New bathrooms, good location. Helpful staff member on check in.

Beds could be comfier and the pillows were too floppy. Firmer pillows and divan beds would take this to the next level. We were still happy with our stay though.

Perfect location in the center on the pedestrian zone but near the parking garage. Nice small bar on the ground floor.

Beds are too soft. The church bell started to ring from 5:30 morning every 15 minutes.

Location is perfect, you can walk to the old town in a few minutes. The room is clean and cozy. The staffs are nice and welcoming. You can also find many restaurants and cafés around the area.

The old wooden floor creaks loud when walking. We paid for 3 people but the pillows/blankets were only prepared for 2. When we asked to bring 1 more set, they said yes but it was never delivered :( . Also, please bear in mind when you book this hotel, that there is a church across the street and that the bell rings every hour. I know they cannot change this, but maybe the insulation needs some improvement to reduce the noise coming from the bell.

We loved the perfect location. You're just in the center but in a beautiful quiet street surrounded by a lot of local and very useful shops and restaurants. Whatever you might need you have it near in that street and you'll be in the heart of old town across the bridge only a few minutes walk away. We traveled with our baby and the room was very spacious (including the bathroom!), comfortable (the bed and the crib they provided for us) and always kept very clean. It amazed us how fast they cleaned up our room every morning, we always found it clean and neat when we came back. The hotel staff were always very friendly and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location on a great street and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Very helpful staff., especially Anna and Antonio. I requested a change of room from a bigger room next to the elevator to a smaller but quieter room at the end of the hall. I am very noisy sensitive so I did not mind the smaller room because it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and I learned how to boil my own fresh egg in ha boiling contraption that I have never seen. In a little basket. 😂

The shower. Complicated plexiglass,folding doors which did not stop the water from going all over the floor even though I made sure the doors were locked as designed.

We enjoyed our stay right in the heart of old town. The hotel is a nice mix of historic and modern, and is a fairly short —maybe 15 minute—walk from the train station. It was also in a great location for seeing the town and the sights. Note that most stores close early. The room was comfortable with a nice shower. Beds were on the soft side, but were good once lying down. We were able to store our bags then check in early, which was nice, and we appreciated the helpful staff. There were a lot of very loud church bells nearby. We also enjoyed breakfast. The selection was a bit light for gluten-free, but the hotel provided gf bread for me (I made a request with our reservation). 24 hour tea and good coffee machine coffee available. The modern bathroom was very nice, and good products were provided. A fan was also provided in the room. We would definitely stay again.

The room was on the small side but there was surface area desk and bench for our bags so it was ok. We were glad to have a fan, it was hot, but there was no good place to plug it in due to very few outlets in the room so we had to set it on the chair.

Friendly reception makes us feel very welcome. It was our wedding anniversary that day, and even though the reception did not know, this had given us an up grade. Thank you, the room it was beautiful. He also gave a ticket for the bus into the town centre on the way home, saving us time getting tickets. The location was excellent in the old town of salzburg, which was also beautiful. Yes, you can hear the church bell, but l feel that's the charm of the old town. Book a room at the back, and you will hear it less.

Situated on a pedestrian street. Easy to find walking from train. About 20 minutes . Breakfast buffet very good. Close to river and old town. Room clean. Our overlooked a patio. #31. Church bells ringing bring a nice ambiance. Plenty of restaurants in area. Recommend Gablerbrau for meal. Spar grocery 2 min walk. If taking 150 bus to Bad Ischel. Hofwirt stop 6 min away for on and off so you don't have to walk back to sudtiroler Platz. Hotel provided loaner umbrellas. A very nice touch. Great little pub in lobby.

Nothing to dislike.

Absolutely loved the location — just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by charming cafés. The hotel itself was cozy and clean, with friendly and welcoming staff. A great stay overall!

I stayed on the first floor, and you could occasionally feel some movement from below. My room faced the street, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers (I’m not, so it didn’t bother me). If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting one of the patio-facing rooms, which seemed much quieter.

Great location, very friendly staff. Garden room was really quiet.

Nothing really. A fridge and a smart TV in the room would be nice but it wasn’t essential.
