Room was with good view on the mountains and it was perfect for a 4 people family with two small kids. Breakfast was neat and good - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, different kind of bread, coffee, tea, juices etc. Location perfect - right in the old towns center.

There is no air conditioner in the room, but it wasn't that bad without it.

The location is excellent right on the town square. The room was comfortable and overlooked the square. The staff was attentive and quickly got me a fan for my room when asked. The restaurant is good and very convenient.

The room was a bit dated, but still comfortable and clean. I was charged for breakfast, even though my pricing included breakfast and I didn't see this until after I had left.

Quality of welcome and helpfulness. Cleanliness of room. Fresh linen and towels frequently changed. Location excellent.A generous breakfast but choice limited - no marmalade 🙂

A traditionnel brewhouse / hotel / restaurant in downtown Bad Reichenhall. Lots of history over the last 529 years. Excellent location, with good food, excellent beers and friendly service. would come back anytime....

no lift to reception, from there to rooms yes. But someone carried my suitcase to reception.

Great location in the centre of town. Small secure parking area a short distance away.

Everything was only in German so a bit of a challenge, also people were being turned away for dinner from 8:15 so early dining essential.

Mostly minor things: - Squeaky beds - Nearby streets were quite noisy - No free parking right in front of the hotel (free parking is available but you will need to walk there a bit)

Clean And comfortable. Traditional German flare. Great food!. Very friendly staff and good location in the beautiful mountains. Beautiful building and room.

Would I would like to know the location of parking ahead of time. A bit noisy when the beer garden was open, but they closed pretty early and then it was very quiet and lovely.

A quaint place in the good sense of the word. Very bavarian in every respect. Do try the food and beer donwstairs.

No disappointments here. Good value for money, keeping in mind that the whole town is rather pricy.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and lots of storage! The restaurant had terrific food and the hotel is in a great location to walk to other restaurants and shops. You can even walk to the Predigtstuhlbahn, a cable car that takes you to the top of Predigtstuhl.
