I stayed there with my family for three days. The room was quite big with high ceilings, balcony, and was comfortable and sufficient for three people. I was in an assumption of finding an AC in this four star hotel but it was not there. Though, I was provided with an extra fan immediately when I inquired about it. It was pretty hot those days with 31 to 33 degree centigrade temperatures but nights got a bit cooler and with the fans I didn't miss the ACs. Probably, there are no ACs in Bad Reichenhall. Location is very good, it's quiet and convenient, with restaurants, ice cream parlor, supermarket (ALDI) just 200-300 meters away. Thermal Spa is just next door, and it's free. Berchtesgaden is about half an hour drive from the hotel. Hotel staff were very hospitable, well behaved and cheerful. You need to pay 12 Euros daily for car parking in the hotel. I received a mail couple of days before I checked in to reserve the car parking. Additionally, you also need to pay tourist tax of approximately 22 Euros(probably it's related with the number of days you are staying, but I paid approximately 22 Euro for 3 nights). Overall, it was a very good experience and Gallerie Hotel has all the required practical amenities for the guests.

Car parking charges and missing AC came up as a surprise. If this information is also available clearly in the hotel description, it'll be convenient. But anyway, I'll choose the Gallerie hotel again next time :-)

I stayed at Galerie Hotel in Bad Reichenhall for one night with my family, including our grown-up children. We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely maintained, and we especially loved the beautiful view from the room. The location is excellent – convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our short stay even more pleasant. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, everything else met or exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the limited number of power outlets in the room – a bit challenging when four people need to charge their phones and devices.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The location is lovely, the building looks amazing, the interior is beautiful and everything is so clean it is unbelievable. The rooms are huge, the beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. Water is hot for a perfect shower and there are more towels than one needs, which is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and nice, the check in and check out are smooth. Breakfast is a must! Everything is fresh and so tasty, there is so much variety of food and everything is excellent. A lot of healthy options aswell (they even offer smoked salmon). We will definitely return regularly!

Everything was perfect.

It is in a perfect area of the city. Also there was no issue to park on the street (from 18pm to 9am is free of charge). The room provided everything you need. Staff was very attentive. Would surely vist again.

I had a room with french windows on the ground level and it can get very hot in the summer. A fan is provided but it is not sufficient. I had to left the door (window) to my room fully open through the night which can give you some anxiety since anyone could walk through the door. :) Also, it would be great if you could connect your phone to TV or eg Youtube would work on TV.

LOVED the breakfast. The staff was so sweet and gave us extra bacon when they ran out at the end of the breakfast time frame. The room was very clean, and LOVED the balcony outside. Bathroom was also great and shower was very nice.

The rooms do not include any air conditioning, and unfortunately our room got very hot during the middle of the day. After nightfall we could open the windows to cool down, but took a while to be cool enough to sleep well. Wish we had a portable air conditioner for middle day.

The location is superb with easy access to the wellness and recovery garden and natural cooling wall. The spa was well done per one of my cohorts and well worth the fee to reserve for two hours. The staff were helpful and made the stay stress free overall.

There are no changing table facilities for babies in the bathrooms in the reception area, that is my primary complaint. Not much of a draw back for most people and something many hotels and restaurants don't offer in Europe anyway.

First. the sauna booking was canceled 2 weeks before the visit. our only search criteria was a sauna and we lost it due to the fault of the hotel. we would never choose this hotel. where there is a beautiful view of the mountains, many hotels and few with saunas. And because money was already taken we had no oportunity just to stay there. We are very upset. Second. We had to pay Town taxes with 7€ and nobody bovered to inform about that...it is not in Hotels description. There are many other hotels that takes this payment free. But not this one...

The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the Rupertus thermal baths and the city center. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was cosy and clean. We had a great time. It was nice to find an Amazon Echo in the room. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Thank you for providing a discount voucher for the thermal baths, even though we arrived before the designated check-in time.

It was not very comfortable to use the coffee machine as there were not enough available power outlets nearby. Additionally, it was necessary to pay a city tax (3.5 euros per person per day). This is not a problem, but it should be noted that when booking, it was indicated that all taxes and fees are included. In some other accommodations in this city, booking offers specify that the city tax is charged separately. I think it would be fair to indicate this for the accuracy of providing information.

This hotel was faultless. It is situated in a prime location in beautiful Bad Reichenhall, adjacent to the Royal Spa gardens. A 4 - 5 minute walk through the gardens takes you to the centre of town. A 4 - 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the railway station, handy for a trip to nearby Salzburg. We found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Reception couldn't do enough to help. A truly excellent breakfast was served every day - cereals, yoghurts, fruit, bacon & eggs, ham, cheese, chocolate cake and English Breakfast Tea! The rooms (particularly the one with the balcony) were excellent and very good value. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Best hotel we have stayed in years. Everything thought off to a final detail, convenient. The Whole working team from receptionist, household ladies to breakfast staff is amazing, welcoming and offer an excellent care. Add to that the location and fantastic breakfast, pillow bar and a coffee selection in the room.
