⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for two nights – three adults and two small children – and our experience was absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel looks a bit older in terms of renovation, it truly deserves all its stars. We loved everything, especially for families: • The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking mountain view. • The pool and sauna are clean, well maintained, and offer an amazing view. • The food is rich, varied, and delicious – both breakfast and dinner were excellent. • The price is great for everything that’s included. • The sky bar is stunning, with mountain views and tasty cocktails. • The small indoor playground is perfect for kids. • The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized. We were impressed by the attention to detail: Rituals toiletries (a high-quality brand), coffee and tea in the room, children’s beds prepared, a balcony with a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and even a small box with handy items like a needle and thread or a nail file. Everything is so thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely come back again! Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Good food and fairly priced evening dinners were buffet, and you could have more . The pool was clean and good staff were very friendly.

The room was adequate but we booked a room with a mountain view which it wasn't.. the room was very stiffling as there was no A/c and temperature exceeded 38 degrees. We booked in January but ended up with a room in the annex which I was not too pleased with. Especially booking so early

The room was spacious and comfortable. The single problem was a lack of power points in user friendly locations. There was extensive storage available for clothes etc. in the room.Breakfasts were good and we were not able to use any facilities like pool or sauna because of many other appointments. An easy walk into town , Kur Garden and to get to the railway station.

The staff were fantastic, reception, breakfast, cleaning and in the bar. Location perfect, 5 minute walk to the botanical gardens and salt house and 5 minute walk to the thermal baths. Amazing nearby countryside to explore and lovely restaurants in walking distance. Lots of choice at breakfast, whole family happy.

We had to pay to use the on site car park. It’s very tired and dated inside. Rough breeze block walls could be easily freshened up and would completely change the impression of the hotel. Limited food choices in evening but plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Very pleasant staff. About 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the RupertusTherme Very varied and rich breakfast. There is a pool, children's playroom and also a playground outside. This is our second time at the hotel and we definitely recommend it!

I will definitely spend time here again. Aside from a comfortable bed, coffee in the room, wifi, an amazing pool, the best part was the food! The breakfast and dinner meals were truly exceptional, and beyond my expectation. I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant. The dinner cuisine offered entreés for carnivores to vegans. It was also convenient to be just steps away from Rupertus Thermal baths.

I walked the entire town and discovered amazing shopping experiences plus museums. It would have been helpful to provide a " Things to do" handout in English and German. Because I speak German I discovered some handy brochures. Even so, the area churches also held some interesting programs not widely promoted, which I would have enjoyed attending.

Location is great and walking distance from city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great garden for everyone to play, kids and adults. Breakfast has a wide range and very good choice.

There is no a/c in the rooms which might be a problem in very hot summer nights. The hotel is slightly outdated and for this reason I did not find that it was value for money. Apart from this 2 topics, we had a great stay.

Strange! Didn't feel like we were in a hotel- more like a social camp & reception was decidly unfriendly. Having said that...room was excellent & location perfect. Bad Reichenhall really interesting & well worth visiting. Bedroom lighting was very interesting-never did master it!!

Breakfast was excellent. I loved the pool and the sauna. The room was big enough for three of us. The playground was really nice to let the children out. The area was beautiful.

The WiFi signal in our second floor room in the main building was almost zero. We couldn't use it even for simple emails, We had to use my mobile provider's data network with self hosted hotspot to be able to watch Streaming movies/series... The parking was a big fight. They couldn't guarantee free space even if you pay for it. The bathrobe was not included in the price, I had to rent it.

Beautiful location and super friendly staff. The rooftop bar is fabulous and has stunning views. The pool is also excellent. We only stayed for one night but wished we were staying longer. We travelled as a family with two teenagers and we were all happy.
