New Hotel. Nice , clean room, comfortable bed. Good room temperature, easy to adjust. Safe underground garage, wide parking places. High tech new gym, take towel with you. Breakfast with quality products, salmon, traut, wild honey, espresso from the bar. The staff at breakfast is kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s located in the outskirts of the city, but well connected to the city. The facility is a brand new so everything is nice and clean. Spacious quiet room, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. Spacious bathroom and great shower and soft towels!! Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The price of the underground parking is a bit steep at €25, unfortunately most of European hotels nowadays are charging crazy prices for parking, at least this one was spacious and connected to the rooms by elevator. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend it.

It was a good property, clearly geared for business trips. Very clean and nice personel. They sometimes forgot to fill up coffee or give new towels, but once asked came with it right away. The bar staff was incredibly friendly. Reception open 24/7. Station 8 minutes walk away, by both walking and biking path. Europark shopping center close by (pro: shopping possibilities. Con: view from hotel room ikea and shopping mall (and mountains)).

We had to change rooms because of an airconditioner making the weirdest loud noise. Once reception was prompted they promised to take a look. When we asked later, they said it might have been repaired, but when we checked it wasn’t. This was fine, because they did not hesitate to give us a new room.

Hotel meals were very good; menu offered wide ranging menu. Hotel was out in the suburbs but was well served by buses and suburban train line. Large shopping centre very close by with amazing supermarket/department store, many luxury brand shops and several high quality restaurants. Attractive, new, clean property with bright, smart, cheery appearance and creative thematic art work in rooms and around restaurant and reception. Large outdoor eating area with great views.

Rooms could have felt larger if furniture had been configured differently. Space was wasted beside window and behind cupboard unit. It would have been great to have balcony access to inner courtyard.

It's almost a brand new accommodation, everything is modern and in good shape. Great location, 8 mins walk from the bus stop ( #1 & #9) for ~20 mins trip to the inner city. There is a big shopping center EUROPARK as well for eating & groceries. Breakfast choices & setting are outstanding up to five stars in our opinion. The most important thing is the staff, particularly ANNA at the reception desk, very welcoming, helpful & attentive. She has answered all my questions in a very polite & knowledgeable way. She helped me to book a day trip to Hallstadt. Honestly we never tried to walk to the inner city but the price is relatively cheaper. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Location was very good, close to public transport and shopping mall. View from the room was exceptional. Room was well provisioned and comfortable. Staff was responsive.

There was a bit of an issue with room isolation. You could overhear people talking in the next room. Also, there was a frequent feeling of furniture being moved in the vicinity, leading to a sensation of the wall shaking/vibrating. Or perhaps this was caused by the closing of door of some room next door.

Location is good, easily accessible by S-bahn & bus no. 1. Lots of eateries & shops in Europark (shopping mall), IKEA nearby. Staff is friendly & responsive. Already emailed me the mobility ticket before check in. Mini fridge in room is a plus. Bed is comfortable, lighting is good, shower pressure perfect, room has a modern touch though a bit small, overall clean & new. Will stay here again in the future.

The property is I guess a bit new - it’s a bit outside the main old town area and the central part of Salzburg but easily accessible through public transit. There’s also is a train station and 2 bus stops at minutes of walking distance making it very easy to reach the main areas and Salzburg HBF. The room was very neatly setup with a good view and the staff/receptionists were very very good.

Amazing brand new hotel with incredible facilities nice staff. Clean, comfortable and safe room. Only 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with anything you would need and bus stop there with buses that go into the city.

The first staff member we interacted with when first checking in was hard to understand and a bit rude but the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
