We had a truly wonderful experience at Ibis Styles Bad Reichenhall from the moment we arrived. Everything—from the friendly reception to the thoughtful details throughout the hotel—was outstanding. What truly stood out was our dinner experience at the hotel restaurant. We were especially impressed by Vinko, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and dedicated. His outstanding service, warm attitude, and attention to every detail made our dinner unforgettable. In fact, it was his exceptional hospitality that made us decide to dine at the hotel again the following evening. This kind of genuine service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

bed was comfortable clean and bathroom was nice, modern too. restaurant service very friendly, little bit of upsetting maybe going on.

got charged extra for breakfast yet they couldn't even cater for my child, staff couldn't read thier own allergy paperwork and said the bread had milk or egg in so she went without breakfast despite paying. had to buy her food elsewhere. my coffee ended up being just hot milk and food options limited. charging for parking is cheeky considering the location it should be included in booking price.

It is a modern hotel in an interesting town. We plan to stay longer next time to explore the town. Parking is a little expensive at €18. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant this time, and the fish & chips were out of this world. My husband is not keen on fish but was lyrical over this. Definitely eating here again. Access from the garage to rooms is easy via the lifts and trolleys are available.

I wish there had been a kettle and cups in the room for an early cup if tea 😀.

Excellent breakfast, spacious and immaculately clean room, lovely location, most people in the breakfast/bar area very nice and friendly.

Slightly tired wi-fi. Not really something we disliked, but it took us a while to discover that the two 'red ropes' that need to be pulled for the underground parking gate to open are in fact two strings hanging from the ceiling, located at the signal lights before the final bend when leaving the garage.

A terrific value and breakfast was included. Parking was 18e but close. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Location near shops and places to eat. Staff was lovely. I wanted more pillows, couldn’t work the elevator, then wanted an extra key, always assisted with a smile.

Nothing bad to say. I was really impressed with this property. It is low cost hotel that makes you feel special. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a restaurant but we brought in our own food that we got at an Edika and ate it in the comfortable lobby.

We're glad that we found this hotel, it is on a quiet pedestrian mall. Lots of shops and really comfortable. The bar was very nice and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We parked down the street (couple minute walk) from the hotel in a free lot for the evening. Hotel also had parking (paid) available. The spa was also a treat.

Location, comfortable room and cleanliness.

Manic breakfast over bank holiday/ weekend. We were unable to eat at the hotel on the evening of arrival as all tables reserved ( for a football match). We could easily have occupied an empty table for an hour or so before the game started. No room service, just told there were restaurants in the area. We weren’t warned on arrival that a table was unavailable.

it is ideal for travellers with car since it is near to Salzburg downtown (around 15-20 minutes) while being located in a small village-meaning lots of free place to park.There is a small blue lake in the area if you want to go for a walk.The rest remains the same as with any ibis around the world-breakfast menu,flexibility in the check-in.

The room was better than average, considering it is Ibis. The washroom had the basic toiletries. The breakfast spread was good the staff is very hospitable. All the rooms had a chocolate placed outside our rooms on the Christmas Eve. The hotel has a parking area too at a decent rate. The location is accessible from anywhere.

It is a modern place with a great location for our trip to Koniggsee and the area. There is an excellent Indian restaurant within walking distance and the hotel breakfast was spectacular. I liked that the grandkids had their bunker beds in a special little cubby room. I haven’t seen that before.
