The hotel is quite large and in a stylish well maintained building. The staff are very supportive to their guests and very friendly. The rooms were in a good shape and a nice selection in different sizes and features (e.g. Bath tub etc). The breakfast had a good choice to chose from and was plentiful. The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes from the station making it ideal to reach by train.

There was nothing really that we didn't like. Possibly access to the hotel when arriving by car seemed to be a little complex.

The breakfast was very good. They even had fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff was overly friendly and helpful. And the location for me was perfect right in the center of town close to everything.

It wasn’t renovated lately and was old style. For me, the worst was the hard to open doors even in the elevator. The bar was only open until 10 PM Tuesday through Saturday.

The Hotel was very comfortable and close to the station and town center. The staff were very helpful and supportive of their guests. The room was a nice size and some at least have a bath as well. The breakfast was very good and with much choice to satisfy everyone's wish.

On nice summer nights, the area in front of the hotel can be very lively, so for some it could be difficult to get the nights rest that they wish but this must not be a problem.

The hotel is a bit older than many and clean. Everything worked perfectly and I personally found the bed comfortable. The staff were amazing - friendly, polite, always happy to help. Ample parking around the back (don't park on the street outside as you have to pay). I thought the breakfast was excellent (wide selection of warm and cold with quality products and the usual choice of coffees). I particularly enjoyed the pastries. The location is great, especially for public transport and the area was quiet at night. In all, amazing value for money and I am happy to thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I was happy with this hotel and cannot fault it

The location the facilities in the room the spaciousness, the quietness of the location considering there was a full size music festival around 400 meters away. The staff very very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was on a motorcycle adventure and i can't praise it enough. Big comfy bed as well.

Nothing. All was great

The hotel was wonderful, the room was really big and and the breakfast was excellent (especially the scrambled eggs were great). The location within Traunstein was also good with a praking spot for the the car (if required). Personnel was friendly.

Honestly there is nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is very near the train station..it is within walking distance.The staff were very helpful before and during our visit. The hotel is very near the town of Traunstein which has excellent restaurants. No hesitation in staying there again.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. The location was quiet, but with restaurants, shops and the train station all in easy reach nearby.

The room maintenance could be improved. The room was very spacious, but one lamp didn't work and another had an empty bulb.

We had an issue with our car while we were there. Connie the hotel manager went abound and beyond to help us resolve the situation so we found continue our journey. If she hadn’t done this we’d still be there for 3 further days
