We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Checking in was very smooth, even late at night. The location is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. It's just an 8-10 minute drive from Salzburg, which is perfect for day trips. I must say, it had one of the best coffees I've ever tasted from a hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast offered a vast selection of delicious dishes. Richard at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and we can't wait to return!

Great location right off the highway. The room was nice and cooled down for our late arrival and spotless. Outlets to charge your phone right next to beds, and the beds were super comfortable, we all slept great!!!! Good breakfast. It’s no frills and the bathroom only fits one person at a time but I’ll take clean room and facilities and comfortable beds over size any time. I’d come back in a heartbeat and will book any other Hey Lou hotel without hesitation.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The location is very convenient. Once again, I am satisfied with the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. The breakfast is wonderful. It's great that parking is provided. I will definitely visit again.

I prefer live communication to electronic communication, but this does not detract from the overall wonderful impression of the hotel and staff.

Close to the highway, everything was perfect, room and bathroom decent size and has everything we needed for 1 night. Comfortable bed. Our room\s window was facing the highway but the isolation was just amazing. Couldn't hear a thing. The whole hotel is quite and staff super friendly. Good breakfast.

We only didn't like the coffee. Breakfast was great, a lot of options but as coffee addicted we did/t enjoy the flavour of the coffee, too watery and too weak.

Extremely convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The hotel has a very interesting and clean interior design. Despite the proximity to the highway, the room was quiet. Parking was convenient..

The pillow was very small. Might consider a second pillow for clients who are used to sleeping higher up.

The hotel was a good base for my meetings in the surrounding area and as it was also close to Salzburg and the motorway you can everything very fast. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too.

That the hotel is charging a parking fee from the hotel guests even if this more like a public area without any protection. Nevertheless we had a good time there.

Good hotel for making day trips into Austria. Very clean and comfortable room. It seems to be a hotel for travelers touring countries in that part of Europe. Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk.

Access to the train station that goes to berchtesgaden. The staff were very nice and accommodating too, after I checked out I still wanted to see one more sight so asked if I could leave my bags there and pick them up in the afternoon and they made it work. Had a great day hiking because of them!

The bar was really expensive for what you got but it's right next to a burger King so wasn't the biggest issue

It's placed close by the highway and the border. We stayed here for just 1 night as a stop over on our way further. Breakfast was excellent, the pancake machine was appreciated by our child. Enough places to eat dinner, but you have arrive early enough. Everything closes up early.

It's a pity that the bar closes at 9.30 after a long journey it would nice of you can have a drink. And the restaurants in the area also closes early, even in high season.

I urgently needed an early check in and was able to with the help of the very kind lady at reception. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, it was warm with hot water and felt cared for. I always feel like a pet friendly place is a solid place to stay at. Also loved the view onto the mountain, and there is a bakery and various eateries in the area - though most is closed by 10 - and a cheeky burger king right next door. Also when we were there it was quiet considering it is so close to the motorway.
