I recommend this place because it is very clean, in a chill area, small village right at the border between Austria 🇦🇹 and Germany 🇩🇪. Spectaculos surroundings, great view 👌from the balcony. Close to an Italian restaurant and bus station. Breakfast is diverse. You can choose from a large variety of fruits, vegetables, yougurt, cereals, selection of cheese 🧀 and meats. There is a magical therasy, perfect for enjoying your ☕️.

Perfect location for hiking Bertesgardener Land, clean, big sized room with cosy atmosphere and comfy bed, little balcony with view onto the mountains. Great big TV and streaming services (we could watch the Euro 2024 finale!) The restaurant food in the evening was amazing! Had ragout with Spätzle and Kaiserschmarrn, sooooo good!! Slept like babies after hiking. Would recommend anytime!

Wonderful place. We just stayed for one night while going to Croatia and another when coming back. There's a lot of parking, the rooms are spacious and clean as well as the premises. The location sights are just breathtaking with all the huge mountains surrounding the hotel. The breakfast is good. As bonus they allow to freely electric charge customer's cars - AMAZING!

On our second stay, we noticed a big green fly dead in the honey pot in the breakfast room. The fly was removed, but the honey not replaced.

The location is surrounded by mountain and a beautiful view from the room and terrace. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and staff friendly. The parking was free and there was lots of areas to walk my dog. I would absolutely come back here again for a quiet and beautiful stay.

Hotel staff was limited if you needed anything but the hotel had everything you needed

It's just amazing hotel in amazing place. We spent there 3 calm and happy days. From our room was stunning view to the mountain. Nearby (we had auto) is Salzburg and Bayern. The breakfast was also very good. With pleasure we will return to this hotel.

I think the bathroom is a little bit old looking, but we have'nt problems with it.

The room was very spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains, with big windows and consequently lots of natural light. The bathroom was also big enough, and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And - the breakfast was really, really fantastic!

Even despite the closed windows and doors, I could hear the neighbours who were drinking alcohol and chatting loudly in a balcony next to mine until 2 am. Ear plugs helped though.

The view from the hotel was superb. The staff were helpful. The room was very big and clean. They allowed my dog in the restaurant

Because I had a dog with me, they removed the carpet in the room. As toiletries we had only soap and shower gel

Beautiful location in a typical Bavarian village (albeit 100 metres over the border into Austria). A mix of traditional Alpine architecture and more modern interior. Good breakfast and the evening meals we had at the hotel were delicious

Sadly the modern upgrades hadn’t extended to the showers One room only had a bath with handheld shower and the other had a shower in a very small cubicle with a 3 minute mark sit for warm water to filter through, and then an unreliable temperature control. In hot weather we needed a decent shower!

Excellent hotel, wonderful view from the balcony to mountains. If you want to enjoy the beauty of small village in mountains, this hotel is the best option. Comfortable bed, super clean bathroom. Very kind staff, very tasty food in the restaurant, places for hiking are nearby. Free parking also available. Would like to come back again.

The room had a great view of the quaint Austrian village right on the German Border. Good location for Bad Reichenhall dining and sights. Breakfast was very good with standard Austrian fair. Staff was polite and helpful. Old school elevator was fun to work out. A true "Fahrstuhl".
