Safe parking on the front of the hotel. We were greeted at the reception by a really lovely lady called Theresa. After a really awful journey and stuck in the traffic for hours Theresa really brightened our day. So helpful, polite and friendly. She really is a credit to the hotel. If only there were more people like her in the hotels we visit. The hotel has a lovely warm welcoming feeling. Our bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy. We decided to stay 2 nights and upon Theresa's recommendation purchased a day card to travel into Salzburg and visit the attractions. The bus goes from right outside the hotel and was just a 20 minute ride straight into the heart of Salzburg. Theresa told us where we can eat locally and there was a restaurant just a couple of minutes away by car and they also catered for my gluten intolerance. The young man on reception in the morning was also very polite and friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to go back.

Amazing stay, incredibly nice staff. We even got free coffe and hot chocolate. We only stayed one night but despite arriving late we tried more things than we would elsewhere in a week !? Did a late night training in gym room and went to 24/7 sauna with cozy relax zone. Our room even had a salt light. They really go above and beyond for their guests, did not think someone could surprise us that much after all the booked accomodations we tried over years.

Overall great hospitality. Great breakfast, Cozy room, and excellent staff. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. Vegan options can be requested which is great.

During peak summer, the nights can get a bit warm. Ventilation fan was provided but the sound is bit loud. May be you could add more vegan options on request. But I think that would be just in the summer.

Along with the cleanliness and kindness of the staff, the breakfast was one of the strong points of the location. Really tasty breakfast with fresh, quality and varied products

Our room did not have air conditioning, an aspect that escaped us when we made the reservation. We had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep.

Very cozy place, the room was very clean with attention to every small detail. There was a sauna area, towels, flip flops at place, the relax zone was awesome. Everything was perfect for having a relaxing and anti stress weekend. We rented e-bykes from the hotel and we did a small tour around in the nature. Perfect stay. Free parking in front of the house is available for all guests. The breakfast was super great and free coffee, tea were available 24/7.

First time here and we spontaneously decided to stay another night because this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Very friendly and helpful staff, pet friendly, super clean and comfortable. The back garden looks awesome, taking breakfast there is quite pleasant. It’s a 10 minute drive to Salzburg, which offers lots to see and visit. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely brilliant hotel for children - we stayed in a two bed apartment. There was a play room on our floor, and a play area outside for the children. Free teas, coffee & hot chocolate included also. Really fantastic place to explore the surrounding area - we did a day in Salzburg, hike to Plotz waterfall (the playground in Kobbl where you park is fantastic), the animal sanctuary as well as swimming at the Mondsee - couldn't get a more central location. Lovely restaurants nearby as well as excellent ice cream at Lombardo too! The staff in the hotel were also really lovely, lending us a picnic blanket and always smiling and chatting to the kids. Cannot wait to go back.

A fan in the room would have been good and the fridge is quite small, but really apart from that it was great, wouldn't have expected air conditioning in Austria.

Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff and nice breakfast

The bed and pillows are a bit too soft for us. The area is a bit uncomfortably dark to travel during evenings ( but of course, it is more on authority side)

The service at Landhotel Santner was really good. The check-in procedure is really easy, and even if you reach the place later, all instructions are sent to you and are really easy to follow. The place has a big parking place and is really close to the highway. The cleanliness of the room impressed me. The bathroom was new and spotless, while also the rest of the room provided a comforting feeling of fresh and clean. The bed was comfortable and the small sofa is a nice addition to the place. For breakfast they had a wide variety of products, including both vegetarian and meat, but what I liked the most was the fact that some of the products were locally or homemade. You could serve breakfast both indoor or outdoors when the weather allows it. We traveled with our dog, and the staff was really nice with him. The big yard in the back was really good for our morning/evening walk, but also for some playing around and running. For people travelling with kids, a small area is also arranged for their convenience. Unfortunately not so many pictures about the place, but the description on booking is accurate enough.

Wouldn't say we didn't liked it, but since space would allow it, I found it beneficial when the rooms would be equipped with a small fridge.

I liked everything. The hotel is 15 minutes from Salzburg but easy to get to by car or bus. It is a very nice hotel, with an excellent breakfast and even better service from the staff.
