Location was excellent - thats why we booked it. Easy access on foot or by bus to everywhere we wanted to go. Enough cafes, bars, restaurants in walking distance.

Lack of air conditioning, in the middle of a heatwave meant that we had to open the windows - which exposed us to more train/bus nouse than was ideal - albeit a direct result of being on bus routes close to the station. A fridge would have been useful - as would all the bed slats but, having reported the issue, I expect it has already been fixed.

Very good location. Close to public transport options. A short walk away from Mirabel Gardens. The room was very clean and spacious. They provided us with a kettle in our room when asked for. The common/lounge area has facilities and cutlery available. They also have a coffee machine. We could keep our luggage after check out and pick it up late at night. The host provided us with a separate key to enter the building after our check out.

The toilets were tiny; manageable but tiny.

Very convenient & within walking distance or bus stops for everything I wanted to do. Honesty bar in Reception & was easy to pay by card & very reasonable prices with excellent selection of drinks. The German prosecco was just the best! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The coffee shop on the corner was also great & the 10% discount helped too.

A couple of minor things with the bathroom, but I reported these & they will be sorted out.

Great location, walking distance from main train station and the main tourist attractions.

We had to book 2 rooms because we have 3 kids (9, 6 and 4 yrs old) but ended up using only 1 room. It would be nice if they could allow a room for a family of 5 with extra fee. Also, there’s no elevator so it’s quite troublesome when you have a big luggage. There’s no kettle for boiling water / tea / coffee. The cafe beside (Cup&Cino) was always full for the 2 mornings we wanted to have breakfast.

We enjoyed the character of the building and in particular our room. It was well furnished, and well heated. Our experience was further enhanced by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to a point where we were assisted more than was necessary.

There were no issues during our stay. We had a great time at Urban Stay, we enjoyed Salzburg and have become enamoured with the nation of Austria. God Bless her and her peoples.

The hotel is near the main station, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, quite original too. The neigbourhood is ok, with little restaruants around and quite near the old town.

The staff only work in the morning so if you get there in the afternoon you will have to use a mailbox with a code to get your keys, it worked perfectly well though and we didn't have any problem to get them. Just FYI.

Great bathroom with good shower pressure and lots of space! The room was very spacious and had a balcony. Very good communication with the owner.

The room was slightly dated with old fashioned furniture and the sofa bed was a little creaky. The sliding door for the bathroom wasn’t ideal and the front door handle was also coming away from the door so needs to be attached properly for security.

Super convenient location and easy to get into when we arrived late in the day. Loved that they had a little refrigerator of bottled water and drinks that you could grab and charge to your room on the honor system. They also had an electric kettle you could borrow. Front desk was super friendly. The room was spacious and had lots of shelves where you could spread out your items.

The one drawback was that there was no lift and we were on the fourth floor so wrangling the suitcases up and down was a bit of a chore.

Great location and well priced. The staff on the front desk were lovely and helpful.

No aircon means you need to sleep with the window open (in summer) and the street can be noisy. Also, we didn’t get hot water for the second part of our stay. Appears it broke down. There’s no front desk service of an afternoon/evening so we had to make do with cold showers.

The hotel was great. Location was excellent and the room itself was very good and comfortable. Could easily ask for utensils and kettle for the room. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Excellent hotel.

Cleaning service is quite early in the morning if you wanted your room cleaned.
