My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Master Linzergasse from 23 - 26 June. We arrived in Salzburg by train and took a taxi (Sudtirolerplatz exit at station to the right) from the Station to the Apartment building (10 Euro). We received an e-mail with easy and detailed instructions for the entrance door pin, room number as well as the correct white building. We were in a studio room on the ground floor which was tastefully furnished. The aircon was a lifesaver in the heat. The welcome bottle of water and biscuits was a thoughtful gesture. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. The comfortable bed ensured a dreamy night's rest. The patio outside our room was furnished with a table and two chairs. The overall quality of furniture, bedding and towels ensured a very comfortable stay. The location of Master Linzergasse is the perfect place to explore all the gems Salzburg offers.

Location is brilliant and walkable distance to all major attractions in the city. One bus-stop from Mirabell Palace. Spar Supermarket diagonally opposite. Lots of Restaurants and Shops on the road leading to old-town from the apartment. Check in was smooth and codes for entry was easy and convenient. Good toiletries provided.

Extremely cramped with luggage and two adults and a child. For two adults it’s okayish. Didn’t seem to be the advertised 42 square meter apartment. Kitchen is practically unusable for cooking due to lack of space, missing basic supplies and amenities like utensils. No housekeeping for a 4 days stay. Only salt, 6 sugar sachets and 6 pepper sachets and 4 coffee capsules for 3 people for a 4 days stay were provided which seemed hilarious 😆 however, there was a bottle of still water in freeze which we decided not to touch given the exemplary miserliness at display. Definitely not a good bang for the bucks considering the space constraint (for 2 Adults+1 Child) for the price we paid. (Euro 1002 for 4 nights)

A compact studio apartment with a little balcony in a cream building behind the main one situated at an intersection of a road and pedestrian area which was perfect. Everything needed is here, large comfy bed with sofa in front, big tv on the wall, large shower with separate toilet cubicle, wardrobe, iron and board, plenty of draw and shelf space, plenty of sockets to plug in gadgets, fridge with freezer compartment, plug in hot plate with pans to fit for cooking, all the utensils you need, dishwasher, the lot. A Spar supermarket is practically opposite for any supplies with another one not far away too. Oh, air conditioning, really handy as it was very warm during our stay so if you want no noise at all from a chatting guest on their balcony or a bit of traffic, shut the window door and instant peace and quiet! Checking in/out and coming and going is simple as it's a door and room code which is sent to you before a day before arriving so no card or keys to worry about. Location excellent, within no time you come upon restaurants, bars and shops you stroll down the historic Linzergasse and then you are down by the river with the Old Town opposite. The whole stay for us, faultless.

We sorted out our own breakfast. The location was very good as near to the town and can walk not far to see sights and shops. Tidy area. Pleasant surroundings.

Communication. We would have preferred someone available in reception so you could ask questions face to face instead of being available by text message. Also there were no instructions about what to do with rubbish in the apartment or a guide to what was in the local area such as shops and facilities, eating and transport links. Basically, more information should have been made available to us as when we stay at other places there is normally a folder with information in it containing this.

Nice and clean room. It offers everything you need for a short (our one day) stay. I think one can comfortably stay for longer periods of time. It is 10 minutes walk to old town center and have groceries, bakery/cafe and restaurants in the neighborhood. All check-in/out is remote by email or WhatsApp so i didn’t have any contact with anyone. I also got instructions how to use air conditioner by YouTube. Plus we can bring our little doggy. I would love to come again.

You enter the apartment with a code given by the host but can't lock the door from inside which was a safety concern for me. The AC would go off at 0821AM every morning by its own which would awakened me and had to switch on!! Cleaning was not at its best, noticed some dust and hair all over. Requested no housekeeping during my stay which was agreed by the host via WhatsApp but still they would rang the bell and knock on the door!!

Modern, comfortable apartment in a good location on a nice street with shops and restaurants. Around 15 min walk across the river to the very centre. Even though our apartment was right next to the building entrance on the ground floor (they call it 2nd floor), it was very quiet. 2 large TVs (bedroom and living) with chromecast ability which meant we could watch Netflix. Good coffee machine.

No view (but we weren't really expecting it) but, being on the ground floor right next to the building entrance and facing the courtyard, we couldn't really keep the curtains open at all which made it a bit claustrophobic. We were staying for 3 nights but there were only 4 coffee pods provided and not replenished which meant no coffee for the last morning.

Perfect location! Beautifully decorated. Lovely big comfy bed. Kitchen with plates, dishes and utensils, everything we needed for our stay (despite not cooking).

Property informed us beforehand so we knew what to look out for, but signage could be better. Still using old name signage.

Very useful utilities like espresso machine, dishwasher, variety of soaps, cute balcony, a sofa with netflix on a smart tv.. we couldn't think of any lack. The street is quiet and close to a tourist pedestrianised avenue.

The lack of a physical reception made us wait in the rain until instructions of how to get inside were given (we weren't given the right code to store our luggages so we had to wait for a whatsapp answer)

We stayed in the Studio apartment Linzergasse. It was wonderful! Very comfortable, cozy, clean, chic apartment. From the photos shown on Booking you can’t see the details but the owner really showed interest in designing the Studio . Complimentary from the host we received chocolate,water,coffee, tea. You have everything you need in the kitchen: glasses ( even wine glasses ), mugs, pots , microwave, dishwasher machine. In the bathroom you will find good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner.The bed is comfortable , good mattress, pillows. The apartment location for us was excellent ( we came to visit the Christmas Markets) . If you’re looking for a cozy, warm apartment definitely consider it. Thumbs up for the owner! ☺️
