A good-sized room (larger than I expected), with a comfortable bed, sofa, and desk. Proper sized bathroom, with a good shower. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable supply of tourist info, including a small but perfectly good map of Salzburg.

The one thing I could not find on the website was directions from the airport by public transport. It's dead simple - bus #2 (or, indeed, a roughly 25 minute walk) - adding that would be helpful. The check-in machine was temperamental. It worked about the third time (but was out of paper, so it's just as well I remembered my room number!). All of the television stations were in German or Dutch - usually with hotels, I can find something to watch in either French or English. 18 euros for breakfast was too steep; I went elsewhere and paid less for what (a friend tells me) was a fairly similar breakfast.

I had an earlyish flight and the hotel was located perfect for the airport, just 5 minutes on the bus (but not so close to the airport that there was any associated noise !); the same bus route 2 running up to every 10 minutes to the main train station and historic centre. The room was modern and spotlessly clean with all the facilities expected.

The room was a bit on the small side (it was a double, I'd imagine particularly so if there were 2 people). The self check-in worked perfectly, though I might have been a bit anxious about this if my arrival had been late at night.

Having to go around to find smaller hotel which was hard to find. Could not speak to anyone at reception there and after arriving at 11pm everything was done by robot and then I had to pay city tax also on the machine. I couldn't get back into the building or my room after going to the bakery as my keycard wouldn't work...this was before check out time. If I wanted breakfast I would have had to walk to the other building.

The location was perfect with public transport just outside, supermarket was close, lovely bakery and restaurant very close by. Also the main hotel has a lovely terrace to sit and relax in at night and in the mornings catching beautiful sunlight. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They made my stay!

I think the rooms could have been a bit cleaner

the location was good, Salzburg has a good public transport system and bus stop is in walking distance. cleanliness was good. it is a self check in check out property

they provide limited number of paper cups though it is part if bigger Max hotel which is just a walk from this property, for every small requirement you have to walk over there. No lift available , if you are travelling with large suitcase then it could be a challenge.

Room was big enough for a couple. It was clean and tidy. Shower was a bit small but bathroom is comfortable esp. loved the big windows with blurred view in case you want to get fresh air. Beware no mini refrigerator.

Wifi at floor 2 was very very bad. Also I made online check in before coming to hotel but with checkin app hotelguest I wasn't able to unlock the hotel entrance and room door. So I had to rush to main max 70 hotel and got room key cards there. Personal was very helpful BTW. Other thing is there is free parking in front of junior hotel but it's only for 6 cars. We had to checkin at 7 pm and there were no availability, since we were leaving at 08.00 am in the morning, I didn't want to pay 15 euro at main hotel for parking instead I parked my car near billa at a distance of 200 m to hotel Junior.

There are no staff. It is all done automatically with a touch screen. This offered no difficulty, there is a human interaction if there are problems. It is a good distance from the touristic centre but Salzburg has excellent public transport. Salzburg dwellers are very helpful. There is a convenient stop near the hotel. It is announced on the bus, so it was convenient.

The local bus service took me some time to understand it is complex.

Very clean, modern room. It was nice that there was a water cooker as well. Room layout looked nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall great place to spend some nights while on holiday in Salzburg.

I didn't know that the room didn't have any heating, except for the thermostat and unfortunately only noticed at night that it was cold. (I never used a thermostat) I tried to turn it on but as I didn't know how it worked and it made noises I didn't want to leave it on overnight.

The Hotel is good located even if your coming by train or plane. The room was nice and quite despite it’s next to a main road. There’s a self check-in terminal, where you can pay by card (no cash). The old town is easy to reach: walking 25 min, using public transport 10 min. There’s a kettle in the room.

It would be great to have a small fridge. The bed was uncomfortable for me. It was too resilient.

Nice cosy room, very clean. I loved the interior design. Very inviting. It was quiet too. Digital checking in and checking out went smoothly. I would book again. Highly recommend.

I missed a little fridge. Location not close to city centre, but everything is accessible via a good public transport or 30-35 minutes walk. TV channels only in German language.
