This hotel felt like a retreat! The location makes it ideal for traveling into Salzburg, as a bus right outside and takes you to the Mirabell Platz in about 15 min. As soon as you walk in, the cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home. It's welcoming and quaint. The woman working at the front desk was so sweet and hospitable. She recommended a lovely lake 10 min. drive from the hotel where we spent an enjoyable evening picnicking and swimming. There was a large store nearby where we could buy some beach towels and swim trunks, which was great. The hotel breakfast was quite sufficient to meet all of our needs and the family room we stayed in was the largest we've ever stayed in, with a toilet and separate shower area. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the most relaxing get-away for us!

A wonderful hotel with a great location, 10 minutes by car to Salzburg, 20 minutes to the lakes. Everything is of the best quality. Very friendly and caring staff. If you need something, ask and you will receive it immediately. Very clean rooms, we had air conditioning, a refrigerator, varied and tasty breakfast. In the lobby free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. at any time. Also in the lobby there is a refrigerator with alcoholic and soft drinks at a very reasonable price. Sauna, bike rental. We got free car charging.

Safe parking on the front of the hotel. We were greeted at the reception by a really lovely lady called Theresa. After a really awful journey and stuck in the traffic for hours Theresa really brightened our day. So helpful, polite and friendly. She really is a credit to the hotel. If only there were more people like her in the hotels we visit. The hotel has a lovely warm welcoming feeling. Our bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy. We decided to stay 2 nights and upon Theresa's recommendation purchased a day card to travel into Salzburg and visit the attractions. The bus goes from right outside the hotel and was just a 20 minute ride straight into the heart of Salzburg. Theresa told us where we can eat locally and there was a restaurant just a couple of minutes away by car and they also catered for my gluten intolerance. The young man on reception in the morning was also very polite and friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to go back.

It was perfectly located, a short drive or bus ride to Salzburg. The staff is friendly and the hotel feels very cozy and confortable, everything works, it's clean. We did not take breakfasts but we enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate machine, small detail that counts. I love that the hotel has family rooms.

Really minor: I thought it would be slightly further from the road and surrounded by fields

Very cute and well decorated. Room was very nice for a family, beds were good and it had a nice kitchenett area as well. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was good and the whole atmosphere was friendly. We could borrow umbrellas for a rainy day and electric bikes to pick up dinner in the evening.

Overall great hospitality. Great breakfast, Cozy room, and excellent staff. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. Vegan options can be requested which is great.

During peak summer, the nights can get a bit warm. Ventilation fan was provided but the sound is bit loud. May be you could add more vegan options on request. But I think that would be just in the summer.

Amazing stay, incredibly nice staff. We even got free coffe and hot chocolate. We only stayed one night but despite arriving late we tried more things than we would elsewhere in a week !? Did a late night training in gym room and went to 24/7 sauna with cozy relax zone. Our room even had a salt light. They really go above and beyond for their guests, did not think someone could surprise us that much after all the booked accomodations we tried over years.

Along with the cleanliness and kindness of the staff, the breakfast was one of the strong points of the location. Really tasty breakfast with fresh, quality and varied products

Our room did not have air conditioning, an aspect that escaped us when we made the reservation. We had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep.

Very cozy place, the room was very clean with attention to every small detail. There was a sauna area, towels, flip flops at place, the relax zone was awesome. Everything was perfect for having a relaxing and anti stress weekend. We rented e-bykes from the hotel and we did a small tour around in the nature. Perfect stay. Free parking in front of the house is available for all guests. The breakfast was super great and free coffee, tea were available 24/7.

First time here and we spontaneously decided to stay another night because this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Very friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly, super clean and comfortable. The back garden looks awesome, taking breakfast there is quite pleasant. It’s a 10 minute drive to Salzburg, which offers lots to see and visit. Highly recommended!!
