lot of options around the area.

The hotel is a few minutes from the old town, in the convention/Messe centre's area. Free parking is offered with a certain capacity limit (get your luck!). Service at the reception is good and the room is well-equipped, modern and spacious.

Cleaning service is most likely to be re-evaluated by the hotel management. The worst case was that the water glasses were not changed and were most likely rinsed with a few drops. Traces of the content (juice) from the previous occupant were clearly visible on both glasses, fingers print, and lips ... According to all marks found around the bathroom, the previous occupant had a child.

Located very close to the city centre. Very friendly staff members. Spacious room and clean washroom. Hotel has plenty of free parking slots around the hotel and a paid parking as well.

Breakfast would have been improved by adding a bit of variation. We stayed for 5 nights, and we had the exact same breakfast items for all 5 days. Not even the fruits were different.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there are free parking spaces. It's excellent for the price.

You can't get a coffee anywhere nearby if you don't have breakfast included. The closest cafe opens at 11pm, the bar was closed in the morning and there is no coffee vending machine. So the closest place to get a cup of coffee are the gas stations at about a kilometre away from the hotel.

We were here for an event just around the corner and picked this hotel because of that. The staff was super friendly and they had everything we needed! Definitely very convenient if you have an event to go to at the halls nearby! Overall very happy with my stay here. Also parking is a bit pricey but since the event facility is right there, you can choose to park there instead so that wasn't a big problem for us.

The room was good and the staff were lovely, the hotel was on a very good bus route which made it easy to get around.

The location whilst on a good bus route there was not many choices to eat around the hotel, the restaurant was closed 2 days during our stay which meant we had to make other arrangements, one night we had to go to the main railway station to find someone to eat. The breakfast was quite pricey.
