We have made the stop there for 2 nights on way back from Italy. It is very good hotel, 15mins drive from Salzburg Old Town. Everything was in place, rooms were spacious, equipped with what you need, very good breakfast served. In the ground floor - there is restaurant serving Austrian food (open till late evening). Parking place for free just at the location.

Rooms might be a bit cleaner, there was a bit of dust here und there. A bit of loud due to being close to the street.

Very kid-friendly. There’s a large garden that our child loved, and there are toys in the restaurant, so he could play while we were dining. The hotel is relatively close to Salzburg, which is great—though you do need a car or a bus to get there. The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great.

It would have been great if the restaurant was open for dinner on the weekend.

We have been to Salzburg several times and this was our first time staying at this hotel. We will definitely be reserving here from now on! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious and a wonderful breakfast was offered. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They made our stay incredibly pleasant and made it hard to leave! The distance to Salzburg centre was minimal and there’s also an outlet mall nearby for rainy days. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and especially managers. They were very welcoming to our dog as well. Really really good breakfast, lots of choices and big bonus - bit different every day. Hotel has an elevator, which we greatly appreciated. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at their in house restaurant - amazing food, largest portion - so be careful not to over order :) Room was nice, had a little fridge, maybe a table for 2 was missing if you fancy having drink/food in the room. (There was one on the balcony but weather was not permitting to use it.) Also, the location is few minutes driving from German border, so great for a trip of 2 countries.

As the restaurant is quite popular, we had a slight issue with not being able to park in proper parking space (also couple of guests parked over lines, so took more spaces than necessary) but this was quickly resolved by staff directing us where we can park.

Really nice hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. Really quiet at night. Only 15min from the city center in a beautiful environment. Breakfast was good as well as the restaurant for dinner.

The person who welcomed us wasn't too friendly but apart of him, the rest of the staff was exceptional and friendly.

All the staff and the owners were polite,helpful and friendly. The restaurant is great. Breakfast is very good.I have stayed here in the past and it has been refurbished and is only better than before. I will always stay here when in Salzburg.

I wish the parking lot was bigger but I always found a spot.

Really nice place to stay when planning to explore Salzburg and the area. Nice, clean hotel in the countryside, yet close enough to Salzburg, we could even identify Hohensalzburg from our balcony. Easy to reach the city even by bus, the stop you is 2 minute walk from the hotel. Our room was tidy, staff was friendly, breakfast included in the price, was pleasant, with wide selection.

It is a family run hotel, everyone looks happy and is helpful. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Breakfast is great with a large variety of healthy choices and delicious bread. But above all it's a unique experience if you like nature. The hotel is situated in the middle of wheat 🌾 fields with lots of bike roads. You can borrow (for free) a regular bike or an e-bike from the hotel and have a wonderful ride next to beautiful houses surrounded by majestic mountains. Perfect hotel for families with younger kids and teens.

It is easier to have a car to get to different attractions like Konigssee, salt mines and ice caves. On Sundays buses are fewer than other days and taxis are not so reliable.

SUPERB - we were there on a couples trip + our dog. The hotel is set in a quiet area, 15 mins away from Salzbrug centre and within easy reach of beautiful nature points. The location is great, quiet, scenic. The hotel & rooms are very clean, modern, comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the dinner (paid separately) was even better. Overall, our only regret is not staying a bit longer.

Extremely warm welcome from staff. Very accommodating. We liked everything about this place: - great location for us ( traveling from London to Split) - very large bedroom, hot shower, everything was spotless - nice breakfast with nice ambient - plenty of space to walk the dog -Birgit
