Big place, easy to find with parking out the front. Check in was ok, not the most enthusiastic welcome but ok. A lift for the weary traveller and a decent room and en suite.

Staff were just bored. Little or no enthusiasm. We went down for a beer and were ignored so went off and spent our €80 elsewhere where they were happy to see us. Breakfast was ok, no one about so just get on with it. Payment on leaving was the same lack lustre affair. Nothing wrong with the place, just needs a bit of a kick up the behind

The bed was comfortable and we had everything we required. We were only there for one night. "everything we required" is really 10/10. The wallpaper decorations were nice.

Breakfast: the coffee was really bad! Sorry - we are coffee fans but that won't stop us from coming back. I understand the reason why why you ask the guests to pay for tap water in order to reward the girls who are serving the food - it could sound as if they were not receiving enough money from your establishment. Why don't you place a collection box in an obvious place. People might even be more generous. The girls were very sweet. I'll certainly remember next time.

Rooms were clean and large enough. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good. Drinks prices were fair.

On one morning I had to ask for the hot food to be topped up, which it was. No caffeine free tea or coffee. Only other issue was that opening the window, as we were above the smoking areas allowed smoke in, not so bad that we wanted to move rooms.

Huge room, good location for a stop overnight to break up the drive. Close to a river and a mammoth museum the kids enjoyed. Good breakfast included. The food in the Bier garten was good. Also easy parking in a lot in front of the hotel good option for talll vehicles.

All was good, the couch was converted to a bed for our stay and was fairly hard but not as uncomfortable as many sofa beds.

Everything was perfect - a comfortable bed, a good-sized room, delicious food in the restaurant, free parking & wifi and a delightful breakfast available from 6.30 a.m

The room was nice and big and my only recommendation would be to replace the small TV with a much larger one. It would enhance the room and would be money well spent.

The hotel is in a nice structure, very close to the the highway. Has a ample parking just in front and a good restaurant (we had dinner), with a good breakfast (not a big choice but all the necessary is there). The room was good with a lot of space

Staff speaks little English. The room has some lights broken.

Excellent easy parking facilities. Good menu choice in the restaurant, and attentive staff. Nice choice of eating in the restaurant or the adjacent garden area's.

Booked 11 months in advance, but given 2 single rooms on different floors! Rooms are quite basic, (but clean & tidy though)

We selected this place by sure luck. ended up staying two nights. The staff were wonderful from the time we walked in the door - very helpful and friendly. Even being patient with our attempt at German. Room was large, super clean everywhere you look, breakfast was fantastic and we ate two evening dinners at the restaurant. The trout and salmon were phenomenal and the beer - well its Germany - enough said. free parking a plus. beer garden looks wonderful but it rained during our visit. would have loved to sit outside - next time.

no dislikes. there was a constant horn sound perhaps related to the train. if a light sleeper, ask for room in back.

The hotel is very nice. It is clean and comfortable, the room was lovely and big and the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. We ate outside at the restaurant and it was really pleasant. Breakfast was good a plentiful with a fair amount of choice and very nice bread. We all said we’d definitely stay again.

Room was clean, comfortable and big. Lovely outdoor space. Option for a good inhouse meal at night and a tasty breakfast served in the morning.
