The hotel is very nice and clean. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Salzburg shopping area, where you'll need to cross the bridge. You can either walk there or take the bus - it takes about the same time. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which is very convenient. It's $25 per day, which is standard here. I didn't try the breakfast because it's $25 per person, which seems a bit high. Overall, it's a clean and good hotel.

1. There were several flying bugs in the room when we first arrived. I had to kill several of them. After that, no more bugs appeared. Not sure what caused that. 2. The front desk seems to be understaffed - I had to wait 15 minutes to get to my turn. Especially during the night, only one person is at the front desk and they didn't answer the phone, so I had to go down to make my request.

Excellent hotel only 10mins level walk from the station. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Bed very comfortable. Very much enjoyed staying here

Spotless rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. There was a lovely, friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

Absolutely perfect accomodation in freshly renewed hotel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with extra size showers. Really liked the stay a lot. The selection on breakfast was great with lot of BIO products. Next to the hotel is very tasty vegetarian and vegan restaurant also with brunch options. After many stays in different hotel - this one was a great surprise. If coming back to Salzburg, will stay here again.

Parking at hotel was 25e per night.

Phenomenal place to stay! Blown away by the exceptional service of staff, the clean, modern room was a pleasure to stay in. Bed was comfortable, linens soft, and gorgeous decor complimented a beautiful city. Certainly will return to this beautiful hotel in the future.

Absolutely perfect, no issues!

This was our first visit to Salzburg and we were very grateful when checking in to receive an upgrade to an apartment which was new, spacious and just amazing. Thank you so much, we will be back :)

This is a lovely, modern hotel a short distance from the train station. A short walk (10-15 minutes) to Mirabel Gardens, New Town, and the Alt Stadt. Can’t say enough good things about the staff; helpful, courteous and professional. Hotel room was impeccable; excellent walk-in shower, spacious , linens and towels all top-notch.

Absolutely nothing

The whole aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and calm. Clearly very recently done. The room was spacious and had a lots of nice little touches! Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Location is fab - only 5 min walk from the train station and walking distance from the main attractions in town. Staff was super helpful and flexible. Nice spread for breakfast. Rooms are nice and spacious enough. Showers, heaters and so on worked smoothly (important in the winters)

Frankly, nothing to complain about. Perhaps a tad bit expensive, but they make it worth your while.
