Alpenstadthotels is a group of at least three villas near each other wit a good amount of parking in a quiet area close to the pedestrian zone. I went for a concert in the Rotunda and it’s a 5 minute walk away. My room was newly refurbished in Villa Erika. Couldn’t have done with an extra blanket. Breakfast buffet in the main building, Hotel Sonnbichl, was very good and I could even have coffee in the sun in the garden. Delightful experience. Highly recommended.

Quiet restful location near the old town and the train station. The apartment had a lovely view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The relaxation rooms, sauna, and gym gave added value.

It would have been nice to have some deeper bowls for making porridge. The WiFi was not always reliable in the apartment, but there was a good connection in the relaxation rooms downstairs..

I've stayed for a weekend with a couple of friends; the position is perfect, just at the corner of the pedestrian zone, and there is free private parking behind the hotel. The design was really beautiful, it looked like being in a vintage museum; I also enjoyed the sauna a lot. The breakfast buffet was also really good. I would definitely stay again for a relaxing weekend.

They just changed the online reservation system so there was some problem with the room assignment; the staff was very friendly and correct the mistake asap.

Clean beautiful accommodation, comfy parking. the hotel consists of several buildings, all was clean, practical and handy. The wellness is also very nice. What was absolutely outstanding was the breakfast! Such a wide choice of all savoury, sweet, fruit and veggies, we were really impressed!

A bit of noise from the street in the night, coming from traffic which is not huge, but from as the cars go by up the hill, it is a bit loud, but not a big issue.

Large light room, view on mountains. Comfortable beds and very fresh beddings. The kitchen has all necessary things. The breakfast mainly consists of the same base, but some things vary from day to day. One can also have champagne for breakfast 🙃 Spa zone is quite big and comfortable, several saunas and big restroom. The receptionist eagerly helped us with everything we needed.

First surprise was when they refused to admit the cat, but then allowed with agreement that I will pay for whatever he ruins. I never refuse obligations, but it seems just strange to mark a hotel as ‘pets allowed’ and then make people stressed. BTW it costed 15 €/day. In the end cat was allowed and the apartment was checked as we checked out, but still it’s a strange situation. Thing requiring attention is the way people are allowed to spa. There is a list on the reception where you can reserve a time slot. We were told, not more than 2 rooms can book one slot. So we did, but actually nobody controlled it. As a result too many people came at the same time (and I bet they all didn’t live together) and it was quite crowded and noisy. If you want to enjoy it in peace, visit it before 18pm)

Very central location' fabulous breakfast, loved the option to have breakfast in the garden with mountain view. Fab Sauna and sole room. Very friendly staff. Quiet - very good noise cancelling windows.

Would have liked a table lamp at the desk to do paperwork in the evening. The twin beds were not aligned and the room between built-in side boards didn't allow for twin beds to be side by side.

This is a beautiful hotel among beatiful hills close to the walking and shopping area. They serve wonderful breakfast, the wellness area is great the rooms are confortable and well equipped. Helga at the reception was very kind and supportive.

We missed the cleaning although we had to pay a daily charge for the dog. At least a quick cleaning with vacuum cleaner would have served.

One day we had a hard time to find a parking spot next to our hotel. We had to park near the other, which belongs to the hotel group of Alpenstadthotel.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was versatile. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

There was a sewage smell in our room but the receptionist was helpful and gave us another room.

Sauna in the hotel was great. The location is perfect for sightseeing and also for trains to the rest of the area. The small 'bar' with an honesty system was a nice touch.

Maybe a slightly larger buffet serving area if possible, as it can get a bit crowded at times. Otherwise nothing.
