The bed was very comfortable & after a long haul flight, that’s important. Also the young lady was amazing getting my luggage up to the third floor, then when she heard me clunking down the stairs the next morning, she insisted on taking my luggage down again - could not have been more helpful.

Nothing really but an extra blanket would have been good. The heating wasn’t on and probably didn’t need to be but being from Australia & overtired, but all good I threw my coat over the doona!

Breakfast included a good variety of cereals, cold meats, cheeses and bread rolls with good toppings.

There is no reception service after midday and I would have greatly appreciated very hot water being available for tea and coffee in the afternoon after a long journey to the hotel.

i could not change my room ,because i have problem on my foot ,and walk with cane and i was in the 3 floor,it was just difficult for me every day ,i asked to change mant times but ,no solution

Everything was great. Location, comfort and value all were great.

No such thing as a quiet room, with train tracks and church bells nearby. But not an issue for me. Enjoyed my stay and would return again.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the train station.

Room was very stuffy due to hot weather and there was no AC. The window could be opened but as my room was on the street side it was very noisy with traffic.

Very nice and friendly host. Rooms, showers etc are dated but very clean. We didn't expect too much but it exceeded our expectations. Don't expect a fancy hotel, but a friendly, clean and nice place to stay.
