Absolutely loved our apartment. Easy walk with luggage to/from station. Very comfortable and quiet corner location on 5th floor with lift. Functional kitchen allowed for affordable meals from nearby grocery stores (eg Ready meals, salads, schnitzels). Free laundry room in basement. Self check in was easy and friendly staff always responsive via WhatsApp. Easy walk to Altstadt, train, buses, attractions

Nothing really. Just be alert to anyone who may be observing you as a tourist. We came back one evening and weren’t sure about a couple of people watching us approach the entrance to the building so we kept walking around and came back a little later when they had gone. We also found it easy to enter the building via the entrance around the corner which is better lit. Simply use the cross-bridge inside the building that connects the 2 towers

Master Mirabell was very well located - an easy walk from the main train station and an equally easy walk to all the main attractions of Salzburg. The Master Mirabell team were very proactive in communicating with me about my stay and quick to respond to any questions I had. We had two rooms - a studio for myself and a one bedroom with sofa bed for my three adult sons. The sofa bed was very comfortable, a good size and had a good separation from the bedroom. Generally the room facilities were very good - the kitchenettes had comprehensive equipement (coffee make and pods, kettle and teabags, and good range of utensils, cookware, glassware and dishes). This is a keyless property so it's all about the room - there are no additional facilities that I was aware of. That's not a problem with Salzburg on your doorstep and the ability to use the kitchenette should you wish to dine or snack at the property. Staff were also not physically around that I saw, however their responsiveness over WhatsApp made that a non-issue.

Room is same as described in pictures. It is well-equipped and nicely decorated. Clean and modern bathroom. It also offers free washers and dryers.

The bed seemed clean but i got insect bites when I laid on it which is definitely a big no-no. Pillows are thin and don't really offer good support when sleeping. No breakfast option.

The apartment was very spacious with a seperate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable with great pillows. The sofa bed was large and comfortable. There were two televisions. The check in and check out was super easy and if we needed anything it was just a message away. We loved that there were washing machines and dryers free to use downstairs. Located in the heart of Salzburgs very close to the train station and bus and tram stations.

Absolutely nothing it was all great.

Comfortable and practical. Someone intelligently combined the best aspects of a good hotel (professional and efficient staff) + vacation apartment (comfortable and spacious apartment suites with modern furnishings) + a hostel (laundry facilities, a guest pantry with basics like fresh towels/ extra toilet paper/ tissues/ tea/ olive oil, salt, and friendly staff). No front desk, but remote assistance is helpful and quick. Location is good: near Mirabell and the train station and all city bus lines.

I suggest offering a night-light in the bathroom. If someone uses the bathroom at night, he wakes up the other person in the bedroom because the en suite bathroom door is translucent glass.

Excellent location. Good communication. Very clean. Everything we needed in the cupboards. Really nice shower room with plenty of toiletries and towels. The air conditioning was amazing, with outdoor temperatures of 29 degrees. A really lovely stay.

The lounge area had no comfortable seating. Really wanted a nice sofa to lounge on and read my book, and also for us just to relax on together. Could put the table and chairs under the tv, then a sofa would fit. Also had trouble finding the roof terrace. Was told to go to the top floor and the door was there leading to the terrace. We went up and down 4 times but could not find the door. Very disappointed. Maybe need a sign pointing in the right direction, as having gone back over other reviews, we were not the only ones that couldn't find it.

Master Mirabell is very conveniently placed beside Mirabell gardens. A few minutes and you're in the old town. The apartment was clean, well equipped & very close to the main train station. The apartment has air con, and 2 large TVs - all bases covered and after a hot day exploring Salzburg, it was great to be able to chill & watch TV. There is also a dishwasher, fridge, and a portable hob - but with so many lovely restaurants around we didn't need to cook.

The Master Mirabell Apartments are located at a very good location. It's right on the main road that leads to the heart of the city, very close to the Mirabell Garden and 500-600 meters from Train Station. We were able to comfortably roll our suitcases from the Train station to here without any hassle. We had a long night flight to munich and then took a train to reach Salzburg and to our surprise our apartment was ready for us to move-in when we reached by 12 noon! The room was very clean and tidy as described on the web-site. It has a Sofa-bed in the living room and a Queen's bed in the bedroom, with Cofee, Tea maker, single stove, dish-washer, refrigerator and a locker. As the apartment is located on the main road leading to the city center from Train Station, it has plenty of sunlight and can hear the buzz of the city while the windows are open. It's also very close to Super Market and Bus-stand (Mirabell Platz), from where you can get to Hellbrun Palace, Hallstatt etc. The city center can be reached by 7-8 mins walk as well, either via the winding road of the old town or along the banks of the river.

The apartment was a little smaller than what we anticipated, the Sofa-bed was not very comfortable, but still managable. The kitchenette had a single stove which made it a little difficult to cook seperately for kids & us and the kitchen platform was too cramped with so many things being fit into a small place. There were no cooking essentials like salt, oil, sugar etc and we had to buy them from the Billa super-market nearby.

Master Mirabell was the perfect spot for our two days in Salzburg. It is a close walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes to old town and the Fortress. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The free laundry facility in the lower level was super helpful for our two weeks of travel. It was nice to have a small kitchenette and a toilet separate from the sink and shower. Highly recommend for families and couples!

This was the perfect place to stay for us in Salzburg. It was great value for money and was massive for what we needed so very comfortable. It was well stocked up with tea bags and little biscuits, which was a lovely touch. In terms of location, it wasn't right in the old town but it was very close to transport as well as the Sound of Music Tour, so that was a big plus. If you're looking to be right next to restaurants and bars, I'd check out the other property from the same host in the Old Town, but this place was only 5-10 mins walk so really not far. We never met any staff but communicated via WhatsApp and they were super helpful. We were also able to wash our clothes which, after a few days skiing, was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

We were able to store our bags downstairs, which was great, but it would be nice to have a secure luggage storage spot e.g. locked away by staff, as we were afraid anyone could get in.
