it is located at very beautiful place. The concept is great

the staff at both receptions wasn’t polite . at the Spa they didn’t want to talk with me in English. Always responding in German or just giving me the towels with no word. The woman who checked us in also wasn’t polite and she didn’t want to explain about the tickets she is giving us. also she didn’t give us answer abstehst dinner time. The pool is not warm enough

It was wonderful how the night host 'Tarid' from Kosovo helped us out when we arrived late in the evening. He showed us everything, gave advice, helped the 3 children... So warm and human. However, in the morning we checked indeed with 1h of delay as my daughter felt bad, and the behaviour of the hostess at the Reception was just terrible... She came to find us in our room, stating that we already had 1h of delay, whereas we spoke before with the Cleaning Team explaing that my daughter felt bad. Anyway, a very beautiful example of how Germany is running into the wrong direction...

Very nice location with many possibilities how to spend your time - in our case it was mostly cross country skiing. Resort has very nice wellness area with pools and sauna. Personnel was always very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and regarding food we attended just breakfast and were mostly satisfied. Also there is enough parking lots close to main entrance with possibility of short time parking right in front of the door for loading/unloading skis/suitcases etc., which was very convenient.

- there is no possibility to get a GOOD coffee in entire resort, even if you want to pay it extra (they have just the one from automat, which is just horrible) - no electric kettle in the room = in Alpine area, where people are going to ski etc, would be nice to be able to prepare hot tea to vacuum bottle by yourself - toilet separated from the room with nothing than glass door looks fancy, but the odour and sounds leaking to the sleeping area after its use was horrible

Dinner was very delicious and breakfast very rich. Inside outside pools and hot whirlpool was great. Rooms were comfortable. I liked the bar with rich menu and also in pool area there is a nice cafe. Staff was very friendly.

Toilet in the room was the biggest problem. It has a glass slide door and it is not closing properly. That was annoying. I would prefer that parking price is included in the total price.

The hotel is great and it was a super relaxing experience for our family. The pool area is amazing and the fact that the hotel has a kids friendly approach was essential for our choice. The bed was amazingly confortable and due to the peaceful surroundings we slept like babies. The breakfast was excellent and with a great variety to choose from. It was also great to have an indoors small playground for the kids. The Chiemgau karte gave us access to many benefits, great initiative!

We travelled with a baby and we were constantly having to change her diapers in our room so trash accumulated fast. After 2 nights the trash still wasn't collected so we had to explicitly ask for that in the reception. This was a bit disappointing as, for such a big hotel, just by the fact that we requested a baby cot should be enough to trigger a more frequent check by the cleaning crew. Something simple to implement IMHO but that failed. The rooms are good for 2 people only. We were 2 adults and a baby and we had to fit the baby cot plus the stroller and we struggled a bit with the space in the bedroom.

Very large selection of delicacies both local and international. Several dispensers of coffee and wide selection of teas I appreciated the fact, that many things (butter, jam etc.) were not single-portion wrapped, but came as self-serving units - particularly liked the butter-scoops.

there did not seem to be natural - ie sugar-free juice (it was from a granini dispenser, so not 100% sure if that's true)

The location is very nice. Lors to see. I liked the terraces where you could sit outside the whole day.

The out door Pool is not very big. And naturally now during the Summer vacation there were many children.

I really liked the pools and the kids area there. The restaurant was also quite nice and all foods were delicious. The staff is polite and helpful, specially the cleaning lady from Hungary (thank you, I know you were in a hurry and you still made time to help me) and nice ladies by the pool. I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't like that the glas door on the toilet was loud and that it is not really separated from the sleeping area so that I can shower while my baby sleeps. But it is visible in the pictures, so it's my fault I wasn't paying attention to it previously.

The pool.

1. The toilet in the rooms has no door, one curtain, and one slide door which is common for the shower and WC, only one of the two can be closed. That means no real privacy and the smells and sounds are on your bed. 2. The majority of the personnel speaks only German or very poor English. Nothing in English, you need a translation application.

Great breakfast, a lot of choices, they even make a fresh omelette for you! Big Spa Area with many Saunas The bartender makes great cocktails

The water could be warmer in the pool especially if you are swimming outside in January.
