The staff is attentive and responded to all my questions quickly. Although the hotel is a bit farther from the city center, there is a bus stop right in front. The facilities are good and clean, and the breakfast is very good.

I found the bed very noisy, and I missed having a minibar in the room. Since breakfast is optional and there are no other dining options nearby due to the isolated location, I believe they could offer a minibar in the room so that we can store small food items.

We liked the classic appearance and furniture. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony, the bed was confortable. The are is nice, even if quite remote. The air is clean and fresh.

The bathroom was pretty old, it needs restoration. The bath tub could use some paint, the sink was chipped. It has the smell of an old hotel, probabil în the past ot was ossible to smoke in the rooms.

Great breakfast. Many options of bread, juice, smoothie, yoghurts etc. Nice vegetables and selection of coffee/teas. Set is up for our drive to Italy. Check-in was smooth. Easy access to downtown Salzburg with our car. Parking downtown was about €7:80 for a 3,5h evening. Not sure if local buses were an option. Place felt spacious.

Wifi coverage in room was spotty at best. Not a huge issue as we were roaming for free in EU over 4G. No AC in room. Can imagine that is a discomfort during hot summer days. Border öine for us in end of June. Woth AC the place would rock.

Location was lovely in a quiet neighbourhood with easy bus routes into the city. The breakfast was very good with a comprehensive choice. The rooms were large with a lovely balcony and very clean. Staff were very efficient and spoke English. The restaurant, Wok, just round the corner, was amazing with a lovely garden to dine in. Good value for money overall.

Nice small hotel in Austrian village, with excellent breakfast, car parking ,clean room but a bit old facilities. However, excellent destination by bus to the center of Salzburg. The bus station is near the hotel and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center. The 24 hours tickets is possible to buy at reception. Absolutely recommended.

The inn is beautiful, very old, and set in a really lovely neighbourhood, with lots of trails and walks to nearby sites.

To be honest, there was nothing I didn’t like. There are amenities nearby that aren’t very picturesque, but very handy to have nearby. And there were plenty of other directions to walk in if you wanted picturesque!

The Hotel is a bit outside the city but there is the bus stop to the center just in front of the Hotel. The room is comfortable enough even if the furniture is a bit old and the breakfast good and rich. The staff is efficient but not much friendly

Nothing to remark

Room was large and comfortable. The hotel has an alpine cottage environment which makes it novel for those who are not from the Alps.

It is bit outside of town. You need to take bus each time you want to visit Salzburg center. Yet this makes this a very country and peaceful location.

Nice big room in a very quiet location. There's a bus stop about 20 meters from the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly.

One of the beds had a destroyed mattress. Also, parking space was a bit confusing.

The ventilation was quite poor, especially in the bathroom and in the toilet, though for one night stay is okay) Unexpected surprise - we paid extra even for two little bottles of water in the room. Probably I just got used that usually it's included))
