Bed and pillow good and I had some good sleep. Shower pressure good. Location accessible given the price compared to other hotels in Salzburg. Staff good, especially Eva who is at the front desk, kind and helpful (respond to my questions as much as she could). She even gave me some suggestions after returning with a twisted foot when returning from a day trip. If not for the staff I can only give no more than 8/10 instead of the current rating due to various issues.

For my first room, one of the light near the bed is not working (not well attached to the wall), for the second room (staff offered me to change the room), the light under the sink in the bathroom is not working (this time I didn’t change due to it’s on my last day). Breakfast okay but expect more varieties. The housekeeping team keep forgetting to send me the complimentary bottles of water everyday (When check in, I was told by the front desk I should have the water), but the staff at the front desk does give me when asked.

Very friendly staff all round… Sonny in particular was exceptional, thanks! Made some great recommendations re NYE and restaurants to visit in the vicinity… Close to Salzburg Bahnhof which is convenient.

Room amenities were not up to standard… one room had a flask, the other none… tea was on offer but no kettle to boil water to prepare? … dusty under cupboards and beds… some lights not working… rooms could be better lit? Noisy staff in the mornings… (seemed on one morning they were having a staff meeting outside our room…)

Overall, an excellent business hotel—very smartly designed and comfortable. There is a slight issue with noise from other rooms, but I don’t see that as the hotel's responsibility. Breakfast is very, very modest—not even at the level of a 2-star hotel.

Problematic arrival (check-in) and lack of parking. The parking itself is not the issue, but the staff's response, "Figure it out and park somewhere nearby, hopefully, you won’t get fined," is highly problematic.

This hotel is really new so the facilities are great. Staffs are super friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. The only downside is the location which is 15-20 mins by foot to Salzburg center, but if you travel by car or prefer a stay in a less crowded area I'd say this is a good option.

Minor issue with the hotel location which is on the other side of the river and 15-20 mins by foot to downtown, but the walk to city is still managable. But if you're here by car and for business I'd highly recommend it as it's quiet.

It was clean, friedly staff, nice decoration and size of the room was big enough. Location close to train station (5 mins walk) and 15/20 mins walk to old town, through lovely riverside.

The bed was big but the mattress was a bit too soft for our taste... it wasn't so comfortable in the end. Unfortunately, there was no cot available for our 3 year old son Overall, it was slightly overpriced, but we visited during high season...

The location is quite near the Salzburg HBF and main river so we can walk and run to the center of the city. The hotel is quite clean and the room is enough for me and my wife

The air condition of our first room given to us is not working. And the hotel moved us to another room which satisfied us

Breakfast was very good. Good variety, including an omelette if one so desired.

The building has apparently been finished for less than a year, and I was told it was built quickly. I also observed it was a modular build. The functionality of the air conditioning system was very poor, and I had to change rooms because of an issue with my first room. One member of staff was not truthful in her response to me. Believe me, normally I don't use AC, but on hot days in Salzburg in July, on the top level, cooling was needed to get to sleep.

Facilities, staff, and food were all exceptional. The staff made us feel welcome and important

The parking facilities was atrocious, if you got there early enough you might be fortunate enough to park in the hotels parking lot which is very small or if you arrive at night you can park in on the street. However if you can't get in the parking lot you have to park in the street and you will receive a ticket from the city which I think should be paid for by the hotel since their facilities are very limited

The place is very clean, new and stylish. Starting from the lobby area and down to the room - all is made in modern style and with attention to details. Fresh furniture and all the facilities, clean, comfortable. Very good breakfast, nice bar and huge windows you can sit along while having your morning coffee. Parking was easy on the nearby streets (yes, the place has their own parking, but we preferred to stay on a street). Walking distance to the Central Station and a huge shopping mall with groceries. Also walkable to the old town and the castle - we did it as a nice walk along the river.

The design of the room is great. the bathroom is modern ,spacious and clean. High quality products in the bathroom in generous bottles, fluffy, high quality towels. Large, extremely comfortable bed with very thick mattresses in multiple layers, extremely comfortable pillows. Intelligent lightning system, modern, comfortable, functional pieces of furniture. Good choice of coffee in the room and easy to use coffee machine. Complete silence in the room, in the corridors-probably perfect soundproof walls and windows .

Empty minibar. I realised at the end that I had to select the products myself from reception. Poor Breakfast selection with not enough variety and low quality products for 25 euros a person .
