Comfortable and clean.

Feedback on Room Amenities: I found it quite odd that while tea and sugar were provided in the room, there was no mug or cup available, and neither an iron nor a kettle was placed in the room. These are usually standard amenities, especially in a 4-star hotel. We had to request these basic items and were then told to collect them ourselves at the reception. This feels a bit inconvenient and not in line with the level of service typically expected from a hotel of this rating. It would be great if such essentials were readily available in the room upon check-in, as part of the standard room facilities.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I like that the accommodation includes free public transportation within Salzburg. Location is great. You just need to cross the bridge to reach the old town. The hotel is also situated in a pedestrian street which doesn't have a lot of crowds like the old town but is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is generally wheelchair accessible, step free. However, the shower has a relatively big step to get into. Rooms are large. Highly recommend!

When we arrived, we were dropped off at another block since the hotel is in a pedestrian area. It was raining then so it was hard to move the luggages too. We were not informed that they can allow cars to go in if it's pick-up/drop off at the hotel. They just informed us when we were already checking in. Nonetheless, they assisted us upon check-out for our van to stop in front of the hotel.

The location was amazing! just minutes walk away from everything! The room was very clean! we arrived earlier (1 hr) and the room was ready and allowed us to join the room! The breakfast cost 16€ per person (if you don´t included it in your reservation), you must reserve and pay your spot in advance, the food was good enough. We took taxi (regular taxi, not uber) from Train Station to the hotel and it was just 9€. We took taxi from the Hotel to the airport and it was 23€ (3:30 am, so might vary with traffic).

I think the price was little higher but Salzburg has high prices.

The location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to the Old Town or a main bus stop. Typical breakfast buffet was sufficient. The rooms are on the small side but that's to be expected from the location.

I requested rooms with 2 beds. Technically, there were 2 beds but they were pushed together. The rooms are too small to separate them. When checking back with the front desk I was told none of their rooms have 2 separate beds. We ended up needing to get an extra room. This option should be removed from the room selection process.

The location was excellent - just over the river from the 'old' town. We could walk round the city from the hotel with ease. There were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (try the 'Nockerl'!) The rooms were very quiet, and we really liked the balcony on the third floor to enjoy a drink and snack! The split-level hotel reception was a great place to wait for the family, with free water and fruit.

There was a mix-up with the rooms (they were expecting only two people); but this was quickly solved. It did mean we didn't have rooms close together. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, but I managed to replenish the water and coffee after a visit to reception!

Terrific location...a short taxi ride from the rail station. Plenty of restaurants and shops, plus a 5 min walk across the bridge into Old Town. It's a modern. hip hotel, but the staff was welcoming and hardly snooty. Rooms not exceptionally large, but comfortable. Typical Austrian hospitality, and the breakfasts....oh-la-la! Great selection of cheeses. meats, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Self dispenser for cappuccinos, melange, expresso. Arranged a taxi back to the rail station and it was there on time.

A bath would have been nice, but the converted hotel did not have adequate space for that.

Great Location! So many restaurants and cafes to choose from. So close to the old town just a 5 min stroll across the bridge and you're there! The room was small but well appointed. Breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast staff helpful and happy.

Reception staff seemed a little cold. Reasonably helpful but not very happy. Of our 6 weeks of traveling Europe this is the only place we stayed that had a business like feel and I think that was because the reception desk wasn't at the front door. It was off to the right and up some steps so there was no staff contact unless you needed it.

The location is very good. Salzburg is quite a compact city and it's only a few minutes walk to many New Town and Old Town points of interest from the hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and had a nice view over the hill and street.

We stayed for 3 nights and even though we left before 09:00 and had our 'please service' sign on the door for the second day, we returned in the late afternoon without the room being cleaned. We ended up just getting some towels and things from the cleaner's cart. The hotel reception area is modern, but the desk does not monitor the entrance, as it is on a mezzanine level around the corner from the elevator, so anyone can walk in off the street and go up in the elevator. The rooms, especially bathrooms feel a little dated.

The proximity to Salzburg sights was great. The facility is top notch!

Parking situation, but it’s understandable in such a restricted area.

We booked the triple suite for our family of 3 adults but were upgraded to the penthouse suite on arrival which was huge. The room was very clean and comfortable and well laid out. Location was central but also quiet. Some good bars and restaurants nearby. We paid for the breakfast which we enjoyed.

In such a huge suite it would have been nice to have the beds spread out rather than side by side eg on either side of the internal wall. The significant no. of windows in this apartment, many of which did not have blinds, makes for a very light apartment early in the morning in summer.
