The hotel itself is located in quiet area but a short walk (10-15 minutes) from the old part of Salzburg, and convenient to public transportation. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in telling us how to get places, making dinner reservations, etc. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely butique hotel with a cosy homely feeling and details. While the room is a bit on the smaller side it is extremely cosy and has everything you need. Loved the tea/coffee bar and music. Tv has a couple of english channels you just need to switch the audio since Austrians dub everything. The bathroom is also great with everything you need. Breakfast selection was wonderful (deli, cheeses, various cornflakes, pastry, different types of bread, freshly squeezed juices, eggs and coffee/tea to order included.. maybe a suggestion: add hot dogs or bratwurst) and the staff is very kind.

The bed was a bit too soft but overall cosy.

Breakfast was excellent, and surprisingly, there was still some left in the pot ;-) oatmeal with plum compote – absolutely delicious and brought back childhood memories. The selection included all kinds of bread, both savory and sweet, and even several types of gluten-free options. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of everything. The best part, however, was the sleeping experience. The mattress was exceptional, and the bedding deserved 110 points, not just ten. We’ve never had such amazing pillows and duvets in any hotel before. In the morning, we immediately asked about the brand, and before leaving, we even visited the manufacturer’s store to buy the same ones for our home – a crazy idea, but we were so satisfied we just had to! ;-) We are very grateful and will definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Salzburg.

The bathroom was a bit small, but that doesn’t change the rating – it was still excellently equipped.

We loved this hotel! Amazing design choices and details that were well thought through. The spa/relax room was beautiful! We would love to stay here again. It was just some tiny details that stopped this hotel from getting a perfect 10 from us.

This is really tiny details, we know, but the steam bath didn’t work and no instructions of how to turn it on. The sauna was only 50 degrees instead of normal 80 degrees. In the relax room there was a little station to make a cup of tea but it was quite difficult to figure out how to turn the kettle on. Some instructions of what to do would be helpful. Also, there was no hair conditioner in our bathroom, only a shampoo/body wash, which is not great for long hair as it makes it dry and tangled. Lastly, the pillows were a bit lumpy, like they had been washed and the feathers had lumped together. But we cannot stress how much we loved this hotel!

We spent a wonderful Christmas time in Salzburg. This beautiful boutique hotel was one of the best highlights of our trip. We booked two rooms and last minute we have to stay an extra night and they gratefully rebook us. From the front desk to the people at the restaurant were warm and friendly. I highly recommend the breakfast with savory and sweets selection. Caj, our server at breakfast was so warm and welcoming. We are very grateful and will definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Salzburg.

Very welcoming. Lovely room, nice bar with big picture window to the garden. Staff were very friendly.

We had dinner on New Year’s Eve and that was lovely. The next day we booked again and even though the restaurant was almost empty our food took 2 hours to arrive. The waiter was apologetic and gave us free drinks but we were disappointed. Internet did not work on tv in the room so were unable to use Netflix etc although this didn’t massively impact our stay.

Wide range of choice for breakfast and good quality, fresh products, nice and clean room. The bed was conofortable, the hotel has a nice cosy style. Good location, close to city center, 15 min walk to main attractions.

The room was a bit cold on the first night, I think it was empty for a while before our arrival and did not start to heat it up well before. By the 2nd day it was fine. The pillows were not confortable for me. There is no inside connection between the two buildings (villa and hotel), which was not well precised in advance and it was a bit a of a bad surprise at the begining.

I rented three rooms one of them was old decorated room with tunnel like bathroom and the floor of the room had two step .One step up to the bed and other small step to enter the bathroom So you need to be careful Floor was woody do can here your step when you walk Other two rooms were ok

Beautiful decor, very comfortable, every little thing for the comfort of guests has been thought through. Great storage, excellent shower, DVDs are available for the DVD player in the room which was a treat as there is no English language TV viewing available in Austria. Parking on site was easy and always available. Wonderful breakfast buffet. And the best staff and best service of just about anywhere I’ve stayed. I loved everything about this hotel!

We stayed in the villa in one of the family rooms. The room was plenty large and had everything we needed. The hotel staff was so kind to our children and gave them each a stuffed animal, which they loved. Breakfast was great and so was the restaurant + bar in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Location was perfect for walking to Old Salzburg.

Our shower drain was clogged on the first day we got there, but they quickly sent someone over and resolved it straight away. Great execution by the hotel.
