The location was amazing! just minutes walk away from everything! The room was very clean! we arrived earlier (1 hr) and the room was ready and allowed us to join the room! The breakfast cost 16€ per person (if you don´t included it in your reservation), you must reserve and pay your spot in advance, the food was good enough. We took taxi (regular taxi, not uber) from Train Station to the hotel and it was just 9€. We took taxi from the Hotel to the airport and it was 23€ (3:30 am, so might vary with traffic).

I think the price was little higher but Salzburg has high prices.

The location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to the Old Town or a main bus stop. Typical breakfast buffet was sufficient. The rooms are on the small side but that's to be expected from the location.

I requested rooms with 2 beds. Technically, there were 2 beds but they were pushed together. The rooms are too small to separate them. When checking back with the front desk I was told none of their rooms have 2 separate beds. We ended up needing to get an extra room. This option should be removed from the room selection process.

Terrific location...a short taxi ride from the rail station. Plenty of restaurants and shops, plus a 5 min walk across the bridge into Old Town. It's a modern. hip hotel, but the staff was welcoming and hardly snooty. Rooms not exceptionally large, but comfortable. Typical Austrian hospitality, and the breakfasts....oh-la-la! Great selection of cheeses. meats, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Self dispenser for cappuccinos, melange, expresso. Arranged a taxi back to the rail station and it was there on time.

A bath would have been nice, but the converted hotel did not have adequate space for that.

There was a issue with their system and booking.com system which led to issue with payment. I was made to wait by the hotel manager telling me they can’t let me leave till the payment is settled. I had to cancel some of my sightseeing plans due to this delay caused for no fault of mine.

The proximity to Salzburg sights was great. The facility is top notch!

Parking situation, but it’s understandable in such a restricted area.

Excellent boutique hotel which is clean & with great amenities in the room. Self adjustable air-con, fridge (i buys yogurt from supermarket to eat every day), change of towels every day, 4 free coffee pods & 1 bottle of sparkling water everyday. Modern room with enough space for 2 adults with 2 luggages. Really sweet apples provided at the reception. Extremely friendly staff to top it off. Will stay here if I ever visit Salzburg again.

Was given a 1st level room that was literally just above an Italian restaurant, so noise is definitely not pleasant, but we don't sleep early, so it didn't quite bother us. What bothers is that this restaurant offers outdoor seating, which is just below our room windows, so cigarettes smoke so get into the room which we had to shut the windows until the restaurant closed so will be alittle stuffy if you are bothered. Ask the hotel to avoid this room if you don't like cigarettes smell. Not much view as we were at the 1st floor. But great location, great service.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay and would like to thank the lovely Giulia at the reception, who checked us in and was very kind and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information and recommendations. The Hotel was clean, equipped in a great location, you can find restaurant, bars and shops close by and is only 5-10 minutes from the Old Town you just need to cross the bridge. The room was spacious and had every comfort, also complimentary water in the room and the breakfast had variety from sweet to salty food. Thank you again, in the future we would come back here for sure! Danke :)

The location is perfect! We could reach the christmas markets and grocery stores (Billa, small spar) by 10-15min walk through the bridge and on the other side the train and bus station is also easy to get from the Makartplatz bus stop which is 5-10min walk from the hotel. The room was also really warm during the cold, winter days when we were in the city.

The windows are hard to open and close back so it is hard to get fresh air into the room. In the bathroom there isn’t any ventillation fan so after taking showers I always had to open the window to remove the steam. The liquid soap bottle is a bit annoying that it is fixed to the wall and if my hand is dirty/oily after eating I still have to touch the bottle to press it and get the soap out. Would be great if there are 2 spoons to stir the coffee instead of wooden coffee stirer because it is easier to clean and reuse.

Hotel was in a great location - just across the river from the Aldstadt and easy to reach on foot. Lots of restaurants, etc in the immediate area. Room was clean and comfortable - we were given a free upgrade. Wifi was perhaps a bit slow. Staff were amazing. We had a few 'asks' when we were there, and they went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was competitively priced compared with most hotels offering a similar breakfast - and was very tasty. Easy to reach by bus from the train station. Nearest stop is a block away. Really enjoyed our stay here. Also one of the few hotels I have come across in Europe that has a fridge in the room. Salzburg is also a great city to explore. Highly recommend getting the Salzburg Card. It paid for itself on the first day.

I don't really have anything negative. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi was perhaps a bit slow at times, but I was still able to stream from it. As it is located in a central area, with a restaurant next door, you can have some noise/voices from the street. A white noise machine will take care of that, if you are not as sound a sleeper as I am!

The room is very modern and new with all amenities including a small tablet. It’s very centrally located and in a pedestrian zone. A mere 5 / 7 minute walk to the old town Centre. You practically just need to walk a few metres then cross the bridge and you are in the old town. Mirabelle is also very close, a few mins walk. And one of MOZART’s house is also very very close. We never used public transport to go around the town. We only used transport to visit nearby towns, otherwise all on foot. Breakfast can be payable at the hotel with gluten free options.
